We visited north wales as a family group to climb Snowden and do the zip wire. The place was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everyone commented on how comfortable their mattress was. Rod and Erica had everything you’d need / expect with clean towels, even shampoo and conditioner, tea coffee etc. The decor and furniture was so welcoming and lovely. Location for us was also perfect. The bus stop just a minutes walk away took us directly to Snowden and there are a host of pubs and cafes within a 5 minute walk. A Morrisons and Asda right by was also very handy. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

The perfect property for our stay. Our car was parked safely for the duration of these trip, we could see it from the window. The property is spacious with everything we needed. Beautiful location and a lovely walk to nearby shops/pubs/restaurants and within walking distance of all the sights we were there to see. Great price as well. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely house in a central location, perfect for exploring the town and nearby walks. Really well equipped house with everything you might need. Also amazing period features. Would definitely recommend this as a stay for anyone who wants to visit Montgomery.

What a great place. Description of the property and photos were 100% accurate. We were 4 senior golfers and the place had everything we needed. In particular, the garage was a big plus as being very suitable for leaving our clubs and trolleys when not in use. For anyone else it would work extremely well for leaving bicycles, prams etc. Susan's contact was clear and precise. The provision of tea, coffee etc greatly appreciated, especially the Welsh Cakes. Plentiful stock of household essentials (toiletries, cleaning equipment, liquids, towels etc). Marvelous location overlooking the Marina. So peaceful. Easy 10 minute walk to a very good pub. Excellent cafe 100 yds away. Put simply, this was everything you would want in a place to stay. Thanks Susan.

We were supposed to be staying at Town Cottage in Llanidloes but there was a problem with the boiler so Ruth very kindly let us stay at Lower Dolgenau instead. Therefore this review applies to Lower Dolgenau. It was a lovely cottage and although we were not in the town, the countryside was idyllic. We woke up every morning to the sounds of a babbling river, sheep and pheasants. The cottage is full of character and very cosy but plenty of space. The cottage is just off the road between the village of Trefeglwys and the hamlet of Llawr-y-Glyn. The nearest pub is about 2 miles away and it's only 7 miles to drive down the hill to the town which has some nice cafes, a bookshop and an organic food shop. It's a superb area for walking. Don't miss Llyn Clywedog or Hafren Forest and there are plenty more walks on the Llanidloes website.

There were 14 of us staying for 2 nights which was great value split between us all. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen was great as we could all fit round the table. Instructions were extremely clear so I had no need to contact the host. Loved the games room. Great location to pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We have had such a lovely week! The house was absolutely perfectly placed near to the beach & was just perfect for us! It has everything you could possibly need and was so lovely and homely! We really did love it and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again! Thank you so much Julia! X

The place is as beautiful as the pics and felt homely! We all loved the size and space especially the kids who’d never been in a house with 3&1/2 floors! Everything was clean and tidy and Penelope’s communication was excellent! She was very accommodating allowing for all beds to be made up on account of us not knowing exactly what configuration we would need! The kitchen was very well equipped and we had what we needed for preparing dinner for the 9 of us. The local Indian take away was excellent! We went for a little walk along the river and over the bridge when we arrived to catch the setting sun! The surroundings are stunning and the fact that everything is within walking distance including the quaint little square and shops, was a bonus! Only thing to mention is the house is on a main road if you have light sleepers. The road isn’t that busy and it didn’t bother most of the party. Nothing that earplugs wouldn’t keep out. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again!

The location was absolutely fantastic. There was very strong wind and rain during our stay but we could enjoy watching the spectacular waves in the warm and dry with a nice hot drink sitting in the mid layer sitting room 🥰

Great place, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We cooked most of our meals ourselves and I’d recommend other guests do the same. Kitchen well equipped and a great sociable space. We all commented on how well we slept, the bedrooms were comfortable.

Lucas and Betty's property was exactly as it was in the pictures and was perfect for our stay in Liverpool. Myself and 2 friends came up to watch the legends game and as an avid Liverpool supporter the house was I in the PERFECT location as it was barely a 5 minute walk to Anfield. I would highly recommend the property to anyone coming to Liverpool.

Julian was really accommodating and very each to get in touch with. He let us view the property before booking to check it was suitable for family staying in Liverpool for our wedding. The house is walking distance to Lark Lane and had a really nice living space.

Fantastic property in a great location, only a stones throw away from the city centre, check in was easy and offered earlier than advertised! The house was immaculate in every aspect! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for hosting us ☺️

It was easy to find and parked outside the house. great place to put our feet up after climbing snowdon. we had a takeaway fron Chan's which was really nice too. the house was really clean and tidy, perfect for us.

We'd thoroughly recommend Marks house in Chester. It is absolutely prefect in terms of the accommodation and location. It was spotless and so comfortable with a great bed and a powerful shower. We had everything we could possibly need provided throughout. Easy to find and extremely quiet, good parking and only a short walk to the city walls then not much further into the town centre. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, what's not to like!

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. It’s a perfect location for hiking but also extremely close to the seaside. The hot tub was a perfect finish to a tiring day up in the hills. Our Labrador, Max, felt right at home here as there were blankets, towels and treats for him. The house was also very clean and Helen and Tom have thought of everything, the little touches were perfect. Thanks again! Beth, Adam and Max 🐾

Immaculate house in a wonderful location. 15 minute coastal stroll into Trearddur bay. House in on a very quiet street with sea views from middle and top floor. Really clean when we arrived and kitchen with everything you need. Super comfy beds in wonderful bedrooms. My dog and kids loved the enclosed garden. Would definitely stay again.
