Enjoyed the stay. It was so relaxing and a perfect getaway. Enjoyed the hot tub and lounging outside on the deck. The host, Jeff, was quick to respond and very helpful when needed. Definitely would stay again.

Title: 40 Acres on Private Lake! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible lakefront property, and it was absolutely perfect! Nestled on 40 acres of beautiful Texas landscape, the location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere with deer and bird watching! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the thoughtful extras provided, from cozy blankets to a fully stocked kitchen, with spices and staples which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor space was a highlight for us, with plenty of space to walk the property or fish or hang out whether it was fishing off the dock, taking leisurely walks around the property, or simply relaxing by the lake with a good book. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We can’t recommend this property enough! It was truly memorable!

I can’t say enough great things about our time at Megan’s cabin tucked away in the woods! I came for a girls weekend with my mom, sisters, and our dogs, and wow- it was perfection. First of all, it’s nearly impossible to find an Airbnb that will accept more than one dog, which makes it hard for us to vacation together. Second, you could never tell the Airbnb had seen a dog it it’s life- it was spotless! The cabin was easy to find and isn’t far from downtown Bastrop, but it’s also secluded and you feel like you’re the only one for miles. It was very modern and impeccably decorated while still feeling very homey. I’ve already sent several friends Megan’s house to visit, as well!

Amazing place definitely will try to book again!

We had a fantastic stay. Home is exactly as described. Kitchen is very well stocked with lots of high end appliances (eg Vitamix, keurig), pantry staples (eg oil, salt, spices, k cups), household items (eg plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods) and lots of pots/pans/serveware and dishes. There’s a grill, fire pit and outdoor dining set up. Plenty of outdoor toys and pool toys. Circle drive way and on a cul du sac so easy/safe outdoor play for kids. We were two families and helpfully one of the king bedrooms has a closet that’s big enough to fit the pack and play, which helped us split siblings up for sleep. It is about a 10 minute walk into Smithville town, which we enjoyed being able to walk. There’s a library just two blocks away. Dining, etc in Bastrop is a 15-20 minute drive. Three car carport made parking easy regardless of weather. Host Debi was in touch early and often, checked in several times and made our trip easy. Great house, great location, great hosts.

We loved our stay! Booked the ranch for a weekend trip as an organization rewarding our top members. The house was beautiful, the game room was awesome, loved the hot tub, had a great time fishing and spent a lot of time at the pool. Andy, the ranch manager, was very welcoming, helpful, and hospitable! Would definitely recommend.

The place was great! We loved the amenities and how quiet it was. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Our family was able to stay together at this country retreat before one of our son’s wedding that was happening nearby. It was a great location for the venue and allowed us extra time together plus the bonus of being a beautiful place. Our nearest hotel options would have been a very different experience. The beds were comfy and the weather was perfect to spend time outside and enjoy the front porch and surroundings.

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Only critique was that the hot water never seemed to warm up completely when showering.

Allison’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Austin! We had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and we really enjoyed the peaceful little patio to unwind in the evenings. Allison was a wonderful host and very accommodating. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we’re in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described. One of the standout features was having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the ground floor, which made our stay incredibly convenient, especially for our family with small children and elderly parents. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-equipped. Danny was a great host, very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Great little get away! Large front and rear decks for star gazing or napping. Very private peaceful and quiet. All the amenities you could ask for. With a fantastic host!

Stayed here for a few days with some family and it was absolutely perfect! the house was so quaint, we loved the original fixtures. everything worked perfectly and was spotless. Jenna was extremely helpful and responsive when we had a question for her. Jenna went above and beyond as a host, we are hoping to plan another trip next year.

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, the natural light was amazing and my fiancé and I were right at home. We didn’t want to leave. We even want to use a few ideas from the cabin we stayed in for when we remodel our own home. Such a charm!

The place was great. The house is very pretty inside and outside as well. The no parking rules on the outside by the curve is overriding all the neighbors parked outside on the curb on front of the property, not too quiet in the evening overall it was a good place to be.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tinisha's home in Smithville to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible interior design and the welcoming atmosphere. The space was not only beautifully decorated, but the kitchen was well-stocked, making it a joy to cook and gather together. The bed linens were an absolute dream to climb into after a long day—so soft and cozy! Tinisha was an amazing host—super responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Smithville itself is a charming little town with lots of character. We had a great time exploring the local restaurants, and the Sunday farmers market was an unexpected treat that added a lot of local flavor to our visit. As an Airbnb host myself, I truly appreciate the attention to detail Tinisha put into every aspect of the home. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay in Smithville. The house is adorable, comfortable, updated and very clean with lots of amenities! You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. The house is in a great location, walkable to Smithville's downtown and restaurants and an easy drive to Bastrop or Round Top/Warrenton. We'll be back!

Definitely the best AirBnB I've ever stayed at! The home is new, impeccably clean and very well-labeled. Very comfortable interior, with separate smart thermostats for the upstairs and downstairs and a cozy gas fireplace that we used during the spring cold snap. Lots of outdoor visiting space, including a backyard fire pit with Adirondack chairs and rocking chairs on the back porch, all surrounded by a privacy fence. The home is less than a half mile from Downtown Bastrop, which has fun shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is very walkable and we enjoyed just strolling around looking at all the beautiful houses. The home also has a pantry with all the supplies you might need for your stay, including bottled water. We were there for several weeks and this property was perfect for our extended stay in Bastrop, but it would also be great for a shorter visit. Definitely recommend this AirBnb and hope to be back soon!
