We have stayed in Yvetta's flat twice up to now. Both times we had an excellent experience. It felt like home. The accommodation is in a new building, in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, it is beautifully organized and maintained and it was equipped with everything necessary and more to cover all the needs of our stay. In addition, it is spacious, comfortable and clean, with plenty of light coming in. We found that it was excellently located, with easy access to Sofia town centre. Communication with Yvetta and Svilen, her husband, was excellent, punctual and helpful. Svilen, in addition, made a point of warmly welcoming us in person, on both occasions when we stayed at the flat, to make sure that we could access the flat without difficulty and that we would easily find where everything was inside the accommodation. We are most happy, as we already have done, to recommend this flat to our friends and family and we are looking forward to staying there again ourselves in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was very responsive and communicative, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great place, a little difficult figuring out the hot water in the shower

The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

Amazing place, very stylish and clean and at a great location. Victor was very hospitable and helpful. I can definitely recommend!

Siamo state molto bene nell’appartamento. Si trova in una posizione comoda, vicino al centro e alla fermata della metro. Comodissimo anche il self check-in. L’appartamento è molto carino, luminoso, silenzioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la terrazza. Molto buona anche la comunicazione con il proprietario, sempre gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Consigliato!

8 of us stayed here comfortably. a great spot, with beautiful views of the city and a hot tub to make it extra special. plenty to do around the aparment and easy to get to other areas of the city via metro or a walk. our host was brilliant. really helpful with tips and helping us get settled in. Thank you so much. we loved Sofia and would all come back in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with this place last time I stayed here, which led to my decision to choose it for another stay in Sofia. My positive sentiment was re-affirmed – one has every amenity inside for a relatively long stay in the capital with a quick connection to the subway system. The host, Terry, was very responsive and provided useful help whenever a question sprung up or an issue was encountered.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Апартаментът е много просторен, чист и уютен. Има си всичко според нуждите ти. Апартаментът се намира в близост до автобусни спирки и метро. В сградата има асансьор, което е голямо предимство. Много хубаво се наспиваш и се чувстваш отпочинал. Определено препоръчвам!

This is our second time staying at Antoaneta’s place. The size of the apartment and amenities are excellent. Having multiple bathrooms and the balconies is a major added bonus. There were updates also made since we last stayed which were very nice like the enclosure on one of the showers upstairs. The mall is right there. The location is convenient to many things (including our office). This was a great stay again!!

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

We had a lovely time staying at Ludomir's place. Ludomir was super helpful and responsive. This property will be our first choice next time we come to Sofia!
