Great ski in ski out to snowmass. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was comfortable for working and relaxing after skiing. Zachary was responsive about recommendations for storage in the area.

We had a blast at Ambers place!! We were at the pool several times a day. We had our own paddle boards and walked them right down to Nottingham park which is a hotbed of fun activities!! Boat rentals, beach, sand volleyball, basketball courts and an awesome playground literally 200 yards from the condo also an excellent place to watch the sunset!!! The place is a ground floor walk in with huge patio and bbq pit. It was so nice and absolutely perfect. Spotless!! Perfect for our family. Thank you so much. We just had a blast.

Mindy gave timely and clear instructions prior to check-in, and was responsive to a question that I had about parking. She also sent a reminder regarding check-out needs.

What a fantastic experience! A very comfortable condo with everything we needed. The location was amazing, just steps from the slopes - with a short ride/ski down to base camp and quickly up to the top of the mountain. And we cannot say enough about our host, Regina - the best AirBnB host we've ever had! Incredibly responsive and so helpful with any questions we had...and she went above and beyond in assisting us with the logistics of getting our skis and snowboard to/from the condo. We highly recommend these accommodations!

Really great place for our family of 5. The bedding was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were towels for the hot tub in the kids bathroom. The hot tub was just around the corner, though the paths could be slippery. The bus is super convenient but not necessary as it's just a short walk to the Assay lift; even carrying ski gear for 3 kids plus our own stuff, we were able to do it. We had some epic ping pong battles in the game room.

Great spot, perfect for skiing beaver creek with an easy shuttle to the mountain! Condo is perfect for a ski spot and the finishes were well done and place is super clean!

Very accommodating space for our family, which included 3 adult kids. Great for everyone to have their own space & bathroom. Made getting out in the morning very easy! Catching the shuttle down to the gondola was fantastic. Kitchen is extremely well equipped which made cooking dinners a breeze. Washer & dryer are huge! Beds were very comfortable. All appliances were updated & place was very clean upon arrival. We loved the multiple hot tub options & the gas fireplace. Communication could not have been easier with these owners. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Courtney was very communicative. She provided recommendations for grocery delivery, restaurants, etc. She checked in after we arrived to see if we needed anything.

Terrific location, very comfy. Pool was out of service for the season but George and Ben arranged very good alternatives. Top notch communications with owners who responded promptly and were on top of any requests.

Listing is as described. Host responded to our concerns regarding TV immediately. Problem quickly resolved. Kitchen was well stocked with olive oil, vinegar, etc. Vintage 1970 pushbutton cooktop required some practice but we managed. The swimming pool is not open during the winter--hot tub was open. Bus stop is literally steps away which provides access to the base village, village center and the local supermarket. You can ski close to the apartment by using the foot bridge over Bush Creek Rd, but you can't ski to the unit. We were pleased about our stay and can recommend this host.

I would stay again. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable in bedroom, some of the best Ive stayed on. Beautiful view, w windows that open some to let the cool mountain breeze in. Kids slept fine on couch. Ski valet is great. Hot tub was great. Kids liked pool. Very nice, kinda over priced restaurant there, but it's Beaver Creek, so that was fine. I booked early in the year trying to save money and ended up losing money because the demand wasn't there, which was frustrating, but just luck of the draw. We could be to slopes within 5 minutes and ski valet was great. The hotel was unwilling to provide service in terms of cleaning or letting us have a robes, etc. The owner did provide us w/ four free cleans from his staff. Cleaners were great but less reliable than hotel staff. Both of the TV's run on ancient 90s cable TV w commercials. I would recommend you bring HDMI cords and a ROKU or Apple TV to stream. No long list of BS to do before leaving! Overall, would def stay again!

Melissa’s condo was perfect for our large family to call home base while skiing at Beaver Creek. It was a 2 min walk to the Lake Street bus stop which takes you to BC Village. You could also get off the bus or walk 10 min to the gondola. As for the condo, it is updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed to include kitchen & bath paper products, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, and spices. Melissa was super responsive. Check-in at the front desk was easy. The outdoor pool is heated, but a bit cool when really cold outside. The outdoor hot tubs were nice though. City Market grocery store is about an 8 min drive and Super Walmart is about a 12 min drive. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful location, the view from the room will always be one of my favorites, looking towards Beaver Creek. I could hear and see the river from my balcony, such an amazing Hotel. I hope to stay again soon, thank you Charlie, he's a great host. A+

Great spot for a ski weekend. The condo is a short drive to the parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek. We ate at restaurants in Avon and Edwards at night. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Pavel was very responsive to questions.

I’ve used Airbnb for about 10yrs and this place is one of the most scenery places I’ve stayed, at least during winter. The house is clean, match the description, and well-designed. The only downside is you have to drive a couple miles of unpaved / unplowed road but it’s still a great place!

We absolutely loved the place. The house has the most amazing views from all the windows. It is well equipped and very pretty. The surroundings and activities are great. We’ve stayed 20 days and didn’t have enough time to do everything there is to do. Gina was very helpful, she even brought us fresh eggs from the farm. We had all kinds of pasture raise beef, available to us. We didn’t want to leave

This home was so great! We loved the pellet stove and the entrance through the garage made it so convenient. Walmart was literally 4 min away -beaver creek was 5-6 min away! After a long day of skiing the SAUNA was great! We had a peaceful stay!

We stayed here with our friends over New Years and WOW!! What an amazing location! We felt like we were headed over the river and through the woods to a magical storybook cabin. And we were right! Andy and Kate were awesome to communicate with during, beforehand, and afterward. Everything was clean, nice sheets, big Sonos speaker, nice big beautiful table and chairs, lovey hot tub and sauna. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space even more! Thank you Andy and Kate.

Jan was a terrific host and her home was perfect. We went in January during ski season and we loved every aspect of this rental. It was centrally located and walking distance to the Snowmass ski shuttle, which gave you direct access to every Aspen resort. The mountain views were awesome and visible from every corner, and the indoor accommodations were cozy and comfortable. I recommend this AirBnB big time. - Colonel P. Smith, USAF, retired

Wonderful, well-equipped home! Very comfortable for our family of five adults with space to spread out as well as common areas. Susan was super-responsive too. 😊
