The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Magnifique propriété, avec prestations parfaites. Résidence très propre et soignée. L’accueil est exceptionnel, l’hôtesse très professionnelle, sympa et aimable; toujours à notre écoute, très efficace et de bons conseils. Un petit plateau de bienvenue ainsi que les courses de première nécessité nous attendaient. Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse 😊

This was a lovely home. We weren't able to use the pool because of the time of year. The entire property was walled in with a functional walking and vehicle gate that lock. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully functioning and stocked with everything we needed, the kids love the game table, everything was very clean, and the sauna was spectacular. Our host was very responsive and gave us great locations for dinner, groceries, and things to do. The house feels bigger than it looks because of the high ceilings and the balconies have nice views of the surrounding land. There is a house going up on the balcony side, but even with the construction, the views are still great. Highly recommend staying at this location.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Medici. Idéal avec des ados, multiples activités qui plaisent à tous: salle de sport, sauna, billard, playstation, piscine… chacun a pu avoir son espace et en même temps des lieux spacieux où se retrouver tous ensemble.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Host. Villa war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Top! Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem spitzen Urlaub.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

Ms. Ksenija is a lovely lady. Our flight got delayed and we reached the property at 1:30 am in the night. she came all the way to property to handover the keys and explained about everything. Thank you very much. would love to come again. :)

Wir waren zehn Tage in Kroatien (im Mai) und Marta & ihrem Mann sehr dankbar, für einen wirklich gelungenen Urlaub. Wir (4 Erwachsene & 2 Kleinkinder) habe uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Es war wie „zuhause“. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend - umgeben von weiteren Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern. Der Strand ist 20 Schritte entfernt. In Sukošan gibt es einige Restaurants - Marta gibt auch hier gerne Insidertipps. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Kleinigkeiten waren auch schon vor Ort: Backpapier, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze … wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt (Gasgrill vorhanden). Es gibt sehr viele Liegen und der beheizte Pool ist die meiste Zeit in der Sonne. 👍 Besonders gut, fanden wir den Spielplatz, da sich hier die Kids aufhalten konnten und wir sie immer im Blick hatten. Vielen Dank Marta, für jede Unterstützung und dass Du zu jeder Zeit geantwortet hast. Wir werden und haben Euch weiterempfohlen und werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen. Viele Grüße

We had a fantastic week using Marin's place as a base to explore the area. The property was superb and the kids loved the extras like the pool, hot-tub and games area. The shower is amazing! Marin was welcoming and communicative. This was a hidden gem in a tranquil and secluded area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Petra 1 in Novalja, Croatia, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The villa is stunning, situated conveniently near the center of Novalja, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Nice, luxurious accommodations. The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone in our group. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have their own terraces, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely Croatian weather. One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool. It was a wonderful amenity that made our vacation even more special. Definitely eat at Old Man and the Sea five min walk down the street. High end but good. Store 10 min the other way. Liquor two blocks: It’s quiet but also an active area. Don’t expect silence, others are having good times nearby, embrace it.

A group of 12 of us stayed at Villa Petra and could not fault it. We were in Croatia for a week long festival and this villa was the perfect place to recharge ready for the next day. The blackout blinds were much appreciated! It was spacious, freshly decorated to a high standard and in a quiet, relaxing location. Petra and her mother were amazing hosts and offered to help us with any bookings and excursions that we wanted during our stay. They also cooked us up a brilliant lunch on our last day. They could not have done more for us and made our holiday just that little bit more special. Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Es war toll bei Sabina! Sie und ihr Mann haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein riesiges Verpflegungspaket inkl. Obstkorb, Schinken, Käse, Brot, Wein, kaltem Bier, Süßigkeiten und sogar einer einer vollausgestatteten Bar! Großartig. Als wir sagten wir werden auch mal grillen, stand am nächsten Tag ein Sack Grillkohle vor der Türe. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die kleine ruhige Bucht. Es gibt einen schönen Strand mit mehreren hippen Strandbars, einem Bootsverleih und ein super Fischrestaurant direkt nebenan. Man ist super schnell zu Fuß in Tribunj oder mit dem Auto oder Boot in Šibenik. Alles in allem eine super Lage. Wir reisten mit Baby, auch hier wurde uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt was wir brauchten (Babybett, Hochstuhl usw.). Zum Abschied brachte Sabina uns nochmal ein Geschenk für das Kind und Wein für uns mit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder! :)

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

Quick and easy. No problems, and easy communication. Top place with more than enough space for 10 people.
