Everything was great, don't hesitate to book this apartment, I would stay here again! The view is from the balcony only but it's an amazing view and a great patio! Everything you need is right at the bottom of the street, I went out each day for a great walk (in the rain) and picked up everything I needed from the Konzum (don't miss out on the back section) and Minoza for all the baked goods! Sushi place is excellent. PS apartment is smallish but it can sleep a lot of people, the couch is great, main bed in nice, upstairs are 2 more small single beds and there are 2 full baths! Dedicated parking 👍🏻PSS I'm on a motorcycle and the street and access to the parking are very steep but once you get into the parking area it's flat and I recommend.

Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Eva è stata molto disponibile e ospitale, precisa con le informazioni del check in e molto elastica con l’orario del check out, la casa l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita e ha anche una posizione strategica per la visita a Pirano, l’unica pecca che la macchina si parcheggia all’incirca 10 minuti dalla casa in un parcheggio a pagamento ma questo riguarda per qualsiasi casa a Pirano. Paesino molto bello che consiglio di visitare e gente molto gentile.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Check-in sowie Check-out waren stressfrei, Monica hat nachgefragt ob alles passt und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir wollten eine moderne, gepflegte, saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, und diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lieben es, morgens unseren Kaffee zu trinken und auf das Meer zu schauen, und das war diese Woche möglich. Der Umgang mit den Gastgebern hat uns Zuversicht und Sicherheit gegeben und wir sind dafür dankbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. La maison est très belle, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Andreja est très réactive et de bons conseils.

We had a wonderful week at Lara's place. It's very close to a croatian-style beach (concrete, clean, shower, resto, sand place for kids), excellent and clean sea, the road goes close by - but it does not bother at all. There's lots to visit in the area, we like the island Krk - there the water's even better with lot's of fish for watching and snorkeling, historical towns and ruins, if you are interested in hiking - a climb to Veliky Rysnyak is a good 18-km walk up and down just in a half an hour drive. The place is enough for two adults and a kid, but if you have a kid of 14 yo and 180 cm high, consider looking for another place as the length of the sofa is too short :) Lara is a very helpful and responsible host, thank you once again!

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

We spent New Year there. It was beautiful, with many fireworks visible from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and kind; they even baked us welcome cookies. We will definitely return.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

almost an ideal place with a nice spacious veranda in front. The room is very tastefully equipped and spotlessly clean. If other buildings around would not block the view, you could have seen Adriatic sea right from the room. Another plus is a free parking right under your nose, so no need to worry about your. Communication with the owner was minimal, just on time.

Andrej’s apartment was fantastic place to stay! Very clean, loved how well designed and decorated it is. Very comfortable bed as well! Andrej was absolutely lovely host and very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would love to stay there again! Hopefully I get to come back during summer time because it is so closely located to a very lovely beach.

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Bereits vor der Anreise habe ich nützliche Infos und Tipps bekommen. Die Unterkunft war großartig, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Urlaub :-)

Wir haben uns alle in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist hell, gut geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann gemeinsam kochen, am großen Tisch gemeinsam essen. Da wir kühleres Wetter hatten, als wir ursprünglich erwarteten, haben wir als Familie den großen Tisch auf für Spielnachmittage/ - abende genutzt. Die Kinder fühlten sich sehr schnell wie Zuhause. Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein Spielplatz und weitere schöne Spielplätze sind auf dem Weg zum Ortskern von Umag. Die Gastgeberinnen reagieren bei Fragen schnell und haben gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen.

Dezi e o gazda minunata, ne-a așteptat , ne-a arătat împrejurimile, a fost un ghid complet, ne-a recomandat locuri de luat masa, locuri de plajă. A răspuns prompt întrebărilor noastre. Recomandam aceasta locație, noi ne vom reîntoarce, cu siguranță. Dezi... venim!!

Wir waren in der off-Season dort. Es war alles super organisiert. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel mit der an und Abreise. Die Terrasse ist hervorragend um in den Abendstunden zu genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.
