Lovely place in a great location – within walking distance to all you could need. Recommend checking out the nearby wine and cocktail bar. The flat is a quiet top floor space, be aware of the stairs if you have trouble climbing multiple levels. Excellent kitchen and lovely balconies. Dario the host is responsive, friendly and always communicative, one of the best airbnb hosts I've had. Thank you Dario!

David is a very good host. He and Donatella waited for us at the apartment on our arrival. On request, he had arranged an airport pickup for us. When we were sharing our interests, he shared a long list of restaurants he recommends as well as places to visit. He even shared the link to a local conservation group and we were able to hook up with a birding guide. He also put us in touch with Francesco who drove us to many day trips! David is very responsive. The apartment is ideally located to walk to all the historical sites in Palermo as well as excellent restaurants. The unit is very compact and small, but with all the amenities one needs. Just one floor to climb. The building has an elevator that we used only to carry our luggage during checkin and checkout.

We were a family of four, with two young kids. The flat was perfect for us, it was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was modern and working and it had good heating for the chilly nights. Around the flat, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Loris was extremely helpful and kind. We loved staying here and would love to come back! If you’re going to Palermo, I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! Super leuk ook voor de kinderen met alle kinderspullen in het grote appartement! Buiten ook een heel leuk speeltuintje. Perfecte ligging om de goede trein die regelmatig gaat naar Palermo te nemen. Auto kan op het terrein geparkeerd staan achter een poort. Op loopafstand van het strand en het dorpje.

We were several days in Palermo and super happy with the appartment. Good location, fully equiped kitchen, nice balcony.

Paola’s place maybe our best Airbnb experience we have had. Our plane arrived very early and Paola made it possible to check in when we arrived. The apartment really is as beautiful as the pictures show and as big which seems not always the case. And Paola’s attention to detail inside the apartment is phenomenal. The sockets next to the bed have an adapter for three outlets because you need three outlets. The clothing cabinet in the bedroom has room to contain all your clothes, including shoes so nothing needs to lay on the floor or be shoved in the corner. Of course there were tissues along with the toilet paper in the bathroom and water, wine, and even a cake upon arrival. And everything was so clean and smelled so nice.

Min kæreste og jeg havde en super ferie i denne bolig! Hyggeligt sted og den lille terrasse var skøn og med smuk udsigt over bjerg og hav. Der var lidt høj musik ved poolen om dagen, hvilken var lidt forstyrrende, men stranden er tæt på og var dejligt som afveksling. Ernesto er super sød og hjælpsom og hentede og bragte os til og fra lufthavnen. Derudover kom han med anbefalinger til gode oplevelser i Palermo centrum - det er nemt at komme derind med bus fra Mondello og det nød vi særligt om aftenen, når vejret var “køligt nok” til at opleve ting;-) Vi var overordnede meget tilfredse! Kan klart anbefales 🤗

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

This beautiful flat is exactly what we are looking for, which provides a stunning sea view balcony and sound of the wave while sleeping. The flat is clean and cozy.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

Nous recommandons !!! Appartement avec terrasse- vue superbe sur la mer ! La plage, presque privée tellement il y a peu de gens, est vraiment belle. Le sable de la plage et du fond de mer est doux. Appartement très confortable, nous étions 3 personnes. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux avec petite attention (biscuits Sicilien). Seuls bémols, la troisième chambre avec lit double est dans un appartement à part. La troisième personne a donc dormi dans un lit simple afin de rester les 3 ensemble dans l’espace de vie. Aussi, le spa était défectueux (coulait et pas propre). Les propriétaires sont au fait et comptent remédier à la situation.

Location or home and responsiveness of host does not get any better. In my opinion the home could use some kitchen and other general updates to make the stay more enjoyable. However I would book again for the current price without the updates.

I absolutely loved this place—it was exactly what I was looking for! The apartment is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The internet connection is excellent, making it ideal for remote work. The neighborhood is charming, with small shops and plenty of restaurants serving delicious Sicilian cuisine. If, like me, you enjoy nature, there's a beautiful Nature Reserve just around the corner where you can fully appreciate the stunning landscapes of Sicily. Veronica and Marco are wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for local experiences and must-try dishes. Staying here was a fantastic experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. You won’t regret choosing their place!

Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge auf Sizilien. Die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo und zum Flughafen sind ein absolutes Plus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung und der Ausblick vom Dach aufs Meer ist einfach toll.

Very nice place, spacious yet cozy and comfortable, has everything you would need, close to the city center and parking, and has an excellent host.

This place is a gem that set a bar very high for any future reservations. Building itself is not exactly posh, but when you enter the apartment it's a totally different story. Modern look, modern standard, very comfortable with almost all amenities you can think of. Two bathrooms, very spacious living space - and two balconies with best views in Palermo. We could literally sit there for a long time and watch ships come and go, including those immense cruise behemots. Stunning views 24/7. When I come back to Palermo, this will be my default place to stay.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Die Wohnung von Marco war genau das, was wir uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Sizilien gewünscht haben. Mitten drin im Leben der Sizilianerinnen und Sizilianer. Exakt so haben wir uns Italien vorgestellt. Aspra ist ein kleines, aber keineswegs verschlafenes Dorf. Hier ist immer was los, seien es die Fischer die ihren Fang anpreisen, die Nonna die einen Plausch quer über die Straße führt, oder die Männer, die in der Eckkneipe einen Espresso trinken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einmal kurz über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Meer. Es gibt direkt 2 kleine Strände wie wirklich wunderbar sind.

Wir mussten unsere Reise nach Palermo leider aufgrund einer Krankheit unserer Tochter abbrechen, bevor wir ankamen. Enrico war absolut freundlich und verständnisvoll, hat mehrfach betont, dass wir uns um unsere Tochter und nicht um ihn kümmern sollen. Wir waren Enrico unheimlich dankbar für diese freundlichen Nachrichten und wollen unsere Reise in sein Apartment unbedingt nachholen. Auch im Vorhinein war Enrico total hilfsbereit und flexibel und hat alle unsere Fragen immer sehr zuvorkommend beantwortet. Er hat sogar für uns nachgeguckt, ob noch Strandspielzeug in der Wohnung liegt:) Unserer Vorfreude war dank Enrico riesengroß. Ich hoffe, es klappt nächstes Jahr mit unserer Reise.

Merci à Loredana et Filipo qui ont été aux petits soins ! L’appartement, très confortable, est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable avec la belle piazza Marina. Nous n’étions pas véhiculés et tout était facilement accessible.
