Host was extremely helpful when we needed a last minute modification due to family emergency surgery. It was a quick drive to and from the hospital. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Area was safe, clean and enjoyable for my young children. I especially appreciated the more “natural” touches - scent free space, scent free laundry detergent, glassware, stainless steel pots and pans, stainless steel toddler cups, and an under sink Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water. Backyard was great and spacious for my kids to play, with easy visibility from indoors.

Perfect spot to spend the weekend for a baseball tournament in Flint! The house was so spacious. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax between games. So much better than cramming in a hotel!

What a hidden gem in East Texas!! Beautiful, spacious home with lots of open outdoor space and peaceful surroundings! Mark & Carrie were very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay and we even were able to get an earlier checkin which was great! Their guidebook was exceptional with a detailed overview for every room and video how to instructions - loved it! The kitchen and outdoor kitchen area had a lots of room and everything we needed as we love to cook! The best part - the beautiful views and peacefulness to experience nature, especially the morning sunrise (love hearing the birds wake up - oh yes, and a couple peacocks, too!). Thank you for making our stay at the Americana all that we could ask for. Lots of memories for us and we hope to be back someday!

The pros of this place are many. One, it feels right at home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable couch, work areas, great lighting (many airbnbs I’ve stayed at have bad lighting and no lamps), and of course the wonderful gas oven. I’m a cook and it was a joy. Betsy was a wonderful host. The only con is that I had to get up the next day and travel again for work.😀

Great house and easy to work with host.

I am a repeat customer - was here last month and loved the place to bring other friends back!!! This place is so tranquil and decorations are so carefully designed, it's very fun and relaxing to be your temporary residence. We also love the cat next door, he sure brought a lot of joy when you hung out in the backyard. But he doesn't bother you if you aren't a cat person. We went to Azalea Trail and Dogwood Trail festivals nearby this time and had a great time!

it's is the perfect place for long stays. the facilities were fantastic. we were there the month march. we loved having them right nextdoor. they have become fast friends. they have boat lift that we made use of as fishing was our reason for being there. which was fantastic. everything you could possibly need is within 15 min of their place. we have already made arrangements to be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here for spring break! Antoinette was so kind and responsive. Her home was cozy, clean and well stocked/furnished. My kids loved all the things to play with, especially the pool and fire pit. I loved the stocked coffee bar! We would definitely come back! :)

Although we were only there to sleep for our fishing tournament the next day, our stay was very peaceful, comfortable and we felt like we were at home! We enjoyed our stay! Kevin was a life saver for letting us borrow an extension cord to charge our boat batteries! We would recommend this place if you want peace and solitude! Thank you!🥰

Very peaceful and beautiful place, my family and I enjoyed it so much, my 70 old father and the adult grandkids said that is the new family vacation spot for summers when we go to visit our daughter. Very rustic, but well taken care of property. My dad loved the coffee they provided.

Emily’s place is nestled in a peaceful quiet environment. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. The views are awesome. We will definitely come back in the spring.

The cabin was very nice, my husband and dogs loved the outside space and hot tub. We were able to utilize the surrounding area and visit the nearby lake. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We have stayed at this house 4 times now. We LOVE it! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. We absolutely love getting to use their boats in the private lake. This house is so special to us and we always have such a great time and make wonderful memories. Dennis is a great host and is always there to answer questions. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Simple quaint place. Loved the fire pit. Bery quiet and close to tyler state park!

First of all awesome place!! Blew my family of 5’s expectations away! The cabin was super clean and cozy but enough space for the 5 of us. Everything was like the pictures or better. Shelly was the best host made us feel extremely welcome and part of the place! Plenty of room to roam we fished almost the whole time we were there and caught too many bass to count and a few crappie. Managed to check out the awesome animals and walk around. Over all the place was awesome, and I can’t say how much we appreciate Ms Shelly!! She really made us feel at home and so welcome! Hated to leave and whole family is looking forward to our return already checking dates to reserve the kangaroo cabin again! A great get away for the whole family no matter the ages!

Willow’s Cabin was a delightful experience. From the peace and quiet to the personal tour of the sanctuary (thank you Kiara and Jason), this will be a stay to remember. Go ahead, explore the neighboring historical towns, lakes, and trails, but leave plenty of hot tub soaking time-It’s “to live for.” See ya’ll on the return trek.
