The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay overall. Great host. A microwave and a water purifier/dispenser would be a great addition to the apartment as it has everything else including a laundry machine.

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

这个公寓很棒！去西湖散步很方便，去河内老城也很方便。房间和设备都很新，也打扫的非常干净，住在里面很舒服。地下室有可以公用的洗衣机和干衣机，很方便。Lien是非常好的房东，每天都送了我们一盘水果。唯一的缺点还是会听到窗外摩托车的轰鸣声，可能这是河内的特色无法完全避免，也可能是我们住在2楼比较低层的原因。在夜晚我偶尔会难以入睡，清晨的时候又会很早被摩托车和鸡叫声吵醒。不过我的妻子睡得还不错，所以这个问题是因人而异的。

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We really appreciate what Nam and his team has done, they were super responsive and really helpful. When we arrived, it was early in the morning, we requested to early check in but unfortunately somebody still using it, but somehow they did managed to lend their other property for us to store our luggage and rest. I was super grateful and really appreciate of what they did. The check in process was easy and smooth. This property is quite a walk from old quarter area, but i love it because its quite and close to french quarter, opera house, and hoan kiem lake (this place is next to US embassy building). rooms were clean and nice as posted in their picture. bathroom also clean and has hot water all day. kitchen area equipped with decent facility and have micro and fridge. Love this place and really recommend it for traveler to stay (PS: no elevator, if you travel with elder please reconsider since its 5 floor building)

Very cozy place. It was very big and had all the amenities described. Super comfy beds. Had a bit of trouble finding it at first. Asked locals but was pointed to different locations repeatedly. Once I used the location and directions, it wasn't that hard to find. Great place for large families. Quite cheap too.

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

We spent 8 hours on the streets of Hanoi visiting airbnb places that looked nothing like in the photos. This place was a bit pricy buy we wanted to have a look and we met with the owner who was very friendly and allowed us to have a look at the flat before we book. The place was super clean, in a very quiet location, near the lake and close enough to the old city. You can take a grab bike or a car for an affordable fee. It is so much better than being in the center. The host was very responsive and gave us all the tips and sugestions I ask them about. Internet is working great, and the flat has a washing machine and super fast dryer which was great! The flat also has a pool table! Definitely a place you can rest and relax. Please note that this is a pricy option for Hanoi, but its quite worth it! I fully recommend this place to couples, families, and singles looking for more comfor as we did. Thank you!

The place is located very center, though it might come with street noise, the building is new and this appartment is equiped with good window that can block distinguishly noise from outside. The place is like in the photos and come with all we need for our stay. The co-host Austin is very helpful and attentive. we enjoyed so much our stay at S.Sens Home and will pick it again for our next time in Hanoi.
