I stayed in all 3 AirBnB rooms at Carlos' Seite Volcanes' suite over 4 months and loved each one! I even had family visit who opted to stay in the San Marcos' center instead at Lush Atitlan; However, after they visited my spot at Carlos', they wished they had taken my suggestion to stay here instead. The view is unmistakable; the Spanish colonial aesthetic is flawless; the lush tropical garden is mature; the privacy is serene. Seite Volcanes is close enough to town to stumble to the lake-front in less than 10 minutes but not so close that your sleep is subject to the howling of street dogs or bar-hopping tourists. In fact, it's nestled quietly away in a forested area off a safe side-road. I never once had a problem with access to great aminities either: constant high-speed internet access, round-the-clock strong hot water pressure, and an on-site washing machine. Top all that off with one of the best hosts on this site, and you might just extend your stay by an extra month like me!

1 night stay in this centrally located home. Breathtaking views and located 2 minutes away by foot from the lanchas! San Pedro is known for its party atmosphere so be ready for its nightlife! I chose this location specifically to be able to do the Rostro Maya sunrise walk and it worked out perfectly! The host was responsive and accommodating and promptly answered when needed. Would stay again! Thank you for everything!

Kenny was a great host, very responsive to messages and helpful with local suggestions. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony area is stunning and very close to the photos! Just one small thing to bear in mind - there is a flight of somewhat steep concrete stairs to enter the property which were a little tricky to navigate with big suitcases. Kenny was very helpful and carried one of our cases when we arrived, which was much appreciated!

A million dollar view, spacious terrace for hammocks and entertaining. The beautiful garden an added bonus. Perfect spot to unwind and relax. We recommend the second floor for spectacular view of the lake, perfect spot for a sundowner. Christa did an excellent job of making sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we need ……. I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo con mucha privacidad. Decorado muy bonito. Tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía de un día para 2 personas. Alrededor campo suficiente para salir a caminar tranquilamente. Emily fue muy atenta, solo la molestamos en una ocasión pero respondió bastante rápido. En general la pasamos genial. Sin duda regresaremos.

Un espacio espectacular, con mi familia hablamos que es aún más linda que en las fotos. Lindos detalles, Fabi facilitó la estancia. Definitivamente vamos a volver. Que lindo finde de desconectarse en este maravilloso lugar.

Nice place very comfortable and clean. located away from all the busy traffic, this place was relatively quiet and quite private. Well equiped, we loved the layout and modern kitchen. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.

El diseño de la casa es perfecto para trabajar como Airbnb, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y es muy espaciosa. La casa es hermosa y está cerca del lago donde puedes tomar una lancha para conocer los pueblos de atitlán. Lo único negativo es que los vecinos tienen música a todo volumen desde muy temprano en la mañana hasta la noche. Aparte de eso la casa es perfecta para viajar en grupos grandes.

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. Unser Aufenthalt bei Cirilo war super! Wir kamen relativ weit entfernt von der Unterkunft an, was kein Problem war, weil Cirilo uns gratis mit seinem TukTuk abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und für uns genau richtig, um etwas zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cirilos Unterstützung in allen Bereichen. Wir brauchten z.B. ein Shuttle nach San Cristobal in Mexico. Cirilo hat das Shuttle organisiert, wir konnten unkompliziert bei ihm mit Karte bezahlen und es hat alles geklappt. Um sicherzustellen, dass alles funktioniert hat er uns den ganzen Tag über immer wieder gefragt, ob alles nach Plan läuft. Wir hatten bisher noch keinen so aufmerksamen und engagierten Host! Vielen Dank für alles!

Cirilo y su familia fueron empáticos y muy amables. El sitio es un barrio de la localidad por lo que de noche es buena idea tomar tuk tuk pero durante el día es super fácil de llegar. La habitación estaba limpia y había de todo. Me gustó mucho quedarme en este lugar.

from the moment your booking is confirmed with Cirilo, he is already treating you like family. very attentive host that can handle all of your needs and help you relax a little easier while travelling. ( ask him anything and he probably knows a guy). Beautiful studio apartment for a very affordable price. it's very walkable for most people but if you need a tuk tuk, they are very cheap and easy to find a ride. 10/10 recommend and I will be back at corilos place in the future
