Incroyable moment passé chez Vittorio!! Le logement est sublime et très agréable. L'un de mes meilleurs logements de ses vacances ci. La communication à été super, que cela soit avec Vittorio ou ses parents qui sont au passage géniaux. De l'accueil au départ du logement, tout s'est très passé. Tout le long de notre séjour, Vittorio nous a conseillé des endroits de visite ou des restos. Excellent logement et lieu à visiter. Merci à vous pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse 😊

시내까지 걸어서 15분 정도 걸리는 위치 가는 동안 다양한 상점 있어 지루하지 않았다. 훌륭한 주방과 가까운 곳에 슈퍼가 있어 음식을 만들어 먹게 좋았으며, 가까운 곳에 커피숍이 있어. 아침에 커피 사 먹기도 좋았다. 단 주차는 상당히 행운에 맞겨야 한다 주차빼고는 완벽한 주거 환경

Don't tell this. Place was absolutely perfect in the town and the people like her were old very friendly. It's a beautiful place that she has and she was very helpful and responsive and the fact that you can use her gym as well, is great.

Gastvrij ontvangen door Natalia en haar man. We konden al om 12:00 in het appartement op 20 min lopen van het centrum. De woning was mooi en smaalvol ingericht en ook super schoon. Goed bed. We konden op een bewaakte parkeerplaats onze auto kwijt tegen EUR 10,- per dag en kregen een badge waarmee je in en uit kon rijden. Al met al een relaxte, heerlijke plek.

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement, haben uns wohl gefühlt :)

I loved the apartment. It is spacious with good furniture, good bathroom, good bed. I appreciated the washing machine and clothes dry fast in the Sicilian sun on the balcony (the balcony also has a nice undisturbed view of life below). The kitchen is not for cooking big dinners, but the basics like fridge and some plates and cups are there. The apartment is situated several kilometres from the city center but bus 101 takes you to the center of Palermo directly and also to the central station. It is a residential neighbourhood in good shape, feels a bit like living with the locals. There are some small super markets and cafes nearby. Toni, my host, was a great help with everything, he even picked me up from the ferry. Easy contact.

We stayed at the property for only 3 nights but now we wish it was longer! The property is lovely, well equipped with everything you need, modern and with a great terrace overlooking Palermo. It is nice to be away from the city and relax with such beautiful views. The drive into Palermo or Cefalu was quite good too and we never felt away from anything, on a contrary. Handy to also have separate parking away from the typical Sicilian traffic. Saverio has been super helpful, always responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. Thumbs up to his mum too for surprising us with amazing cannoli. Thank you for having us and we hope to come back soon. We loved it and we strongly recommend it to everyone.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Palermo. Wir wurden direkt von Beginn unserer Reise mit allen notwendigen Informationen sowie Empfehlungen für diverse Bars, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Alberto ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Airbnb war sehr schön. Strände sowie das Stadtzentrum waren mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!:)

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in the historic city walls with a lovely roof terrace for dining and sunbathing. It's close to the Botanic Gardens, the Modern Art Gallery and the National Museum. Sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa-bed in the living room, and 1 single bedroom en suite. The plumbing is excellent with very good water pressure for the shower and the toilet flush. A good, well equipped kitchen. Igea was extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and fixing us up with a very reliable local taxi driver who did our airport transfers both ways and also took us out to the Ethnology Museum. The other sights / activities we did: Capuchin Catacombes Mondello beach Monreale Cathedral Beach at Spiaggia del Sorello (catch the train to Bagheria station and walk) Modern Art Gallery National Museum Vuccuiria market Palermo Cathedral Thoroughly recommend!

Giovanni host molto disponibile, disposto a dare consigli e indicazioni. Abbiamo avuto flessibilità di check in e check out. L’appartamento era come da descrizione, ottimo. Vicino a palazzo dei normanni ma leggermente più distante dal centro come via Maqueda. In ogni caso tutto facilmente raggiungibile con mezzo o a piedi. Vicino all’appartamento si trova una stazione di treni, comoda.

Lovely little appartement within easy walking distance of the city centre. Gabriele was friendly and welcoming, and gave some useful local recommendations. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay.

Sergio’s place was in a great location and provided us access to many local attractions. A comfortable stay for a large group of people.

Очень хорошее тихое и чистое жилье, удобная кровать, на кухне есть все, чтобы приготовить себе еду, хозяин отвечает на любые вопросы очень быстро и всегда рад помочь. Душ и туалет чистые, есть стиральная машина, холодильник. Хороший быстрый интернет работает безотказно. Территория надежно огорожена и запирается так что можно смело оставлять свои вещи в квартире. Поскольку в Палермо тепло даже в январе, нет никакой необходимости в отоплении, это прекрасный солнечный край, где на деревьях растут апельсины и лимоны. Каждое утро здесь в окне вы видите яркое синее небо и солнце и ваше настроение сразу улучшается. Вы можете отправиться к морю, где вода теплая в любое время года и прекрасный морской воздух прогонит прочь ваши тревоги и печали. Я ездила в небольшой поселок Изола делла Фемина, буквально в двух остановках от Томмазо Натале, там великолепные завораживающие пейзажи и еще много котиков, которые украшают и так красивые места. Обязательно вернусь на Сицилию еще не раз!

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwa 2km von der nächsten Ortschaft entfernt. Man ist dort allein und nur mit der Natur verbunden. Die Straßenverhältnisse zur Unterkunft sind je nach Weg in Ordnung und typisch für die Gegend. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet eigentlich alles was man sich wünscht. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jedoch besitzen nicht alle Fenster Fliegengitter, worauf man achten sollte. Hinsichtlich des Stroms hinterlegt man eine Kaution, die man dann bei Abreise als Abrechnung des tatsächlichen Verbrauchs dann i.d.R. z.T zurück bekommt. Das Pool ist nicht beheizt, weshalb es zu unserer Jahreszeit etwas kalt war, aber es ging noch. Faszinierend sind die vielen Obst- und Olivenbäume auf dem riesigen Grundstück (man ist dort alleine) und die Eidechsen die dort heimisch sind. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, eine tolle Villa und jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Nous recommandons !!! Appartement avec terrasse- vue superbe sur la mer ! La plage, presque privée tellement il y a peu de gens, est vraiment belle. Le sable de la plage et du fond de mer est doux. Appartement très confortable, nous étions 3 personnes. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux avec petite attention (biscuits Sicilien). Seuls bémols, la troisième chambre avec lit double est dans un appartement à part. La troisième personne a donc dormi dans un lit simple afin de rester les 3 ensemble dans l’espace de vie. Aussi, le spa était défectueux (coulait et pas propre). Les propriétaires sont au fait et comptent remédier à la situation.

Great communication thanks to Maurizio and Marco who personally met us in town to show us to the house. Spotless accomodation, beautiful gardens and amazing pool in the residency. We had a fantastic time. Grazie to our kind hosts.

Das Zimmer ist in einem alten Palast ähnlichen Gebäude und ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und durch die zwei Etagen ist es sehr offen und hell. Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich an der Piazza Marina und nicht weit zum Meer. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Vera war immer erreichbar, hat mir sogar einen späten Check in ermöglicht, da mein Flug Verspätung hatte und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Amazing place to stay. Such an old—fashioned authentic Italian villa. Hosts are friendly and always ready to help, especially the Housekeeper. The one thing - they don’t speak English, but Google translator was enough to communicate and clarify everything. Yes villa is far away from the coastline, but it is still located in a beautiful place surrounded by Italian hills. Nearest beach is reachable within ~40 minutes. The biggest issue of our stay was electricity problems that affected some of our plans. Every few days at the morning we experienced blackouts for the whole building, which means no light and no water at all. But Hosts are aware of this issue, will point it out on check in. In case of emergency Housekeeper will come fix it as soon as possible( if you get it around 3 a.m it will be a bit more challenging). But I still can highly recommend this house to stay especially for a large group of friends. P.S We are paying respect to Dom-Telebom (amazing wooden children house)

Alessandro was a very proactive and responsive host. The surroundings are paradise and the pool area was the highlight for our children. The views are amazing. It was lovely meeting Maria Luisa, Alessandro’s mother. She is very sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed the two separate spaces. We were travelling with our kids and my parents and everyone had privacy. This area is ideal if you want to travel the area. We travelled to Cefalù, Mondello, Palermo, Scopello, there are things nearby for everyone. Convenient being able to have groceries and eat in as well. This is a great spot if you want to travel with family but have your own space. You definitely need a car. Also, important to be fond of dogs to stay here. We had no problems with the dogs, they were out on occasion and added a nice feeling to the space. Very friendly.
