Ideal location for exploring the area, walking distance to Cal Poly, privately set back into a peaceful garden setting with no through traffic. Exceptionally quiet, comfy, and clean. We felt right at home. Way better than expected and Linda is lovely, responsive, and helpful while providing great privacy. Blissful stay.

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

My husband and 2 kids did a quick little 2 night get away to Ojai over Spring Break. We drove up from Encinitas so it was a quick, little road trip. We ate at great restaurants, Papa Lennons, Farmer and Cook, The Oak at OVI, The Dutchess and did a 9 mile bike ride at the Ojai River Preserve right down the street this Air B&B. It was so fun and so relaxing and just what we all needed. Can’t wait to go back!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Our stay at Michael’s place was one of the most memorable family trips we’ve had with our little ones. The views alone are incredible but the nicest part was that it felt like you were staying at a friend’s place. A lot of AirBnbs can feel impersonal but Michael’s place had tremendous character and charm. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful time at Ted’s Airbnb! It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our 3-night family getaway. The location was peaceful and quiet but very close to the walkable downtown and just a short drive to both SLO and Pismo. We also checked out some local beaches which were great too. All the rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean and had many thoughtful touches. We cooked meals in the huge kitchen and ate as a family. They even have ad-free streaming services which was a nice touch. Upon check-in, multiple family members said something along the lines of, “I wish we lived here! I wish this was our house!” :) We’d definitely stay here again if it’s available on our next trip to the area.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this is one of the best. Great location, large and comfy, spotless--and our hosts were so welcoming and informative. They made us feel very special and shared a lot of great information on the area. You will love this house.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

The apartment was very clean and matched the photos exactly. Everything inside made it feel like home, and not like I was staying at someone else’s home. Maureen was incredibly responsive both before and after booking. I had reached out to ask about bringing my pup, which is why I booked this listing. There were no restrictions other than being house trained. My pup loved the dog bed (which he doesn’t use in our home!). The location & neighbors were great, very friendly! The bottle of wine in the fridge was such a nice treat and very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

Leah's place is great in every way. The unit is bright, well organized, very clean and has all the amenities needed by a traveler. The location is excellent--in the heart of Carpinteria so you can walk to everything--restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and the beach.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful place. We loved the decor! It was beachy cool and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. The shower and tub in the master were amazing 🤩. The open concept kitchen was perfect for gathering and the sliding doors open up the whole place for indoor/outdoor living. Not to mention the roof with a hot tub and ocean views. We think this place was a gem!!!Definitely worth the price and we would highly recommend for a family with two kids that need their own space 🙄 or 3 couples. Everything is a short drive away and there are so many options for dining but honestly we didn’t want to leave the place! If you’re thinking about booking this place do it!!!

My family and I adored our stay! This is our second time staying here and we love it. It has amazing views of the ocean right out the large windows where you can see the sunrise and set right on the couch. It’s just steps to the beach and close walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. The place is so spacious with a large kitchen which we loved since we like to cook breakfast. We love that we can park our car safely in the garage. They have plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows if needed. This place has impressed us once again and has easily become our go to stay when we come out to Pismo beach. We are eager to book again soon.
