Underpriced for the services provided. Crew remained flexible after we had an unexpected delay. Had 3 course meal Ready for us with an attentive waiter when we arrived. Quiet place was very clean. Very close to the castle and caves. Will stay again in near future.

A pleasant stay in a beautiful place. Clean apartment, nice and tolerant hosts. The only thing we would like to point out, electricity is charged separately and the sauna is not free. That's why we didn't use it.

Sve je bilo kao na slikama, čisto i uredno. Smještaj je stvarno divan, ispunio je naša očekivanja. Susretljiva i simpatična domačica Lucija, prilagodila se našem vremenu dolaska i odlaska.

We had the best time staying at Luka´s. The apartment is immaculate: everything was squeaky clean, the bedsheets and towels were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful, there was a carafe of water in the fridge, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and there were tea bags and coffee pods. The place is decorated with lots of attention for detail and very cleverly equipped. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the rain shower and the heating for the towels - it felt like a spa! We will for sure come back. Hvala ti puno, Luka!

My wife, son and I had a wonderful stay at Boštjan’s place. The flat is in a nice, quiet neighborhood of Bled. You are able to walk to town easily and the view from the flat is beautiful. The flat was clean and comfortable and Boštjan was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The kitchen was also well stocked. It was a perfect place for our weekend stay.

We only stayed one night here as we had an early flight out the next morning. The place was perfect! spacious, clean, kid-friendly, smooth check in, and close to the airport. Definitely would recommend the place for families to stay at.

Zeer vriendelijke host en een heel fijn en schoon appartement. Appartement ligt heel strategisch met restaurants, cafés en winkels op paar minuten loopafstand. Appartement is gelegen in een redelijk groot en anoniem complex. Heel fijn dat er ook een parkeergarage is met een eigen plek. Ik zou de host en zijn appartement zeker aanraden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung in Kärnten. Die vorherige Kommunikation & der Check-In war sehr verständlich und umfangreich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht auf die Berge & den See. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt hat. Bei einem kleinen Problem unsererseits wurde uns sofort geholfen & das Problem gelöst. Sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren allgemein sehr zufrieden.

Perfectly as described. A great place to stay near Lake Bled. The location and surroundings are beautiful and Judita was lovely. She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. In the barn outside the house there are hammocks, bikes to use and some children's toys. A small stream runs right behind the house and adds to the sense of serenity. We loved staying there as a family and would definitely recommend.

Amazing place. Great location. Easily walkable to all the restaurants of Bled. Fantastic views. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Would love to stay here again!

Wir hatten noch nie ein Appartement wo Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel für die ganze Woche vorhanden war. Es gab sogar in der einen Woche nochmal frische Handtücher und noch Kaffeetabs und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche war alles was man braucht. Das Bett war auch wirklich groß und hat eine super Matratze. DANKE, es war echt toll.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem wunderbaren Spa-Appartement genossen. Die Begrüßung durch Filip war sehr nett, unkompliziert und uns wurde alles erklärt. Frische Blumen, Obst, brennende Kerzen und gekühlter Prosecco sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich. Filip war immer für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar. Der Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennisplatz und dem einmaligen Blick auf die Kvaner Bucht war wirklich unser Highlight. Ein toller Ort zum Relaxen. Obwohl in dem Gebäude noch weitere Wohnungen sind, wurde Privatsphäre groß geschrieben. Die Eigentümer, welche im oberen Bereich und nebenan wohnen, verhielten sich fast unsichtbar und auch von dem Appartement unten drunter merkte man nicht viel. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

Odlična izkušnja! Lokacija je vrhunska, vse je blizu in dostopno. Po celodnevnem raziskovanju mesta je bil jacuzzi pravo razkošje za sprostitev. Nastanitev je čista, moderna in prostorna, opremljena z vsem, kar potrebujete. Počutili smo se kot doma. Toplo priporočamo!

Definitivno najbolji i najkvalitetniji smještaj u Hrvatskoj u kojem smo bili. Sanja i Josip bili su jako susretljivi i ugodni u komunikaciji. Sanja nam je dala detaljne upute sa sadržajima u gradu i okolici. Kuća je predivna i jedinstvena na ovom području. Opremljena je apsolutno sa svim sadržajima i besprijekorno je čisto. Prekrasan bazen i sauna su nas oduševili. Djeca su uživala u bazenu i kino dvorani. Velika soba ima pogled koji oduzima dah. Sve je bilo više nego savršeno. Hvala vam na ugodnom boravku!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Alles entsprach den Erwartungen und wir hatten eine entspannte, sehr erholsame Zeit. Wir waren zum Skifahren in der Gegend und die Entfernung zum Skilift war auch mit Kindern problemlos zu meistern. Die Sauna in der eigenen Hütte machten den Skitag perfekt. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass Martin und seine Frau Rim jederzeit gut erreichbar waren und sich immer sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert haben. Toll- da hat mich sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und für uns sehr erholsam. Gerne wieder!

Our family was truly impressed with our stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a paradise for a short vacation with kids, offering a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. The barbecue area is excellent, perfect for relaxing evenings. Ana, the owner, was incredibly attentive, always in touch, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If I could, I’d give this place 20 out of 10! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

Naš boravak u ovom smjestaju je bio odlican,. Kuca ima sve potrebno za odmor i opustanje ukljucujući i spa centar. Priroda oko same kuce je prekrasna. Domacin nam je bio na usluzi za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Preporučam svima.

Sehr Angenehm, etwas wenig Aktivitäten in der Umgebung für Junge Erwachsene wenn man nicht gerade Skifahren geht. Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung, perfekt Sauber und der Blick unbezahlbar. Großes Lob an Michael, alles Perfekt geklappt, immer erreichbar gewesen und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Alles in allem Perfekt!

Отличный дом и великолепный хозяин! Хочется отдельно отметить, что увидев, что у меня день рождения, он угостил нас домашней настойкой с медом! Сам дом просто великолепен, все было очень чисто и красиво. Особенно понравилось с каким вниманием, теплом и заботой обставлен дом! Мы остались в полном восторге и очень советуем к посещению!!

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Wir hatten sowohl Schnee als auch sonnige Tage. Konnten die wunderschöne Winterlandschaft von der Sauna aus genießen und bei schönem Wetter den Sonnenuntergang auf der großen Terasse vom Bett aus bestaunen. Das Bergpanorama aus jedem Fenster ist atemberaubend. Das Chalet ist großartig gebaut, jeder Raum ist sinnvoll genutzt. Der Baustil etwas ganz besonderes mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe in der Natur genießen. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Teresa und Stefan für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den unvergesslichen Urlaub!
