Beautiful apartment- very spacious and very well fitted out . Lovely peaceful surroundings and views. Perfect for our needs but would suit anyone exploring the area . Extremely comfortable beds ( twins beds that pushed together very easily with no discernible gap ).

Har besökt detta ställe flera gånger, och det är perfekt för ändamålet. Det stora utrymmet på tredje våningen är som gjort för ändamål som behöver mycket plats. Köket är socialt, och sovrummen är bekväma och mörka.

Supermysig vistelse, otroligt fina och idylliska omgivningar😍 husvagnen kändes fräsch och rymlig! Trevligt välkomnande av värden som lät oss hälsa på hönsen och smaka på väldigt goda plommon! Toppen helt enkelt🌸

Perfect and relaxing stay in a real forest/lake cottage in the countryside. Recommended the Femøre little trekking near the coast and Var Lokal in Gnesta for an amazing beer and relaxed night. The wood for the wood-stove is not included but it's ok.

We spent the Christmas period at Fredrik’s house and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! The living / kitchen area is so sociable - we were all able to cook, chat and be together by the fire with ease. The house is super cozy with really high quality furnishings to wind down on in the evenings. This place is a lot bigger than what the pictures show the sauna was fantastic too. It was amazing to be so close to nature and the frozen sea, we did a lot of walking around the area in the snowy woodlands and saw all sorts of wildlife! Thank you so much Fredrik - we will most certainly be returning in the future!!

We were 19 people spending the midsummer weekend at this magical place! We couldn’t be more satisfied. Amazing venue and a lovely walk between the meadows down to the lake. The three floor rustic house surpassed all our expectations and even though we were so many we all got our own bed and could sleep very well. We got to have the whole place to ourselves, yet Cecilia was always easy to talk to in case we needed something or wanted local advices on what to do etc. We can’t wait to come back! Many thanks to Cecilia with family :)

Vi bokade boendet för att komma ut på landet och uppleva lugnet och naturen på nära håll. Vi fick mer än vi hade hoppats på! Mycket trevligt värdpar som kändes tillgängliga, välutrustat boende och kök med allt man kan behöva för grill, gratängformer, skålar, brödrost, mixerstav, frysfack. Fantastiskt fin bastu med sjöutsikt. Det var inget vi saknade. Området är fridfullt och mer av en eco gård med fokus på odling, inga bullriga traktorer eller ljud av trafik, bara ljuvt fågelkvitter, lite kluckande hönor och några "bääää" från fåren då och då. Rekommenderas varmt! Stort tack!

Boendet i Kvarnkärr var över förväntan! Vacker och fridfull gård med privat läge. Niklas mötte upp oss och gav oss bra instruktioner kring både boende och omgivning. Stiligt inrett hus, med bra sällskapsytor. För oss med ett tjejgäng om 6 blev de platsbyggda våningssängarna ett plus i kollo-känslan och gemenskapen. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Clean house. Beautiful peaceful location and a great host. Lake nearby. Had a great stay, host allowed me to use his row boat in lake to go fishing.

Skönt med mycket yta när man är många och häftigt med ett så gammalt hus!

Vi - fyra vuxna friluftsälskare - njöt verkligen av husets och gårdens atmosfär och lugn under en långhelg i oktober. Att se solen gå ner över Hjälmaren när vi satt i bastun var magiskt. Carin och Anders var så generösa, trevliga och hjälpsamma och bidrog till en väldigt fin helg. Tack för tipset om Lilla bageriet i skogen! Mums... Hela området är fullt av slingrande vackra vägar, som gjorda för cykelturer! Vi återvänder gärna.

We had the best time. The place look fantastic (even better than in photos), is super functional and generally just such a great space to spend time with friends and family. The location is very peaceful, only nature around you. Albin was very helpful and communicative. Would love to visit again!

Very nice and cosy hut, well equiped. Nice remote place in the countryside. The host was ready to provide us enough of firewood for a drying of wet clothes. Five people fit there very well. Very friendly cat Oscar and beautiful horses on the premises :-)

Tout était parfait, l’endroit merveilleux avec une vue incroyable, la maison très confortable et bien chauffée malgré le froid dehors, très bien équipée et Jonas est un super hôte. Merci encore pour ce séjour de rêve !

Nous sommes une famille Française, et souhaitions pour notre voyage louer une maison à la campagne avec tout le confort nécessaire. L'adresse indiqué est très facile à trouver avec un GPS. Erika nous a accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive ( nous nous sommes arrêté faire les courses à GNESTA. Nous avons trouvé chez Erika ce que nous recherchions. Très belle maison. à 15 minutes du train de banlieue ( pendel tag) pour se rendre à Stockholm. La maison propose le lave linge, lave vaisselle, etc. Nous sommes venu la semaine de Noel, et Erika nous a gentiment proposé d'aller couper un sapin en forêt et nous a prêté des décos de Noel pour notre sapin. quel bonheur pour un papa de partir en forêt avec son petit pour aller couper un arbre pour Noël. ( MERCIE ERIKA). Nous avons même eu la très bonne surprise de croiser une famille d'élans proche de la maison. Nous partons régulièrement en voyage à travers la France ou l'Europe, mais ce voyage restera le plus beau que nous ayons fait. Merci

We've had a wonderful stay at this little paradise! The house is modern, super cozy and has all the amenities you could possibly need, plus an amazing view all around. On top of that, Göran and Marie are simply incredible hosts! They made us feel very welcome and even printed us out maps with detailed route instructions when we told them we are planning to go on a bike trip to Strängnäs (Café Grassagården is a big recommendation!)

This place was exactly as described and very clean. It was quiet and surrounded by beautiful farms and homes. The hot water didn't stretch very far for four adults, but we just staggered our showers. Overall, a very lovely stay.

It was a very nice cottage with a friendly guide to check us in. The fireplace was pleasant, and our host responded quickly to our one question via message. Beautiful sunsets over the water.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Lake Mälaren was just a couple of minutes walk from the door. Our 9 year-old enjoyed the trampoline in the back garden, braving a swim from the private jetty, and regularly seeing deer and horses nearby. We also enjoyed the guitar, because we could play it outside with nobody close enough to be annoyed by it! For somewhere that feels remote, it was easy to drive to Stockholm (1 hour). There’s an old steamboat that picks up from another jetty less than 10 minutes walk from the house, which took us to the pretty town of Mariefred. We also had an afternoon in a canoe on another lake, about 40 mins away, which we’d highly recommend. (Search 'kanotkungen sedan 1975'.) Jennifer was the perfect host — generous and excellent at communication. She met us on arrival, showed us around the house, and shared lots of great tips for places to visit, things to do, and where to get great cakes and food.

Sehr schönes und großes Haus mitten im Wald gelegen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr umfangreich gerade auch für Kinder. Es fehlt lediglich ein Gefrierfach, was allerdings auch in der Beschreibung so angegeben ist. Antoine hat jederzeit schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Hej Katarina! Vilket trivsamt och fint boende vi fick njuta av under en långhelg i en fin och barnvänlig omgivning. Ett så smakfullt inrett hus med hög karaktär! Så uppskattat att det fanns allt från barnsäng till skötbord för vår minste samt spel och sysselsättning för de lite äldre barnen. Vi uppskattade verkligen sällskapsutrymmena och det välutrustade köket. Vi kommer att berätta och rekommendera ett besök hos dig och vi kan bara föreställa oss hur vackert det måste vara när det är sommar. Stort tack från hela familjen!

Die Blockhütte liegt auf einem Bauernhofgrundstück. Man ist hier nicht ganz alleine hat aber seine ruhe und ist ist immer Hilfe da wenn man etwas benötigt (Holz für den Kamin etc.) Helen und Jonas sind swhe zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es war sehe schön dort und wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Danke

We had a wonderful stay Joanna’s home! It is in a great location - short walk to subway (green line). The garden is lovely and she left us plenty of empty drawers in the bathroom and kitchen, which is helpful for a weekly rental. It’s a very comfortable home that is accurately described. Highly recommend.
