Such a wonderful stay at Rodrigo’s place. Absolutely beautiful apartment, well equipped, stylish, perfectly located, and REALLY comfortable beds. Stunning beach nearby, handy for beach clubs, bars, restaurants,shops and most organised tours pick up from close by. In the surrounding area the locals were so friendly and accommodating, service was great and prices were fairly reasonable. Communication from the house manager Renzo couldn’t have been better or more helpful. We even locked ourselves out one night (through our own stupidity) and he responded immediately to help us. We had THE BEST time!

The condo is very nice and the location can't be beat. It is two blocks away from the beach and three blocks away from 5th avenue where all the restaurants, bars etc. are located. Also 15 min away from the Xcaret parks. The view from the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. You'll enjoy hanging out on the rooftop. There's also a hot tub pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and it has a huge 80" TV in the living room. Very nice condo. I recommend you rent a car as the taxis gouge you in Playa del Carmen. A 10-15 min ride is $20 and 4 persons max.

Je suis demeuré 4 semaines dans le logement de Victor. Logement bien situé , près de la plage (Mamitas 1 km), beaucoup de restaurants près.Grand logement , bien équipé. Victor répondait très rapidement . Il m a fournit plus d eau que ce que J étais capable de consommer. Ménage une fois semaine inclus, très apprécié . Tout était parfait , il ne me manquait qu un balcon, mais ça je le savais avant d arriver. Robert

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was great!! Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony!! Lisa and Candace were amazing. Definitely keep this place in mind for our future visits!!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was just as described. Beautiful apartment and view! Walking distance to 5th avenue and all the action ! Eric and his assistant Liz are very responsive regarding any questions during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely spectacular. Traveling with two couples and two teenagers and we had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of privacy and tons of lounging opportunities. The beach was fantastic, there’s so much outdoor space in sun and shade. We had all the doors open for fresh air and waves crashing. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful for cooking. The little plunge pool was pristine and refreshing and a perfect size. I truly cannot say enough good stuff about this home. It was the most luxurious vacation. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. Our favorite food was definitely in the Puebla but the beach bar two minutes away was perfect spot to start the night. Be sure to bring water shoes because it will make snorkeling off the front porch more comfortable. The hosts helped us arrange transportation and airport transfers and were available for any questions we had. An incredible week we did not want to end! Thank you!

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

The Landmark is amazing, the condo is very clean, well kept. Luis is very responsive, very helpful. We had an amazing stay.

Barbs condo was amazing. It was the perfect location. The condo is beautiful and the pictures didn't do it justice. The pool and the beach were steps away and the marina, with all the shops and restaurants, was just outside the complex. We had the best of both worlds- a beautiful, peaceful oceanfront view and then everything else just steps away from the front door. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - snorkel gear, water shoes, cooler, beach chairs and towels, even binoculars to use!! Barb was easy to reach when we had a question and very quick to respond. We loved the condo so much that we showed it to a few other couples we had met and they want to rent it in the future. You won't find a better location or more beautiful and authentic condo. Thank you, Barbara and Daniel. We hope to stay here again.

Laura’s place in Akumai stands out as one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in—an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail. The decor is stunning, filled with beautiful art that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. But what truly set this place apart was its impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen and high-quality amenities. Mornings with coffee and evenings with a glass of wine were pure magic, watching the sun rise and set in this peaceful setting. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We always felt safe and welcome, and Laura’s thoughtful logbook was a fantastic guide - we loved exploring the small Pueblo nearby and discovering amazing local food. Laura was a true Superhost in every sense. If you are considering a trip to this area, don’t hesitate, this place is perfect. We look forward to coming back soon!

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!
