Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Solanto

Min kæreste og jeg havde en super ferie i denne bolig! Hyggeligt sted og den lille terrasse var skøn og med smuk udsigt over bjerg og hav. Der var lidt høj musik ved poolen om dagen, hvilken var lidt forstyrrende, men stranden er tæt på og var dejligt som afveksling. Ernesto er super sød og hjælpsom og hentede og bragte os til og fra lufthavnen. Derudover kom han med anbefalinger til gode oplevelser i Palermo centrum - det er nemt at komme derind med bus fra Mondello og det nød vi særligt om aftenen, når vejret var “køligt nok” til at opleve ting;-) Vi var overordnede meget tilfredse! Kan klart anbefales 🤗

es hat uns bei roberto sehr gut gefallen. er ist super freundlich hat uns sogar in piraineto abgeholt und uns am ende unseres aufenthalts zum flughafen gebracht. er hat uns auch 2 fahrräder bereitgestellt .die wohnung ist groß und auch für einen langzeitaufenthalt bestens geeignet.das meer ist sehr nahe der strand super schön und sauber. sandstrand ! villagrazia eine kleine ortschaft ist auch mit dem fahrrad gut erreichbar. es gibt dort alles .... fischhändler , bäckereien , metzger , bar , apotheke , ect ... einen supermarkt der recht viele bioprodukte hat und ganz toll das naturalbiologico das ganz in der nähe ist . robertos mutter eine sehr herzliche freundliche frau die nebenan wohnt hat mich sogar beim italienisch lernen unterstützt. wir empfehlen diese unterkunft sehr.

Wir hatten einen schönen. angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Rossella. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Es gibt zwei separate Wohnungen. Wir waren zu viert dort und jedes Paar hatte seine Privatsphäre. Rossella hat uns bei der Ankunft schon erwartet, uns durch das Haus geführt und alles erklärt. Sie hat uns schon Tage vor unserer Ankunft nützliche Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Transport nach Palermo geschickt und auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Den Zeitpunkt zum Checkout hat sie uns selbst wählen lassen. Nachdem unser Rückflug erst abends war, sind wir Rossella dafür sehr dankbar. Uns hat es bei Rossella sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihr übernachten.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

es war sehr schön . wirklich ein traum . daher wir ein haus hatten könnten wir auch sachen ohne hunde machen . Das restaurant in der nähe 5 minuten zu fuss villa de rosa kann ich sagen nur ein traum super küche . Wir haben uns bei erika wie zuhause gefühlt

Hi Luisa. Thank you for the stay. Lovely to meet Father Dino, Maggie, and Schallaci grocer! I second a reviewer, Luisa's home one of the best on Air BnB! Home is tucked away, just behind piazza. Comfortable, amenities simple, books to read and wondeful terrace patio. Great shower! Stayed for December and weather was beautiful. Walking to piazza and churches and movie theater! Taking the 806 bus easy ride into Palermo center, and from there walking the city. Convenient to train to airport and Cefalu. 🤗

Maria was really communicative and came to meet us at the house, where,we swapped numbers in case either of us needed to reach the other. The house was clean and tidy, with just a few steps down to the beach. We had our own private terrace and use of the shared terrace, just a couple of steps down. The house,was just a short walk to the village, where there are a few restaurants and just another 5 minutes to Porticello where there are more restaurants. It's very quiet there, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. All in all, a lovely 8 days at Maria's house and thanks for being a great host!

Location or home and responsiveness of host does not get any better. In my opinion the home could use some kitchen and other general updates to make the stay more enjoyable. However I would book again for the current price without the updates.

Nous avons passé 9 merveilleux jours dans la maison de Marco. La maison est très spacieuse pour avoir une liberté de mouvement et une intimité si vous êtes 2 couples. Il y'a deux chambres avec 2 salles de bain et deux salons, la cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle, les extérieurs sont vastes et arborés pour s'y détendre. Pour se garer , il y'a des places de parking juste à côté. La maison se trouve à 5 min en voiture de la plage de Mondello et 20/25 min de Palerme. En ce qui concerne Marco, il nous chaleureusement accueilli avec des pizzas, la communication à été simple et très cordiale. C'est une personne de confiance qui aime faire plaisir et qui respire la gentillesse par ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu un brin de tristesse de quitter cette maison et cet environnement sicilien. Je recommande sans hésitation si vous voulez passer d'excellentes vacances. 🇮🇹✔️💙

Zaira est une hôte de qualité rare, très réactive, elle anticipe tous nos besoins. Quand à la villa, elle correspond exactement à la description du site, très belle avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons en Sicile prochainement mais si nous devions revenir, je choisis la villa de Zaira en priorité !

Veronica è stata una eccezionale Host. ha fatto veramente di tutto per accoglierci e farci sentire come a casa. Sempre disponibile a dare consigli ed indicazioni. L’appartamento è stato il punto di appoggio perfetto per il nostro tour della Sicilia occidentale. La zona è tranquilla , si fanno ottime colazioni al vicino Bar Baglio (granita da provare e gelato ottimo!) Noi non amiamo particolarmente la vita da spiaggia ma il mare è bello e raggiungibile in meno di due minuti. Anche la gastronomia e il ristorante vicini offrono ottimo cibo. Consigliatissimo e spero di avere l’occasione di tornare perché siamo stati bene, come a casa di un’amica! Grazie!

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

La casa estaba impecable y y tenía todos los servicios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tenían camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. Gabriele nos mostró la casa a nuestra llegada, estuvo mucho tiempo explicando todo, y siempre estuvo disponible. Lo único a tener en cuenta en esta casa es que el acceso es por una calle muy estrecha. Los coches pequeños pasan bien. Los coches anchos como el que me dieron a mi en el rent-a-car (un coche marca dr, que por cierto no recomiendo a nadie), pasan también aunque hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, la casa perfecta y Gabriele un anfitrión estupendo

Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

Paolo and Flaminia were wonderful and helpful hosts. We felt like at home.

Maurilio var en enormt hjælpsom vært! Han var behjælpelig med alt fra transport til anbefalinger af restauranter og seværdigheder i området. Maurilio var også meget behjælpelig i forhold til ind- og udcheckning og var fleksible da vores flyafgange lå på skæve tidspunkter. Lejligheden er fin, men poolområdet og udekøkkenet er skønt. Man sidder skønt blandt frugttræer og palmer og kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt til de omkringliggende bjerge samtidig med, at man er helt afskærmet fra de omkringliggende huse. Poolen har en god størrelse og udekøkkenet har alle de faciliteter man kunne have brug for. Vi har nydt vores tid som gæster hos Maurilio!

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

La casa di Johanna è molto ben arredata e ci è stata consegnata in condizioni perfette e ben pulita. Le spiagge di Altavilla sono molto vicine ed anche la splendida città di Palermo. Johanna ci ha inviato un'ottima guida creata da lei utilissima per spiagge, bar ristoranti e cosa vedere e cosa fare ad Altavilla e a Palermo: ideale per chi visita la zona per la prima volta.

Excellent hosts, amazing pool and overall a fantastic experience. The living room is much bigger than it looks in the pics. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful slice of Sicilian paradise look no further than Angelo and Marilù’s place. Angelo was so friendly and helpful and even kind enough to share some photography that he did whilst we were visiting. Both hosts are super respectful of your privacy during your stay but this isn’t an issue at all as they were a total joy to be around. The accommodation was equipped with everything we could need with very comfortable memory foam beds, fresh towels, coffee and even a cool bottle of white wine on arrival. Views from the terrace are breathtaking and, as recommended by Angelo, we woke up early to see the sunrise which was truly spectacular. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back again.

Es ist ein ganz bezaubernder Ort: Der Blick von der Terrasse und der in Terrassen angelegter Garten zum Meer ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen, man braucht allerdings Schuhe ums ins Wasser zu gelangen. Gabriella und ihr Sohn waren immer für uns da und sehr hilfreich. Einzig allein die Moskitos haben uns unruhige Nächte beschert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Salvatore und Antonio waren super gut erreichbar und kommunizieren sogar auf gutem Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und gut erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Cefalu, Palermo oder die nahe Umgebung. Und hat Santa Elia super gut gefallen. Am Ende haben wir sogar Orangen und Zitronen geschenkt bekommen, die wir mitnehmen durften. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Schafsweide, Olivenbäume und das glitzernde Meer ist grandios. Alle sind total freundlich und super kinderlieb. Unserem Baby wurde sogar extra Spielzeug, ein Hochstuhl und Babybett in der Wohnung bereit gestellt. Danke für eine sehr tolle Zeit! Absolute Empfehlung :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Mario. La maison est belle et confortable, le positionnement est parfait et les couchés du soleil à admirer tous les jours. Merci beaucoup Mario !

Fantastic location, opposite the beach and with good local restaurants and services very close by. Great house for larger parties and with really nice outdoor space (garden area, balcony and roof terrace). Would stay again!
