Had a really love couple of nights with a group of friends over New Years Eve. Margaret was really helpful, she met us when we arrived and showed us around the house so we knew where everything was. The place is huge so that was really helpful. It looks just like the photos and is in a really lovely place, we could see horses out of our window and at night the stars were really bright. It was a perfect countryside escape and really well suited to a big group of people.

Such a beauriful, quirky accommodation - i loved it so much! Hosts were reaponsive and respected your privacy. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once :)

Maxine’s place was beautiful and characterful. So clean and everything you would need for your stay. We were provided with very detailed instructions covering all aspects of our stay and Maxine was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The place is located in such a beautiful quiet area which suited us with 2 young children. We used the barn as a base and spent the days in Abersoch and Phwelli returning in the evening to view the magnificent stars and beautiful wildlife.

We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

What a beautiful space. We loved this old coach house which has been thoughtfully restored and converted into a very peaceful retreat with amazing character. Lovely views from the stunning glass gable for watching the lambs and bird life in the field right outside. Felt immediately relaxed and at home. Megan was responsive and helpful to solve any problems. We were spoilt with gorgeous weather to enjoy the terrace and local walks. Maps appreciated, we hope to visit again

We spent the bank holiday weekend at the Granary. The Granary is well-equipped with everything we needed. Bez was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The view is outstanding from the Granary. The surrounding area is lovely and we were able to do some walks directly from the house. Highly recommended

The whole idea of the stay we was wanted was to escape, and that we did. It was incredible to be able to wake up to incredible views and scenery. Everything that was described and photos are exactly as they are, if anything don’t do it enough justice.. if you haven’t been, you are truly missing out on this incredible stay..!! We will be back !!!!

What a wonderful place to stay!. The house is both charming and functional. The kitchen is better equipped than my own home! All was nice and clean and Helwn even left us some basics (butter, milk, tea, coffee, etc.). My kids loved the bedrooms and some of the quirks like having to be careful not to let the sheep out of the gate when driving in! I think this is the best place I have found on Airbnb in more than 10 years of using it!!! Hope to come back some time.

We had an amazing stay for my partners 30th. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Robin and Lois were really friendly and super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed climbing Snowdon and the hot tub afterwards with sunset views was a great touch. We visited the old stag pub twice for dinner (3 min drive) which served delicious food at great value for money. Another great restaurant was the hangin pizzeria in Bets-y-coed, where we also took a long walk with waterfall views. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who asks.

Perfect place for Snowdon Climbers! Great little cottage with fantastic views and close amenities, would be great for any walking holidays.

Great small touches lovely fresh eggs, bread, butter, wine and even supplied some baby food for our grandson. Very friendly and thoughtful, responsive to requests. We also met Luke who kindly lit us a fire in the evenings. Lovely Airbnb comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay using it as a base for various activities in North Wales. It's such a peaceful spot, and Fiona and Richard were so helpful with check in and other info. Loved all the animals too.

We loved our stay here, it was so peaceful and a lovely break away. Lucy responds quickly and is very helpful. We also have a reactive dog which Lucy completely understood which made our stay comfortable and worry free. The hot tub was lovely and the garden is nice and secure. We hope to be back in the future.

Was after a peaceful couple of nights away and this cottage fitted the bill perfectly. The cottage is nestled in the hills with a great view of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. The cottage is private and well looked after. Everything is clean and has all the required amenities needed for the stay. Bed was comfy and had a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again

Had a great catch up with friends here. Kitchen/living was small but perfectly formed with beautiful decor. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms were stunning. Outside seating and the hot tub were both great too. Great comms from hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona's place. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Nice, quiet location and close to Chester and Wrexham. Would recommend to anyone!

We had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The surroundings were so peaceful and seeing a sky full of stars was amazing after living in a city. The amenities of the place were amazing and the logs included was a massive pro - in other airbandbs we’ve had to take our own. The instructions were easy to follow and I would recommend everyone to stay in the barn owl :)

Beautiful converted modern barn. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbours, the beautiful sheep and lambs! The place was absolutely spotless, perfect for our family of 4 and doggo. We will be back!

Absolutely lovely weekend in Stablau’r Esgob. It was spotless, everything you needed was provided and was well thought out (shelves and sockets by the bed, a little set of stacking coffee tables in the living room, coasters, kitchen cookware etc). Lovely renovation, the kitchen is stunning and the log burner adds the finishing touch. The little welcome hamper with details about the Stable, some Welshcakes (and chocolate of course) and local information was a great touch. The hosts were very informative and responded quickly. Will definitely be back.

June's place was the perfect spot for us to relax in after spending our days out exploring the beautiful mountains and beaches. June was very welcoming - we were especially happy with her great restaurant recommendations which made sure we were very well fed throughout our stay. The barn is small and cozy but has everything you need. Since it was still pretty cool outside, we were very happy to light a fire every night and spend some time in the hot tub enjoying the amazing views. Overall, I couldn't recommend it more. We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Carpenters Cottage - it’s spacious, clean, extremely well equipped, and set among a beautiful farmland with woods and lakes. We loved the tour of the 14th century chapel (thank you Rupert!) and my son was beside himself with excitement to spot the pigs, dogs, and tractors going past. The property is even better than it looks on the photos. Thank you to Harriet for a wonderful break

Had three lovely nights in ‘The Dairy’. It was a good base to visit the local area; we went to the ice cream farm, and Chester zoo, and would recommend both. Accommodation was well maintained, spacious, clean and had good facilities. Shaun met us as we arrived, very pleasant and friendly, would recommend.
