This place was great and very accommodating for my group! We stayed here to be close to Knoebels for the weekend while also being far enough away from the Halloween hustle and bustle. The host was awesome at communicating and even let us check out late since no one followed our stay. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in! I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area and would recommend to anyone.

We were in the area for a friend's wedding and found this gem. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Waking up and looking out at daybreak over the vines was so calming. We visited the restaurant where we had a great lunch before heading out. This was a splurge which put my husband and i into a bubble which is hard to do with our busy lives. It was so relaxing when we came back at the end of the night where we could turn on the fireplace and recline in the chair.

House was beautiful and peaceful! Perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with friends. Hot tub and fire pit were a great addition- would have loved to use the pool but it was winter! Only struggle we had was making it up the hilly driveway in the snow- it was not properly plowed. However, David responded very quickly and his neighbor Randy was super helpful and friendly to get it cleared for us! Not many places to order food from/no delivery offered in the area. But if you plan on cooking and hanging out at the house this is a great option! 10/10 stay

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked to do some Thanksgiving meal prep. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.

A lovely weekend with family was spent in a clean and spacious home, with many updates and a beautiful view of the lake. Sara responded immediately to our communications and offered any assistance we may need, but the home provided all we could have wanted for our stay. Thanks for helping us create some family memories while enjoying your lovely home and gracious hospitality.

The Bubbling Brook Farmhouse was perfect for our group of nine! This is the second time we've stayed here, and it is a wonderful place to stay: spacious, relaxing, and secluded without seeming out in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen is well stocked with items you probably forgot to bring, and there is even a hot tub! This is a place you want to stay with a a small group, this is the place.

Great location. Peaceful and quiet. Great house with wonderful amenities. Host was very friendly and communication was great. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

loved the home. inviting with many detailed amenities and thoughtful perks. communication was excellent. for any issue or hiccup they were very responsive and fixed it promptly providing great customer service. remember to bring your ear plugs it is on a road that gets a lot of traffic. overall fantastic experience.

This may have been the nicest, most comfortable Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Everything was easy, and the place was stocked with goodies, amenities, and necessities down to every detail. I wanted to cook a meal, and they had everything I needed in terms of kitchen equipment and staple items. There were even farm fresh eggs and a fresh unopened half gallon of milk!!
