Had a lovely stay here, very near to Stratford and the RSC. Great local walks along the canal and lots of friendly locals. Will definitely be back!!

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Had a great stay at Mun’s accommodation in Aston. Easy check-in process and parking spaces available both on drive and nearby. Clean and spacious accommodation with stocked kitchen and plenty of fridge space. Useful to have two full size bathrooms in property for number of guests. Easily walking access into Birmingham city centre for variety of activities. Great stay overall!

Perfect location to explore Warwick. The house was exactly as described and check in processes very smooth. Would definitely recommend

We spent a lovely relaxed 2 night's stay at Robin's place. A clean well equipped kitchen/living space and a really comfortable bedroom, we felt right at home. A perfect location to explore NT Hanbury Hall, Coughton Court & Worcester Cathedral.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We had a lovely time staying and it was just as described. Joy was a great host and very friendly and communicative.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

Our first ever air bnb stay and the bar has definitely been set high. Amazing place. Beautiful location and a lovely host. Milk and cakes were a lovely suprise after a long say travelling and the grounds were pristine. Lots of games and books for the children also. Thank you so much Lesley for your hospitality xx

Lovely flat, just right for us for a weekend. Fabulous location, just behind Shakespeare's birthplace, so out of the busy area but only a couple of minutes walk from everything. Flat was great - clean, tidy, all amenities for 4 adults. Very much recommended.

An Airbnb that sports original sash windows, provides a sofa bed you sleep well on and includes Tom Waits in its record collection, gets my vote everytime! Robin is an attentive host - quick to respond when needed and, we felt, always there if required. As other guest have noted, Flat 2 is ideally located in a quiet residential areas of Moseley and provides an ideal base for adventures further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Robin & Emily’s place and fully recommend it to future visitors.

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

Für unsere Ferien war die Wohnung perfekt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben je ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Und es hatte immer einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I would recommend it if you are wanting to visit Stratford upon Avon. The location was perfect right in the centre and the addition of the permit parking was really helpful. The apartment is a good size for 2 of us and a dog and was really clean and well equipped. Everything is walking distance from the door yet it’s peaceful inside no issues with noise from the town centre. We would definitely stay here again

Marvin was a great host, great communication, fast replies and extremely polite and respectful. The apartment itself was also great, spacious, clean and tidy. Very happy with the service and would book with Marvin again 👍

This is a great little place to stay when visiting the Midlands. The apartment is quiet and stylishly furnished, it has all you need, and Lilian is very friendly and helpful. Great location combining village quietness with proximity to transport links. I'll book again.

Our son is in his first year at Warwick Uni and Julie’s place is very close to his Campus……… and it was perfect for what we needed. Having stayed at a Premier Inn previously this was a much better choice! So much cleaner, a friendlier welcome, more homely and better value. If we are welcome back we will definitely use again. Aubrey's place was perfect. walking distance to the station for work, really quiet and peaceful. We were able to sit out in the back garden over looking the canal watching the world go by. our son who is at the uni could walk up and visit. All in all we were very happy. Thank you 😊

Great place to stay, which for us was walkable to everywhere we were going. Clean property and nice extra touches with mini toiletries. Tawfieq was really helpful, provided brilliant instructions for check in and responded very quickly to any questions.

Nice cosy spot located just a 10 minute drive from Stratford with a good local pub and breakfast options just a few minutes away.

A perfect weekend stay - the apartment had everything we needed in good walking distance to the city centre. Clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Barely any traffic noise at all - I'll take a few pigeons calling from the roof over that any day!

Mo's place was amazing, cracking views and within walking distance almost everything we had planned. Mo was always responsive to any questions we had, even late on one occasion. Plus we have never played so much pac-man in all our lives. I'm still hooked. Will be returning as soon as!

Cate was very helpful and very welcoming. The cottage was just what we needed, the place was accessible as my partner can't do stairs. Great host, immaculate place and very well equiped with toiletries.
