Visiting from Austin, Texas. We loved Katie’s place! The location was perfect. The apartment is above a store so it’s dead silent at night.

Great bottom apartment space. Each bedroom has its own window however so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some walk out basement type facilities. It was perfect for our 3 day stay with our big dog. There are skunks about so don’t let your dog run free, you might get a surprise. We loved our stay and will return as we visit friends in the area. Kathy is a dog rescue person so she had all the appropriate dog supplies, feeding and watering bowls, leash etc. great stay, easily a five star rating.

Awesome stay. I originally booked this place a while ago then had emergency surgery. The host was very responsive, kind, and basically gave me a free stay a different night. Place was very nice, clean, awesome location.

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

This was my first stay in the city as I usually stay in the countryside but this was a great first experience. Chris had everything truly thought out. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt safe at all times. Not too far from all the places we went to go eat or shop at. Pros: -wireless phone chargers on each nightstand of the bed! Super convenient & nice surprise. - bed was extremely comfortable, clean and the cleanest bed I’ve seen yet. Oh and you can adjust the head and feet to be inclined. (Cool!) - hot tub & patio area was really nice still felt private enough to enjoy. -Could still smoke outside :) - store bags are in cupboards and as out of state folks we totally forgot to take them because we totally forgot grocery bags are not free. - fully decked kitchen with all the basics- - Chris did a great job of having simple and not over the top instructions for check out. I appreciated that very much as some are overkill. -super modern & beautiful decor loved it!!!

This place was just as described, had easy to understand instructions on how to find place and how to access the home. There many nice places to visit to eat and drink near by really enjoyed the stay.

Super cute, artsy place that was inspiring to stay in! Mish was friendly and checked in with me after the first night to make sure I didn’t have any issues or questions. 10/10

We had a great time at Rob’s place! The home was very clean and comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. It was nice having mini splits in each bedroom to keep us comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was easy to walk to the Colorado Convention Center from Raj's place. The home was really clean and Raj was so kind in providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant.

Great stay; everything we needed! Clean, fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Loved staying here! It is close to so much and the instructions were very easy to understand. I would book again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s place. It’s handsome, with a great layout with plenty of space for me and my friend/work partner. The place was clean and the books on the shelves were terrific. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. As many comments have indicated, the rooftop is a big plus. The bbq place next door is amazing. Plenty on street parking. Only downside is industrial night noise - not sure if it was temporary construction or ongoing highway/train noise, but I wished that I brought earplugs (which would’ve been an easy fix.) Recommended!

This house is just as described but there is a great deck with lounge seating and dining table. Also a fire pit.

This rental was perfect for our group! The listing was EXACTLY what the pictures showed. The owner was very accessible at all times and would have helped any way she could have IF she needed to. Thanks again!

Great place super close to Union Station. Was great to have a gym and the view was top notch.

This was such a great place to stay and walk to the Ball Area. You can walk there quicker than getting an UBER. The area around it is great to walk around and explore. There are restaurants right under the unit and they are amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back into town.

From start to finish Caden made this an incredible experience. The communication and instructions were so clear and easy to understand that it made it feel like we were just coming home (to our home away from home.) The unit itself was truly immaculate! Sparkly clean, stylishly decorated, and the perfect atmosphere for our getaway weekend. We loved our stay and would come back here in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Kelly’s place. Very clean and cozy, and loved the town of Golden, CO. Would def stay there again!

Stacey and Christine were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed 9 days and felt totally at home. Quiet place, beds comfortable, walked to restaurants and grocery. Highly recommend!!

Greg was a wonderful, professional host, very attentive and quick to respond! The condo was so cozy, extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, appliances and a great size with a nice dining area ! Bedroom very private and spacious with nice bedside tables and huge dresser to use in addition to the walk in closet! Parking is easy. Condo very well lit outside and condo maintenance takes care of shoveling promptly. Felt very safe! Highly recommend to stay at Greg’s condo in DTC, close to everything you need !

We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed the location, Dare’s information and attention to detail. The only issue is its proximity to I-25 traffic noise. We slept well. The building was quiet, people friendly, easy access and for us the parking spot was worth the stay. As an older couple, we found the garage clean, spacious and easy in/out. Perfect for our trip. Thank you Dare for the experience and will definitely consider you again if in Denver.
