Great place to stay while in Lynchburg!! Very close to Liberty University. Place was very clean! Hosts were very accommodating with everything we needed even had water in a dog bowl for our pup when we walked in. We thought that was so sweet!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

My mom and I had a lovely time visiting Lynchburg! We really enjoyed being less than a 10 minute walk from several incredible restaurants. The historic district is beautiful and being on the 3rd floor we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset with the mountains in a cool way. The loft was perfectly sized for the two of us. I slept like a baby on the pull-out. I struggled a bit with the Keurig, but that could absolutely be user error. Bobby was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in the area.

This place was perfect for my mom and I! We each had a separate place but we were right across the hall from each other. We liked how close it was to downtown Roanoke. Stephen made a video to show where the apartments were and where to park - it was so helpful! He was very responsive tp our questions and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We were in town to visit family and we were able to walk to Mast (a local clothing/general store) from where we were staying - it was only a 12 minute walk. The place was spacious, beautiful, and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when in Roanoke!

This location was great for a 20 minute walk downtown. It was also a great spot to recharge! We will definitely be back :)

Lovely space. Easy to get to restaurants and coffee. Very clean and Beth was very quick to respond and welcoming

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived at night and weren’t sure how far to pull into the gravel driveway but we pulled all the way in and found the unit underneath the big tree like the instructions stated. Everything was very clean. The old style record player/radio was a nice touch. We would stay here again. A clean Airbnb is a good Airbnb.

My family and I spent our Christmas holiday here and had the best time! The home was fully equipped and was comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Amy made the sure all needs were met to make the house the most comfortable accommodation. She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all aspects. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely visit again if back in the area and look forward to our next Smith Mountain Lake trip!

This was a perfect place for some quality family time. The house is awesome! Very well-appointed, clean, and well-thought-out for families. The surroundings are beautiful and convenient with a gym, pools, pickle ball, and tennis accessible within a short walk. There are walking trails everywhere in the large resort and the kayaks provided by the house are a nice activity. The communication was great with the hosts which made the visit stress-free.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was also incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect environment for relaxation and unwinding. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the essentials (and then some), making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with great amenities!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! The location on the water was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor areas, which were perfect for relaxing and chatting together. Whether it was morning coffee or evening conversations, the outdoor spaces made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for a serene and memorable getaway!

Great host. Very responsive. The place was extremely well maintained and very clean. Everything worked exactly as it should from the keyless entry to Internet access. The property is located .5 miles down a gravel road, which is rustic and dusty. The area is rustic as well. The price was a little high for a manufactured home but it was a holiday weekend.

Oh my gosh, been stateside and abroad using Airbnb and this has to be my FAVORITE place so far; pristinely clean, gorgeous area and incredible host. The beds were so comfortable and the yard was so large my toddler could play his heart out and it's quiet enough I wasn't worried about us being outside dealing with traffic. 20/10 recommend. Can't wait to stay here again!

Josh was a great host who communicated quickly after the property was booked and leading up to our stay. He also checked in with us while we were there to make sure all was good. The house was beautiful with a great open concept family room/kitchen that provided a perfect space to hang out with family and friends. The house was conveniently well stocked with all basic needs and was right across the street from a community center with a gym and sizable indoor pool. Overall a great stay and would happily return for a future getaway!

Absolutely great place to stay! Exactly as described and it was beautiful. The deck is the perfect place to hang out with your family with the grill and all the space. Inside was cozy and well kept. Stocked with games and books for kids. Joseph was responsive and a great host. We are definitely looking forward to booking with him again!

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

great place to stay. we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but the view was spectacular. Alan was responsive whenever we had questions. the screen door was jammed and we weren't able to enjoy the patio, but hopefully it can be fixed for the next guest.

We had a great time. Beautiful location, great views and very comfortable and clean condo. Quiet. Easy parking and walkable surroundings. Jamie was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay! It was extremely peaceful and the view was spectacular. The onsite dining was very convenient and the food was delicious. We were able to get out and walk, my husband and son had great luck fishing. I would love to come back during the summer season. The condo was clean and beautiful. Judy is a wonderful host.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. Plenty of space for our two families with 4 young children. We felt very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed and then some. In terms of locations I can’t imagine a better place, views were spectacular, especially sunrises and sunsets off the mountains and water. Amenities were conveniently located and despite many being closed due to the off-season we felt we had plenty to do. Would very happily spend another stay in the future and highly recommend.
