Underbart boende på alla sätt och vis! Patrik var väldigt hjälpsam när ni kom fram trötta på kvällen, vilket uppskattades extra mycket. Lägenheten är superfin, har allt man kan tänkas behöva och vi sov riktigt gott i de sköna sängarna med total tystnad utanför. Det var magiskt att bo såpass nära stan men ändå ha det så lugnt. Rekommenderas varmt!

Die Kommunikation mit Alexander war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hatte eine gute Ausstattung und war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist gut. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie eine U-Bahnstation und Bushaltestelle. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Duze przestronne mieszkanie, w bliskiej odleglosci stacja metra oraz wiele restauracji i sklepy. Mozna szybko dostac sie do centrum a po powrocie odpoczac. Komunikacja z Jehona jest bardzo dobra. Nawet w sytuacji, ktora mogla byc dla niej stresujaca poniewaz zdarzyl nam sie wypadek, niechcacy uszkodzilismy sofe i bylismy w stanie rzeczowo i spokojnie porozmawiac na temat sposobu rozwiazania tego problemu. Dzieki za pobyt i mamy nadzieje ze bedziemy mogli wrocic.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Homestate war wunderbar! Ich habe über 5 Monate dort gelebt und mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Mein Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen! Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an Bus & Bahn. So läuft man etwa 2 Minuten zum Bus, 5 Minuten zur Metro und etwa 7 Minuten zu Pendeltåg & Tram. Bis in die Stadt fährt man nur etwa 15 Minuten mit der Metro. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Für kleinere Spaziergänge eignen sich der See in der Nähe und ein kleiner Wasserarm sehr gut! Alles in allem gibt es über die Wohnung nichts negatives zu sagen, ich würde jedem empfehlen die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm in Betracht zu ziehen. The apartment was in a great area- it was so easy to get to the city centre with the train station being right outside and the Lidl next door was very useful too. The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. Andreas was also very helpful when we couldn’t get the stove to work- he sent someone to help us the next day and it was sorted really quickly. We had a really nice stay so thank you!

Ein paar Tipps: - Auffinden des Apartments: Mit der Parakey-App kann man unter der angegebenen Adresse ins Haus, dann hinten in den Hof und dann wieder in das im Hof stehende Gebäude 65A hinein. Im ersten Stock liegt dann das Apartment, das wiederum mit der App geöffnet werden kann. Man hat über die App also in Summe 4 Schlüssel. - Zusperren des Apartments von innen: Um das Apartment von innen zu versperren, schließt man die Tür und drückt die Schnalle nach oben. Nach dem Schließlaut das Drehschloss ganz nach rechts drehen. - Zusperren des Apartments von außen: Um das Apartment von außen zu versperren, schließt man die Tür und drückt die Schnalle nach oben. Nach dem Schließlaut mit der Parakey-App das Apartment auswählen und dann das Drehschloss ganz nach links drehen. - Abfall: Die Müllbeutel können in den großen Behälter vor dem Haus an der Straße geworfen werden. Einer von diesen ist nicht versperrt.

El alojamiento de Smail fue excelente!! Limpio, ordenado y con bonita decoración. Smail es muy atento y amable y ha contestado mis preguntas rápidamente. La zona es muy tranquila pero a la misma vez hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados. Buena comunicación de transporte para el centro de Estocolmo y para el aeropuerto de Arlanda. Definitivamente recomiendo 100% a Smail como anfitrión y a su bonito hogar para alojarse!!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Peder’s Apartment. Authentische Airbnbs wie diese, findet man heute nicht mehr all zu oft. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum kochen braucht und auch sonst kann man es sich in der Wohnung sehr gemütlich machen. Sie liegt geschützt vom Straßenlärm in einem kleinen Hinterhof - eine kleine Ruheoase. Etwas dunkel tagsüber, aber da wir immer unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett, sodass wir immer innerhalb von ein paar Minuten eine Antwort hatten. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für einen Besuch in Stockholm empfehlen!

Le logement correspond aux descriptions et photos. il est à proximité des moyens de transports pour Stockholm, bus, métro ou train. Un lidl est à côté si besoin. Merci à Berit et son mari, réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'eux

Stefan ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Bei wichtigen Fragen war er immer sehr schnell behilflich. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Obwohl sich die Unterkunft am Rande von Stockholm befindet, ist das wegen der guten Anbindung (Bus & Bahn) kein Problem. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich auch nur wenige Meter vom Appartement entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Vår familie på fire, to voksne og to barn, hadde et fantastisk opphold i Stockholm med Sandra sin nydelige leilighet som base. Leiligheten var en skjønn oase å overnatte i, med små luftige balkonger og et innbydende bad. Alt var nytt og fresht, lukseriøst innredet, lyst, rent og pent. Vennlig og rask kommunikasjon med Sandra. Vi bor gjerne i leiligheten til Sandra igjen❤️

Liam is very responsive, the apartment was clean, quiet, you'll love it if you like cooking, and it is like max 7 minutes from train station which take you to Arlanda Airport Stockholm or 20-25 minutes to city center. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Liam.

Massimiliano´s apartment is really nice. Very clean, with excellent space for a family of 4, it would probably be also good for a bigger family. It is very well located, just 2 min from the metro station and there are many restaurants and shopping close by. There is also a nice park very close to the apartment that are nice for kids. Everything went extremely well and I would recommend the apartment for other families that are coming to visit or work in Stockholm.

Apartament confortable situat en un barri perifèric d'Estocolm, molt tranquil i bonic, de cases poc altes amb zones ajardinades i parcs. Metro molt aprop. Supermercat aprop i obert fins tard. Amfitriona molt agradable; respon ràpid als nostres dubtes. Apartament recollit però adequat per a una família. Érem 5 i hem estat molt bé. Si tornem a Estocolm no dubtaríem a triar l'allotjament de Moa

Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥
