The location was incredible being just a short walk to Broadway. The space was as described and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Micheal's place was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and great view of city. We were well provided with shampoo, conditioner, coffee and all the things. My only negative was the parking situation as we had an unexpected 110$ of parking, as well as had difficulty reloading it and had to walk back at 11pm to reload it. Just wish we knew the expense before but the stay was overall great!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

Carlos listing was an absolute treasure of a spot. Close enough for business and the excitement on Broadway of downtown Nashville. Best part was the peace and quiet at night. Not to mention the complimentary coffee and snacks for the week. Absolutely the best and hopefully schedule with Carlos in the fall. Thank you Johnny Garcia

I say this is my top 5 airbnb I felt like I was home the bed was so relaxing it was not far from the air port or down town when I say I was amazed I loved how it was simple yet a touch of Nashville I love the access to the washer now I can go home and put up my cloths I would love to say this is a amazing spot I love the patio vibe but must importantly I took a bath in that massive tub every day it’s very spacious it was just 2 of us but I felt like 4 ppl could of stayed there definitely will recommend and stay again only thing us girls like a full length mirror that’s the only thing missing

The place was amazing! Jenni was quite literally the best Airbnb host we have ever had. Super responsive and incredibly accommodating! We felt right at home and were so comfortable, the gym and other amenities were also wonderful. 10/10 would stay again, in fact, we booked another stay on our way out.

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

Gathered in Nashville for a girls trip/reunion and Christopher and Brittany’s place was perfect! You can’t beat the location. It was walkable to Broadway, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked with plenty of towels, bathroom items, dishes, etc. Having 2 sinks was awesome with 4 ladies getting ready. It was clean, which is always super important to me. It’s a pleasant view into the courtyard with pool. The hosts were so responsive and nice and had great local suggestions. Having luggage storage available was really convenient too. Definitely recommend this place!

This is in a wonderful location! You can walk to some really good restaurants within mins. The yard at this property is fenced in making it for us a great place for our dogs. The neighborhood seemed quiet and nice as well.

What a perfect location to stay! Peaceful, extremely clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub was the perfect way to end everyday here!

I cannot recommend Matthew's place enough! Every room was expertly curated, and the attention to detail was evident. This was the perfect spot for the 4 of us to stay and I can't wait to stay again if I'm in Nashville in the future.

Zack’s place was great! He was very helpful in helping us find the best spots to eat. The pool table was hit with our kids and the bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was stocked and appliances were great. It’s in a great location and close to Downtown and all the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing time staying at this place for my bachelorette weekend!! There were a total of 8 of us, and there was still plenty of room for at least 2 more people. The electricity did go out the first night due to the weather, but Elijah was super responsive to my messages and had it taken care of the same night! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with 2 others for a girls trip. It was great to have separate bathrooms! Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet at night, deck is super cute for morning coffee. Lots of walkable stuff, would stay here again.

Ryan and Sarah were great hosts! They made wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. They were quick to respond and even made a house call to replace something. We were extremely pleased with the home and its amenities. The outdoor area was very nice. This is a great getaway for couples, families, and friends. It’s a short uber ride to dt and the Gulch. Our favorite restaurant, Noko, was a 3 minute drive and our favorite coffee place, Ugly Mugs, only 5 minutes from the house.

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s place. The house was beautiful and spotless. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect for visiting great restaurants and live music. Nights were quiet and cozy. Jennifer was very welcoming and thoughtful. We would love to come back again soon!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The condo was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and every amenity we could ask for. Heather has gone above and beyond as an Air BnB host, both in her design and preparation of the space, and her support in answering questions before our trip. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

Midnight train enthusiasts will feel at home! The atmosphere outside is lively, with a bustling sea of homeless individuals adding spice to your stroll downtown. Forget about packing snacks; you’ll have opportunities to test your social skills in this vibrant community! Parking is first come, first serve, and be prepared to pay for it—part of the experience! A smartphone is a must to access the building. On the bright side, the gated community offers security, and guests can enjoy a nice pool and gym area to relax! The house was clean, and Melissa was very responsive. Earplugs are provided to help with the ambiance! If you enjoy late-night train concerts, urban reality, and the thrill of hunting for parking, this spot is perfect for you! Just remember to bring your sense of humor!

Overall we were very happy with the condo itself. The location was very convenient to great restaurants and Broadway. Our only issue was the shelter/mission center so close and there was a lot of street noise at night and construction noise early in the morning. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the place with all the attention to detail. We had one issue with the bathroom sink being clogged and the owner came right away to fix. We had one issue with the building fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and needed to evacuate the building. The owners communicated very quickly and very helpful and friendly.

Booked Chris's place for some down time between a weekend gig. Wonderful place to rest. The patio sectional is a whole vibe. No doubt I would crash here again.

Allie’s place was really adorable! Just as stated in the listing. She had everything you would need and then some in the kitchen! It was bright and cozy and felt very at home. The balcony got the most use during our stay.The pool and amenities were also really wonderful and clean! There is construction going on right next to the condo but didn’t really bother us! The building itself is so clean and really safe. The gym had adequate equipment which was an awesome bonus. The area is walkable, however there is a lot of homeless along the streets to and from the building, and also the whole walk to the gulch. I think it’s safe, but something we weren’t aware of before getting to the condo. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again, we really loved it here!

Great location! Coffee shop right up the street! Short walk to Broadway Orlando was wonderful he responded so fast and was extremely helpful! You need a code to get on the elevators and a gated parking garage so it felt very safe The door was difficult to lock from the outside, like when we left the room! But once you figure it out it’s simple! Overall absolutely fabulous! Worth the cost!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect just 5 minutes from downtown, which made getting around super easy. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, from fresh towels and bed sheets to coffee in the morning. The building itself was top notch, with great amenities like a gym and an amazing rooftop lounge. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend!
