Pros: For the price, it is an unbeatable location for access to the mountain. Brand new, modern kitchen and bathroom. Drew is a joyful and highly responsive host . Great view from the living room at the mountains, complete with a porch and chairs to enjoy a drink. Cons: The bedroom window (one of two in the space) is adjacent to the outdoor walkway, like a motel. The decor isn’t going to win an award for great design. It’s an eclectic mix of furniture that has being brown in common. But it’s perfectly comfortable.

Margaux was a great host. We just stayed there one night in between snowboarding so it was a quick stay. She was very friendly and chill, and let us do our own thing comfortably. The place was nice and clean and the room was very spacious. Perfect stay!

We were all about skiing and our apartment was perfect for that! You walk 1 minute to your ski locker and then you walk for 2 minutes to the lift!!! It was perfect for our group and very/ VERY good value for the price we paid :)

The Carbondale perch was a great home base for a couple days skiing. It was just as described in the picture, very clean, and nicely decorated. Wesley had great communication. The beds were comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

This place is a very spacious space that has a well equipped kitchen, great storage and very convenient location. The host is very available and is happy do help if needed.

Budget friendly compared to other local places. Very quiet and private. Lots of literature on local hot spots!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious exactly what you see in the pictures. Everyone was able to have their own space and bathroom. The hosts were very attentive before, during, and after our trip. They gave us the information we needed in a timely manner prior to us needing it. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel again.

Very easy to find and get to the house . I would like to see in the kitchen more dishes. But love great hosting skills for keeping lots of goods in the kitchen cabinets.

This AirBnB is run by a management group. There's a lot to like: the neighborhood, the directions are great, it's on the river and has a tremendous view, the house feels well cared for and is well-stocked with all sorts of useful things, there's a ton of awesome art, and their team communicates well. The downside is that you have a large document you have to sign, they are perhaps a bit over zelous with their communication, and a fair bit of the glassware has significant calcium/hard water stains. Still, those are minor quibbles - we were well taken care of and very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks team!

Dan was an excellent host - very kind and attentive when we had questions. He showed a vested interest in making sure we had a nice time and we did! Home is so cozy and the surrounding areas as stunning. Would definitely return as a go-to when in Carbondale!

Amazing property! All the comforts one would want and some extra ones as well. Great space, the furniture is very comfortable, the beds (including the rollaway ones) are top of the line. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, etc... the house really didn't feel like a rental, every details was thought of. Thr kitchen has everything you need, there are not only basics but extra spices, teas, condoments, and essentials for you to use. Appliances are top of the line, especially the fridge and dishwasher. We travel frequently and always buy basic supplies for our stay but have never stayed in a place that had all the comforts of home. The 2 large washer and dryers were super helpful, especially for a big family of skiiers. The house is very conducive for hosting a group of ten, especially in our case with 3 generations involved. We had all our meals prepared at home after slope days and essentials enjoyed games by the fireplace. the steam showers were a treat! Hot tub too! We will be back

Incredible property! I’ve been to Aspen several times and this is by far the best house I’ve stayed in! Only 15 mins drive to Aspen downtown, this house offers complete privacy, elegance and comfort surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of the river, mountains and sunlight made our stay memorable. Thank you David!

Courtney was very communicative. She provided recommendations for grocery delivery, restaurants, etc. She checked in after we arrived to see if we needed anything.

Fantastic place. Well kept. Easy walk to Village Express. Obviously a place the host takes good care of - not just a management run place. We LOVED the hot tub - just steps away and had it to ourselves the whole time. Will definitely book this again.

Comfortable and spacious condo with great proximity to the Two Creeks lift. Well stocked with quality kitchen appliances.

We loved it. Great apartment for family with two teenage kids. So much better than a hotel option. Perfect location for skiing in Snowmass.

Allie’s place was a wonderful stay, great location easy access to mountain and town. The place was spotless and looked brand new. Separately Allie personally went out of her way to accommodate us after a previous Airbnb double booked. Without the help she personally put into get us in after hours in her time we would have been stranded. Beyond thankful for an interaction where someone treats you like a friend even though she didn’t know us or have to. Would highly recommend her stay!

A perfection location for our week in Aspen! A true gem!

We had an excellent stay. This is our second year staying here,and we love it! Ski in/ski out. Close to the village. Great home . Our family enjoyed the hot tub every night. There is a close playground great for the kids.

Wonderful, responsive host. Great accommodations in a wonderful full service hotel. Hotel service was outstanding across the board - great access to skiing (ski valet and ski in/out). Nice to award a 5 star rating to accommodations that are truly deserving.
