This is a great little apartment with everything you need. The hot tub was a lovely feature. We thoroughly enjoyed both of the charcuterie experiences that James provided. There are some fantastic hikes in the nearby area. Sultan is close enough to pop ito for groceries, ad there are a couple of local restaurants. James is a resposive and helpful host.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

We rented this home for a girls trip and we were very impressed! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, as well as had everything we needed for the week. The hosts were responsive and checked in with us often! Would definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful, peaceful and serene. No noise except for water lapping and birds singing. Two upstairs bedrooms have spectacular water views and the decks were a great place for morning meditation. If you’re cooking/eating in (which we did most of the time) the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Spending days on the patio on the water reading was soooo relaxing. We did get to see a couple of whales trudging northward as well as some super playful otters. The sunsets and night skies were brilliant. Omar did a GREAT job ensuring that the house was in perfect condition. If wonderful, quiet solitude on the water is your thing, we highly recommend this house.

Had a great relaxing weekend here with some friends. Andrew and Zhilmil were always quick to respond to messages. The hot tub was nice and easily fit all 7 of us. The place was clean and looked as pictured. You can have up to two animals come along as well, but is just another $100 for extra cleaning fee. The karaoke and laser lights in the basement were fun too. There was a really comfy couch with a projector for movies. They also specify that you don’t need to do anything for checkout and that it would all be taken care of by the cleaners which was a nice touch. We had a great time playing games and barbecuing with a nice backdrop of the river, would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are some cool hiking trails around the area too which we would have checked out if the weather was nicer during our stay

Our extended family, ranging from a 1-year old to several 70+ members, gathered for an annual family celebration & this place was ideal for us! We wanted a spacious, light-filled home with a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor space & access, and at least 6 bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms. We found all of that and more in this home! We enjoyed gathering in the open kitchen/dining/living room areas, and being able to retreat to beautiful, spacious bedrooms for privacy. The main floor deck had plenty of room for us all to enjoy a barbecue together, and there was easy access to the beach. Lux was outstanding & personable in their communication from the get-go. They worked with us & Airbnb to restore our reservation when it was unexpectedly canceled by Airbnb for unknown reasons. And when we discovered we had left a few items behind, it was very easy to arrange a pick up time with Lux. All in all, the location, the home, and the customer service were excellent. We will come again!

Anne was very very helpful and had very clear instructions. We really appreciated the videos of how to use the hot tub and of the house rules The back yard was perfect for our animals Would highly recommend! We’d love to come back! :))

Alec was a super responsive host that really worked with this last minute to make our stay work. he really went above and beyond to make it happen. the property was so perfect. hot tub, hammocks, fireplace and hundred of feet of river front property a stones throw from the deck. can't recommend this place enough!
