Great place! The parking spots were a bit far to walk at night, but we were able to drop our things off at the front door instead of carrying them the whole way.

This is a lovely space that is minimalist yet contains all the creature comforts. It was easy to access and check-in/entry was seamless. My only gripes: while the first night was quiet, the 2nd and 3rd nights it sounded like the upstairs neighbor was holding a square dance lesson for elephants or juggling bowling balls. Additionally, I was showering when a voice boomed at me from the shower fan and then loud music blared—it scared the bejeezus outta me. I messaged the hosts right away and they responded right away, it sounded like a technical issue where someone else in the building was accidentally connecting to a Bluetooth speaker I didn’t know was there? She reassured me and helped me solve the issue, thankfully! Still, despite the weird noise situations, pros far outweighs the cons of the space. It was close to everything I needed to access in Philly, walkable area, and the space inside was comfortable. Can’t beat the price, either! If I come to Philly again I’ll stay here!

What a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! The whole place was stylish, cozy, and I immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was massively stocked with extra appliances and a wealth of spices and sauces to get you started. I basically lived in the bay window overlooking a perfect view of the river, and Jeff was incredibly responsive with great recommendations and helpful tips. Super lovely place, I'll miss my cozy coffee mornings watching the boats go by!

Really nice place to stay and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Richard had basics like towels, sheets, soap, detergent, pots, pans, a Keurig, kettle, blankets. We appreciated the dresser. Richard was super responsive and even reached out to building management on our behalf once. Expect some car noise and bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. We didn’t hear other nightlife. Lots of construction at building site but we didn’t hear that. It’s pretty quiet for a city street. We just moved into a different AirBnB in the same building complex and now we miss Richard’s place. His was so much cleaner and comfier in comparison.

Old friends weekend wanted comfort and close to attractions and restaurants. Host was very responsive and home was amazing. Loved our time there!!!!

Wonderful place. Felt very much at home. Charles was excellent communicator, responsive and I love the decor and nice touches like tea and olive oil and seasonings. Super great to cook a nice meal in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy this lovely home. Didn’t try out the hot tub, but maybe next time :)!

Let me start by saying I wish I could’ve been here during warmer weather. Even in the winter this house is great! Between the view of the river, the bbq out back, or simply getting warm around the fire pit. Theres so many great things about this place. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

So beautiful, the house is located alongside Cooper River right across from crew starting docks for races. You can see the lights of Philadelphia which is easily accessible. We made several trips, took the speedline and drove. Collingswood is lovely, nice downtown various restaurants, gift stores and coffee shops.
