Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft nahe Noto. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern: großzügig, gemütlich und mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der ruhige, idyllische und namensgebende Garten voller Zitrusbäume sowie die optimale Parkplatzsituation direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ideal—nur 10 Autominuten bis ins Zentrum von Noto, nahe Syrakus, schöner Strände und guter Restaurants. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Trotz warmer Märztage war der Pool leider geschlossen und die Liegen erst später nutzbar und vorangegangene Besucher haben die Teflonpfannen stark zerkratzt, sodass wir die ungern benutzt haben. Aber auch dafür fand sich eine Lösung - das Team ist höchst professionell. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung!

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

Great private retreat in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The host provided a lot of kind support and information about the city to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

Eine super schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schöner Terasse. Es gibt viel Platz im Garten und die Gastgeber stellen ein biischen Spielzeug/ Fahrzeuge für kleine Kinder bereit, das war toll! Die Familie ist nett und aber diskret, man hat seine Privatsphäre . Aufgrund eines Sturmes ein paar Tage vorher war der Strand in Calabernado die Tage nicht so schön und wir hatten ihn laut Lage auf der Karte etwas dichter vermutet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Danke! :)

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell' appartamento eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In inverno la pompa di calore è sufficiente per le camere da letto e quindi è stato necessario un sistema di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (presente) per gli altri ambienti. Consiglio di parcheggiare nella piazzetta nelle vicinanze e non lungo la strada

Quelle belle surprise ! Logement paisible en pleine campagne, très propre … cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains, lits confortables… Mark a été adorable: 48 heures avant notre arrivée nous avions une vidéo explicative pour arriver à l’hébergement… le jour même à 12h00 nous avions un message pour nous dire que nous pouvions anticiper notre arrivée car le logement était prêt ! La perfection… sans oublier les serviettes de bain pour la douche … et le jacuzzi ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace détente après une journée bien remplie ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Merci Mark …

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Séjour inoubliable dans cet appartement à la vue imprenable sur Modica, super bien équipé, tout confort et au calme. Giancarlo à été très réactif alors que j'ai réservé une heure avant notre arrivée du fait d'une annulation de mon logement initial, il a mobilisé quelqu'un pour venir nous accueillir au parking et nous aider avec les bagages (nous voyagions avec notre fils de 2,5 ans, et moi enceinte de 7 mois). L'accès au logement est facile depuis le parking, avec uniquement de la descente, nous y sommes aisément parvenus moi-même et mon fils. Ce logement est véritablement la perle de notre séjour sicilien, je recommande fortement !!

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

Прекрасный, уютный семейный дом. Потрясающий вид, удобное расположение. Посередине восточного побережья: На машине легко добраться и в Сиракузу, и на пляжи южнее Сиракузы, и в Таормину и Мессину на север. Полностью оборудованная кухня и зона барбекю. Вивиана была всегда на связи. замечательные коты и две черепахи, очень общительные. Мы очень довольны отдыхом. супермаркет в 4 км, до центра деревушки с тавернами и ресторанчиками примерно 1 км, как и до моря. В деревушке Бруколи можно купить свежую рыбу и морепродукты, есть лавки с фруктвми-овощами и сыры-колбасы. Очень красивая природа и окрестности для тех, кто любит гроты и скалы. До оборудованных пляжей надо ехать примерно 10 мин на машине ближайший. мы очень довольны, рекомендуем. Машина обязательна, так же как любовь к котам и черепахам.

We loved Dario’s apartment, it was such an easy walk to central Noto and very well equipped. The apartment is full of character, beds very comfy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. direkte Umgebung nicht schön aber praktisch, da viele Supermärkte in direkter Nachbarschaft sind. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kein abgetrennten Raum, sondern auf der Empore im Wohnzimmer (durch eine Art Vorhang abzutrennen). Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden (2 Weingläser für 4 Leute). Schöner Sitzplatz draußen unter Orangenbäumen. Es gibt eine Nachbarwohnung. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. This is a lovely place to stay, location in Ragusa Ibla was perfect, with the added bonus of private garage on the ground floor. This made parking and unpacking so easy, recommend a small car, we had a Fiat Panda. The apartment has a lovely feel and is well designed, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the countryside is stunning for walking. Emanuele is a great host who gave us a lovely welcome. Thoroughly recommended.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .
