Super ruhig und abgeschieden, sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, angenehmer großer Poolbereich mit schöner Sicht auf die Bucht.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Die Unterkunft von Goran bietet einen absoluten tollen, großen und sehr gepflegten Garten am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Familien (5 und 4 Personen). Die obere Wohnung (1. Stock) ist super für 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 2 voneinander getrennte Einheiten. Beide Einheiten haben je ein Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnraum und 1 Duschbad. Die vordere Einheit hat zudem noch eine Küchenzeile und eine Ausziehcouch, die meine Kinder nutzten. Die zum Pool liegende Wohnung haben wir als Lagerraum genutzt. Sollte man planen, das Haus mit 2 Familien buchen zu wollen, sollte man sich der Aufteilung bewusst sein. Der Komfort in der oberen Wohnung ist höher. Da sich unser Leben größtenteils im traumhaften Garten abgespielt hat, war das für uns nicht so wichtig. Goran und seine Schwiegermutter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können Goran und seine Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. We had a great time here! Giovanna is a very nice host, she sent us all the information we needed before arriving and even sent us videos so we could see the house and get the explanations. She also cared, if everything was okay and gave us good recommendations for the area. The house is amazing. Everything looks just like on the photos and we felt really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped perfectly, we found everything we needed and more. There is enough spaces for everybody and especially the bathrooms are great. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, when we were there, but we had a couple of days when we could use the pool and the BBQ, the outside are is very calm and relaxing. All in all, we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

Very good communication and all pictures represent the true property. Beautiful interior. Fabulous designer kitchen and great bathrooms. Everything was very good. The location is quiet, restful and with great view over the fields. You can get everywhere within 15-30 minutes and there are some amazing places to visit in Istria. Town, shopping, refueling, eating and dog beaches. Host offered a repeat customer discounted price. We will be back soon.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns (2 Familien), es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind wünderschön eingerichtet. Für die Zimmer im Obergschoß gibt es extra Bäder. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ingrid war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

What an excellent Villa, David and his family were incredibly welcoming, very helpful in every way, even before we checked in. David gave an incredible list of recommendations from places to visit, restaurants the lot. The Villa is just amazing. The pool, the outdoor kitchen setup, hot tub and everything inside the house was clean and very well maintained. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend.

How do I even start! This has to be the most amazing Airbnb my family has ever stayed in. It started with the wonderful owners Dino and Sara, who met us at the property. They are wonderful people who are very charming and made sure we felt at home. It’s a beautiful property, on top of a lookout that is simply breathtaking. You get the ultimate view of the Kvarner Bay and it makes for a colorful sunset. Each bedroom is just right, with a bathroom nearby and all the amenities you could ask for. Each offers a large window with the same beautiful view of the Adriatic. The kitchen is fully stocked, spacious, modern and spotless, just perfect for cooking in. They even provided free vino and slivovitz in the kitchen! The hot tub was wonderful to lounge in and watch the sunset. The sauna works great too. If you even have time to use it, the WiFi is fast and the TVs are brand new. Overall, this is a breathtaking property with wonderful owners. Look no further than this villa!!!

Our stay at this stunning villa was simply unforgettable. The amenities were superb, and the decor was very lovingly arranged, leaving nothing to be desired. The attention to detail in the furnishings made our stay especially pleasant. Our entire family, including our dog, felt extremely comfortable here. It was a home away from home, where we immediately felt welcome. A huge thank you goes to our host, Sandra. She was incredibly hospitable and always available and helpful. Her warmth and support made our stay even more enjoyable. We are sure: We will definitely come back!

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus, Lage sehr ruhig, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen aber wir fanden es super. Villa war bei Bezug sauber, man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Pool und Whirlpool waren auch sauber, Temperaturen waren auch in Ordnung. Hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Villa, kann es gerne nur weiter empfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Perfect villa far away from everything and with perfect views over the sea, although has neighbors and a road right under it. Very beautiful (even more beautiful than on the pictures), clean, cozy, spacious 😱 but has sometimes troubles with hot water. The TV in the master bedroom sucks too 😬 No keys/locks on the doors to the bathrooms. The kitchen table can place only 8 people, whereas the villa is for 10, and we were 10. But these are just the little things because the general picture is anyway awesome. However, those little things are also quite seizable when everything is idyllic around you except for a few things!

What a great host: so responsive and kind. The home was spotless, comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. Our family group came together from 3 continents and the home was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. We want to come back.

Wat een lieve en geweldige mensen! Zowel Bernhard, papa, mama als broer zijn zeer bereikbaar en aardig. We hadden een probleempje met de poort die niet meer open ging en onmiddellijk kwam men kijken om deze te repareren. Bernhard wist ons leuke adresjes te bezorgen om te gaan eten en wijn te proeven op het domein zelf (Rossi winery) en dorpen te bezichtigen in de buurt. Porec, Grosnjan, Visnjan, Novigrad, Rovinj,... Zelf hebben we nog een zeer leuke en uitdagende wandeling gedaan (Staza sedam slapova, 13km) in Buzet. Via het Parenzana pad wat letterlijk achter het huis ligt kan je mooie trails lopen. Qua uitrusting van het huis hebben we in al die jaren dat we via AirBnB boekten nog nooit meegemaakt, zeer goede bedden, mooie goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken, zeer mooie kamers, overal airconditioning. Zoals in eerdere recensies kregen wij ook een heerlijke pasta met verse truffel en wijn aangeboden door de ouders. Zeer warme en aanbevelenswaardige mensen en locatie

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. Sehr schöne Villa, super Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht um Frühstück vorzubereiten oder eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben.

Vi holdte en uges ferie i villa Zoro med vores tre små børn. Vi havde en dejlig afslappende uge. Der er ikke meget at lave i byen. Men der er en fodboldbane og legeplads vi benyttede dagligt. Men der er 10 minutters kørsel til nærmeste større supermarked (Lidl) Vi blev taget imod af ms. Eni, som er super sød og venlig. Boligen var ren og pæn, med et køkken med alt hvad man behøver. Det eneste minus ved opholdet, var at det ligger blandt mange ruin huse der bliver renoveret og der kommer en lugt fra hønsehuset ved siden af. Men vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie! Check-ud var også super fleksibelt, hvor Sarah kom og endda havde en lille gave til os.

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

We wanted to have a peaceful countryside experience for our short time in Croatia. And this home definitely fit the bill, just the journey back and forth by car was beautiful, surrounded with rolling hills and stunning landscape. The home itself is Private and very pretty with three large bedrooms, so our family could spread out and really rest peacefully. We cooked meals in the kitchen and did not get a chance to use the pool. Because there were thunderstorms, but it looked very clean and nice. And there's also a hot tub. Both overlooking the valley with about 15 minutes driving distance to nearby villages where there are grocery stores and small restaurants definitely recommend.!
