Loved the historic feel. Easy walking to restaurants, brewery, and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!! We loved Megan’s place! We stayed for 4 nights with our dog and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach! I also thought her place was much bigger in person than the pictures portrayed. We will definitely be sure to book Megan’s place again when we make our way back to Wilmington!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Great location and beautiful place to stay. Steve and Courtney are great hosts and easy to communicate. Will stay again if I visit this town again!

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

We enjoyed our stay! Peaceful, relaxing getaway. Hosts were very gracious with a late checkout request. The condo is clean and comes equipped with everything one would need. Having beach chairs, bags, tent is a fantastic addition! The only downside to our stay which is out of the host's hands, is that the resort had all but one pool closed and the hot tubs were also closed :/ I'm assuming it's because its the off-season. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. In a quiet location, but close by to plenty of places to go. Host was super responsive on messages. For example: a message was sent letting them know a remote was missing, and multiple were there in hours as replacement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Loved Christi’s place! I was there for a longer term stay and Christi’s place was so warm and welcoming and it really felt like home for me for the month I was there! Everything was super clean and Christi was so accommodating and very responsive every time I had a question. Highly recommend her place if you are looking for a cozy and quiet place to stay in Jacksonville!

If u ever go to Jacksonville rent from Trevor I will never rent from anyone else have had several bnb that were terrible wouldn’t take my dog because of my last experience with bnb that poisoned him with bug traps my daughter lives there so I go couple times a year to visit her and her family never stayed at a place like Trevor’s with was so outstanding with everything

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

Our stay was just lovely! The house was spotless when we arrived and parking was excellent (off the street spots), and Kyler was a great host. Plenty of space for 6. Cute coffee shop and breakfast place within a 5 minute walk was a great perk! Safe and quiet location. Easy to drive or walk downtown (the walk was just over a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

We return to this spot around the same time every year and we LOVE it! Our stay is always restful and relaxing and part of that is staying in this cozy place. We love seeing the dolphins and walking on the beach. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfectly located condo to all things downtown Wilmington. Beautiful views. Cute decor. Walkable to everything. Felt Safe. Parked in a lot at the corner of Orange and Water Street and didn't move all weekend ($25/day) more expensive than the garage but closer for unloading. Condo only has a couple of rooms but plenty of room for 2 (or 3) to move about. Had a couple of questions for Morgan and she responded immediately with helpful information. We enjoyed her helpful welcome website via QR code. Take a river cruise, jump on a boat from the riverwalk. Enjoy Elijah Oyster Fish House an afternoon at Anne Boney's or Rooster and Crow and a higher end night out a River 128. Breakfast at Dixie Grille. Very relaxing, quiet spot to boat, nature and people watch from the balcony. We were there over St. Pats and it was close enough to get in the middle of the fun yet far enough away to step away to quiet.

Beautiful view, at home vibes and love everything in walking distance. Amazing weekend!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the Comfortable furniture and bed was restful. Our favorite part was the patio, overlooking the river and Uss Carolina. We parked our car and didn’t have to use it once. The town felt safe, with tons of great restaurants and nightlife within a 10 minute walk. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed the friendly folk around town. We fell in with Wilmington and the beaches!! We will definitely return soon.

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

Location is ideal as it faces right up against the ocean. Space is small and quaint with a comfy couch and king bed! All the amenities you need to hit the beach! Recommend this place and the tiki bar across the street for drinks and music along with volleyball and bags. As a former local to the area, you’ll feel welcome by all.

Beautiful and very cute decorated place, felt right at home, loved the decor. Great ceiling fans, really nice led lights, cool light setting, smelled very good, very comfy beds, tvs and wifi worked great, I’ve never felt more at home at an air bnb. The only one bad thing was the shower heads water pressure but everything else made up for it.
