It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

We really enjoyed the hospitality, attention and involvement of the host. wonderful villa, good location relative to the sea and shops, and of course closeness to the milli park. thanks for everything - we will definitely come again when we plan a trip to Kusadasi

3 gece 4 gün 8 yetişkin 1 bebek 2 köpek ile son derece keyifli kusursuz bir tatil yaptık. Sadece son gün bölgede olan elektrik kesintisi neredeyse yarım gün bize bir kayıp yaşattı ama onu da geç çıkış alternatifi sunarak telafi ettiler. Ellerinde olmayan bir duruma rağmen çözüm üretip yardımcı oldular.

Yaklaşık 50 villadan oluşan otel bölgesi. Konakladigimiz yer çok keyifliydi havuzu, jakuzisi, şöminesi çalışır durumdaydı. Bahçe portakal ağaçları, havuzda ördekler vardı. İletisim konusunda istediğimiz herşey sorunsuz bir şekilde karsilandi. Tekrar tekrar gidilmesi gereken bir yer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this incredible home. It was spotless and every detail was thoughtfully curated by the hosts, Eleni and Kostas. The design of the house—its decor, furniture, and overall aesthetic—was stunning. At times, it felt like we were walking through a museum or living inside a perfect Pinterest photo. Truly a dream experience. The space was ideal for our family: the pool and wide-open areas were perfect for the kids, while there were plenty of scenic spots for the adults to relax and unwind. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show—possibly the most beautiful home in Samos. We also loved the nearby Kerveli beach and the Charavgi restaurant there. Eleni and Kostas were always available when we needed anything and provided amazing recommendations. This is easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we really hope to return in the coming years.

Ev tam da fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Bahçesi ve çok balkonu keyifli. Orcan bey gayet ilgili bir ev sahibi samimi ve misafirperver, ev ve bölge ile ilgili tüm detayları anlattı. Bölge ise gayet sessiz ve huzurlu, tam kafa dinlemelik bir bölge. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

Ev, bahce ve ozellikle havuz harikaydi. Evin sadece havuz katini tuttuk. Havuz katinin salonuna bir genis koltuk daha eklenirse, havuz kati 7 kisi icin gayet yeterliydi diyebilirim. (Havuz katinda mutfakla birlesik salon haricinde 4 tane de yatak odasi var.) Bahce genisti ve bakimliydi. Bahcenin genisliginin, ferahliginin cocuklu ailelerin burayi tercih etmesi icin onemli bir faktor oldugunu dusunuyorum. Ayrica, yandaki evden ve arkadaki evden goreceli mahremiyet saglayan yanyana agaclar iyi dusunulmus. Havuzdan bahsetmek icin ikinci bir paragrafa ihtiyac var. Fotograflarda gorundugunden daha guzel ve daha buyuktu. Havuzda yuzerken kafanizi kaldirdiginizda uzaktan da olsa sahili, denizi ve Samos adasini gorebilmek muhtesemdi. Havuzun icerisindeki basamaklarla ciktiginiz jakuziden bu manzara daha da iyi hale geliyordu. Bir takim eksiklikler ve olumsuzluklar da yok degildi: 1- Ev sahibinin verdigi bilgiye gore villa Kusadasi'nin sebeke suyunu kullaniyor. Yeme-icme ve yemek yapmada bu suyu kullanmamamiza ragmen dus alirken agziniza bir damla bile kacsa mide bulandiracak tatta bir sudan bahsediyoruz. Ev sahibi gelecek sezonda bu problemi eve ait bir kuyu acarak cozeceklerini belirtti. 2- Evin internet servis saglayicisi cok yavasti. Telefonlarin kendi hatlarinin 30-50 GB internet kapasitelerinin ve 4G hizlarin oldugu gunumuzde bunu cok da problem etmeyebilirdik. Ne yazik ki evin konumundan dolayi telefonlarin 4G'leri calismadi. Ev sahibi bu sorunu mutlaka cozeceklerini belirtti. Ev sahibinin problemleri olgunlukla kabul etmesinden ve eve giris asamasindaki hizli, nazik iletisiminden memnun kaldigimizi belirtmek isterim. Gelecek sezondaki tatilimizde ustteki iki problem halledilirse bu villa mutlaka ilk bakacagimiz seceneklerden birisi olacak.

Her şey fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ev eksiksiz döşenmişti, mutfakta her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev gayet temizdi. 4 kişi kaldık ve havuz da gayet yeterliydi. Markete,restoranlara ve plaja yakındı. Her odada klima vardı, terasın manzarası çok güzeldi. Her şey çok güzeldi, çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, çok konforluydu. Ev sahibi Nur Hanım tüm sorularımıza hızlıca dönüş yaptı, kolaylıklar sağladı. Akbük’te genel bir problem olduğunu öğrendik musluk suları tuzluydu. Çay, kahve yemek için hazır su kullanılması gerekiyor, gidecek olanlara ufak bir bilgilendirme :)

İnanılmaz temizdi her şeyden önce. Özal bey son derece ilgili tüm soruları anında cevaplıyor ve hızlı çözüm sunuyor, ev ise aynı fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. 7 kişi konakladık, Çok çok memnun kaldık, sakin ve nezih bir muhitte. Ulaşımı çok kolay ve merkeze çok yakın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Merhabalar 8-10 kasim tarihleri arasinda 10 kisi olarak konaklama sagladik. Acikcasi gitmeden once bazi cekincelerim vardi .Gittigimizde olumsuz birseyle karsilasmaktan korkarken gercektende mukemmel keyif dolu 2 gece gecirmis olduk. Biz cocuklarinizin futbol turnuvasi dolayisiyle konakladik. Evin konumu sahaya sadece 3.5 km di . bu bizim icin en buyuk artilardan biri oldu . Evin icine ilk girdigimiz anda da temizligi duzeni bizi kendi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. En buyuj kriterim temizlikti oradanda 10 puan direk aldilar heryer mis gibiydi yataklar carsaflar tertemizdi . havlularimiza kadar dolaplarimizin icine katlanip konulmustu.2 oda da klima yoktu zaten oncesindede bu bize Ertan bey tarafindan soylenilmisti . Bize gore tek sikinti cesme suyunun tuzlu olmasiydi onun haricinde hersey mukemmeldi . Bir daha ki sefere yine ayni villayi tercih edecegiz . Hersey icin tesekkur ederiz .

这是我住的最好的民宿之一。首先房子的地理位置非常不错，离国家公园只需要半个小时车程（那里有非常清澈的海滩），最近的两家超市步行只需要不到5分钟。房东大叔非常友好，每次我们遇到问题时第一时间帮我们解决。房子的设施非常齐全，可以做饭，电视可以投屏看电影，空调非常棒的工作，最棒的是泳池，非常干净，每天都有人打扫。下次来还会继续在这里住！

Un séjour chez Claudia avec mes 4 enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la maison, sa piscine, la proximité de tous les commerces et la plage à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La maison est extrêmement propre et confortable. La cuisine propose tous les équipements utiles pour une famille de 6 personnes. Claudia a été très amicale, bienveillante et arrangeante. Elle a su nous a assisté à la fois pour nous aider dans nos visites ou dans nos petits soucis du quotidien. Merci Claudia pour avoir rendu ce séjour magique.

Beş kişi konforlu bir şekilde konaklayacak kadar eşyaları yeterli ve temizdi. Villa sakin bir sitenin içerisinde ve terasında çok güzel manzarası var. Sitenin ortak havuzunu da kullandık kalabalık değildi ve temizdi. Büşra ve Nuray hanıma sıcak iletişimleri için teşekkür ederim :)
