Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Sololá Department

Estuvimos con don Clemente y la pasamos genial el lugar es lindo y amplio, muy limpio y aparte el señor es muy amable tiene playa privada. Excelente experiencia 👏

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

I really enjoyed working with Omar and Norma. They allowed us to check in a tad earlier and ever connected us with many wonderful resources. We had a private boat ride $25 per person and they two us to Santa Cruz and Pana. We had Miguel who was our personal TUK TUK driver and honestly him and Norma made our experience. My husband got sick from some tacos he ate off the beaten path and Miguel came to the rescue with a ton of things from the Pharmacy… the following day I even asked him to bring us dominoes … he did so cheerfully. The place was beautiful, very quiet during the week and on the weekend there were more people so had the best of both worlds. No laundry onsite y’all but ask Norma and she will come to the rescue! One thing I will note……… be careful with the MASTER bathroom. The shower is not flush with the wall and all the water will spill all over the floor. I almost fell 2x … I actually noticed that people made those comments as well and thought it would be resolved

Clean, full kitchen (could be restocked with some salt, pepper and oil), nice garden area. The location was off the main strip, about a 7-10 minute walk, which we appreciated for quiet nights. We slept very well all three nights.

Maya moon was amazing! The view is better than the pictures. Staff were very responsive and helpful in arranging pick up and drop offs. The restaurant food was great and convenient. Having access to the lake was just perfect! Easy to get around to other towns by boat and/or tuktuk. Highly recommend!

Great little place to stay, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. something broke during our stay and they fixed it immediately. small but well equipped, the location is quiet and a 15 min walk to the centre, or 4 min tuktuk! can recommend

We had a wonderful family vacation at Nelson’s home. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. We would love to come back someday. Thank you for this gem!

The place was quiet and peaceful while being close enough from Panajachel. Both rooms have a balcony and so is the living room directly across the lake and volcano. The walk to the lake is steep, so I suggest skipping it if you are not well conditioned to climb back up. It gets pretty cold in the morning but there is hot water available in the shower as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Daniel was very responsive and made this trip easier for my group and had immediately gotten us a private shuttle from Antigua and back to the city, as well as a private lancha to take us to any villages we wanted to go. Tour guide is included in San Juan la Laguna. A 4x4 was sent to us daily and the driver Ramiro was also very helpful and responsive. If you book with them, you and your group will be the most important people during this trip.

Wow. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled on the street in our 4 minute Tuk Tuk from the town center. Christian welcomed us warmly as family and showed us the house and even helped recommend things to do as well as food. The space is beautiful and homey. His wife made us some amazing home made bread as well. The place is big and the kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and serene. We spent time reading and lounging on the hammocks during a rain storm and also during sunny afternoon. We also walked 5 minutes down to the beach to watch sunrise and chill. This was one of the best stays we’ve had so far in Guatemala. It’s truly special to be welcomed to a beautiful home like this. Thank you & we can’t wait to come back again !!

We loved our stay! The house was even more beautiful than the photos. Perfect spot to relax on the lake with amazing views, a hot tub, and gorgeous landscaping. We would book again in a heartbeat. A big highlight was having filtered water throughout the house, along with reverse osmosis water for drinking. It made it much easier to stay hydrated! Christopher was also a very helpful host, introducing us to a private boat contact and shuttle services back to Guatemala City.

We had a lovely 4 day stay at this airbnb. The walk up to the house is definitely a hike, about 300 steps, but the views of the lake and the volcanoes were certainly worth it. However, it was a little sketchy walking into town and home and night, just due to a lack of lights on the road outside San Marcos. We had issues with no warm water throughout our visit due to an issue with the water heater, but Chris was extremely kind and booked us a visit to the spa in town to make up for it. The only major issue I had was that we had booked this airbnb for a very peaceful, private, and romantic stay, and there were workers on and around the property working on various tasks for most of the visit. They were always respectful, but it did take away from the ambiance, especially when they played their own music.

El diseño de la casa es perfecto para trabajar como Airbnb, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y es muy espaciosa. La casa es hermosa y está cerca del lago donde puedes tomar una lancha para conocer los pueblos de atitlán. Lo único negativo es que los vecinos tienen música a todo volumen desde muy temprano en la mañana hasta la noche. Aparte de eso la casa es perfecta para viajar en grupos grandes.

Incredible place. The access to the main path around the lake and proximity to Santa Cruz is nice. There are more places to eat around here than I expected. I would love to stay here again. Do keep in mind: Santa Cruz is a very nature-y place and there is a possibility you’ll encounter spiders, mosquitoes and scorpions. We did, but had no problems with them during our stay.

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. Hermoso lugar, amplio, cómodo y tal cual se percibe en las fotos. Jessica amable, excelente en la comunicación y presta a apoyar en lo que le fuimos solicitando durante la estadía. Volveremos felices muy pronto.

I spent just one night at the apartment but could have easily stayed a week. Best location, best view, best overall stay I can imagine along the lake. Definitely stay here, no question. Absolutely gorgeous and the host was communicative and helpful. Loved it.

Muy bonito lugar para alojarse, una vista espectacular hacia el lago y la atención por parte del personal y la anfitriona excepcional. Les dejo un par de recomendaciones 1. El comercio en el centro (San Marcos) es muy limitado, si pueden llevar lo que requieran desde la ciudad mucho mejor. 2. San Juan es un lugar que deben conocer, la anfitriona maneja contactos para lanchas privadas, en mi caso pagué aprox 700 quetzales por visitar San Juan y San Pedro 3. El lugar no cuenta con parqueo pero en el centro hay parqueos públicos, por día pagué 75 quetzales y el tuktuk de vuelta fueron 30 quetzales

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Excelente lugar para quedarse, la ubicación es muy buena, aunque si desean caminar en Panajachel puede que les quede un poco alejado. Era justo lo que buscábamos para estás vacaciones.

This place was the highlight of our trip. We booked it last minute and stayed for one night. It was so peaceful, the bed is very comfy, the jacuzzi is lovely, and the view is great. The morning paddle board in the morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay. We grabbed pizza and some beverages in town and just hung out here for the night! So beautiful.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons ici, et toujours un sans-faute ! La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Se réveiller avec le lever du soleil et admirer le paysage depuis le lit est un véritable privilège. Seul petit point d’attention : préserver ce lieu enchanteur en évitant une trop grande densité de logements, qui pourrait altérer le calme et la sérénité qui font tout son charme aujourd’hui.

Pat’s property was awesome, we felt right at home and doña Petra was very helpful with answering everything we wanted to know about local things to do. Definitely recommend it!
