Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great stay in Sicily. Octavia and Mickael are excellent hosts, meeting us at the villa and being very proactive in responding to any questions throughout our stay. The villa had everything we needed and the pool is lovely. The seating around the pool hash great views. There is also a more private area to the rear for eating or sitting out, surrounded by olive and lime trees (plus visits from lizards and the occasional cat!). A car is necessary to visit the wonderful historic towns (Noto, Modica, Ragusu, Syracuse) and the quiet beach is only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed a couple of meals in Marzamemi too.

Belle villa retirée sur les hauteurs, dans un environnement exceptionnellement calme et reposant, avec une belle vue sur la montagne et la mer. Andrew est un hôte très très réactif donnant tous les renseignements nécessaires et répondant à toutes nos questions. Merci et bonne continuation

Nuestra estadía estuvo genial! Nos quedamos 5 días y aprovechamos a visitar otros lugares. El departamento nos fue muy practico (éramos dos), la cama es muy comoda, el baño pequeño pero la ducha con agua caliente y buena presión, la cocina tenia los utencillos necesarios para desayunar y preparar alguna comida rapida. Nosotros fuimos en coche (en octubre) y nos resultó muy práctico y el parking gratuito y de pago estaban muy cerca. Giovanni fue super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. El lugar es muy pintoresco, de fácil acceso y muy agradable. Totalmente recomendable!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Unser Aufenthalt bei Giorgio war einfach traumhaft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit ausgezeichnetem regionalen Wein und köstlichen Spezialitäten herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und voller Charme. Ein absolutes Highlight war der hauseigene Pizzaofen, in dem wir eine selbst gebackene Pizza zubereitet haben – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Der Garten vor dem Haus war ein Traum und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Wellnessbereich war die Krönung: luxuriös, gepflegt und ideal zum Abschalten. Giorgio und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber – aufmerksam, herzlich und stets darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Wir haben uns wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank!

Eine super schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schöner Terasse. Es gibt viel Platz im Garten und die Gastgeber stellen ein biischen Spielzeug/ Fahrzeuge für kleine Kinder bereit, das war toll! Die Familie ist nett und aber diskret, man hat seine Privatsphäre . Aufgrund eines Sturmes ein paar Tage vorher war der Strand in Calabernado die Tage nicht so schön und wir hatten ihn laut Lage auf der Karte etwas dichter vermutet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Danke! :)

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell' appartamento eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In inverno la pompa di calore è sufficiente per le camere da letto e quindi è stato necessario un sistema di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (presente) per gli altri ambienti. Consiglio di parcheggiare nella piazzetta nelle vicinanze e non lungo la strada

Quelle belle surprise ! Logement paisible en pleine campagne, très propre … cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains, lits confortables… Mark a été adorable: 48 heures avant notre arrivée nous avions une vidéo explicative pour arriver à l’hébergement… le jour même à 12h00 nous avions un message pour nous dire que nous pouvions anticiper notre arrivée car le logement était prêt ! La perfection… sans oublier les serviettes de bain pour la douche … et le jacuzzi ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace détente après une journée bien remplie ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Merci Mark …

We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing terrace with the view on the sea and a swimming pool. The place is better for people who have a car but even without it we had a good time: there is a store and a bar in walking distance, also there is bus to Syracuse. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend to book a boat trip that host provides. We enjoyed it very much.

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

Pobyt u Tonino był świetnym doświadczeniem! Zostaliśmy miło przywitani i oprowadzeni po posiadłości, a w trakcie pobytu dostaliśmy rekomendacje okolicznych atrakcji od właściciela. Piękne widoki z tarasu, czysty basen, górzysty teren, cisza i spokój — czego chcieć więcej? W dodatku blisko do rezerwatu Cava Grande, który zaskoczył nas pozytywnie swoją okazałością. Polecamy zaopatrzyć się w dobre obuwie i wybrać się tam na cały dzień. Podsumowując, z przyjemnością spędziliśmy nasz urlop w Vilii Vitosa, korzystając z udogodnień na miejscu i wyposażonej kuchni, gdzie przygotowywaliśmy posiłki ze świeżych, włoskich produktów. Było czysto, klimatyzacja nas nie zawodziła, a w wolnej chwili korzystaliśmy z napompowanych akcesoriów do basenu (koło, materac). Rekomendujemy to miejsce każdemu, kto potrzebuje regenerującego odpoczynku na pięknej Sycylii! :)

Excellent out of season stay in sunny Fontane Bianche. Lovely house with all amenities needed. Good, secure parking and clean and tidy place. Modern, recently updated bathrooms and comfy beds.

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

Pete’s place is in a beautiful part of Mineo, a gorgeous little medieval town in central Sicily. The house itself is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay. Pete himself was responsive, clear with his communications and flexible. I couldn’t rate this stay more highly. Recommended unreservedly,

Dario place was just as described. spacious with great rooftop terrace. We checked in one day late also but Dario was flexible with getting in later.

The house is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature and with the most breathtaking 360 degree views. We encountered no noises in the roof cavity, we slept solidly during our 8 night stay. Being so remote is sometimes not without its challenges, firstly the road to the house is very off-road, which the listing states, with a 3 tonne Mercedes van it was challenging. The weight of the van combined with rain made it a treacherous drive & the gravel blew out one of our tyres. Just bad luck. The electricity is a little tricky to navigate. So avoid using the cooktop and oven at once, but once we worked out the eccentricities it felt like home. We had an issue with our van, it broke down in Scicli. Melissa was incredible, whilst not part of her job description, she leapt into action and found a mechanic to tow our van and get it repaired. The house is very well equipped with pantry basics, adequate toilet paper and cleaning products. Heating is great. A gem of a house and a 11 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacopos. The villa was neat and tidy with all the amenities as described. We were close to all the major shops and it was easy access to drive to other towns and tourist attractions. We had a relaxing stay and would stay here again.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .
