This Stone Harbor house was incredible. Location was perfect for downtown and the beach. The home is comfortable and had an amazing well stocked kitchen. The pool is fabulous. So many bedrooms and bathrooms made us all so comfortable. Barry was so communicative and wanted our family to enjoy his beautiful home as much as his own. If and when we come back to NJ we will (as a family) stay here again!! We had a blast and so many memories were made. Thanks Barry & family!

Great host and house! The pool wasn’t fully prepared. However, Mara did give a refund for it not being ready which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for families or group of friends. We fully enjoyed our experience!

Catherine is a wonderful host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable, fun and memorable. She had several gifts for our kids and many many snacks, the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Highly responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do / where to eat in the area. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean and equipped with everything a family needs!! Thank you Catherine for a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

Breezeway is a beautiful property! Everything was extremely clean and the property itself was spacious and very comfortable. The focal point is definitely on the second floor with the enormous kitchen/ dining area along with the kids playroom. This is where my family mostly spent our time. The beach was just two short blocks away and there is also a playground a block away for the little ones. The only minor setback was that the pool’s heater didn’t work and my kids were able to utilize it which was a huge bummer for them as they were looking forward to swimming. I would definitely book with @mintedstay again if I was looking to stay in the area in the future.

Just as described and shown in the photos! Our group of four families with young kids stayed at Brian’s place for spring break and we all enjoyed our stay. We really wanted to find a place with a heated swimming pool for our young kids to play in and Brian was incredibly accommodating in opening up the pool for us and making sure it was heated 2 days before our check in date so that the pool was up to temperature upon our arrival. We weren’t so lucky with the weather and the outside temperature was quite chilly, but the water was warm enough and our kids still had an absolute blast. The rest of the home was lovely, just as described. All of us had a very comfortable and fun stay. Brian was also very attentive and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to and during our stay. Would love to be back in the summer time!

Jason was responsive and helpful. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the heated pool and hot tub. We were unable to use it because something was broken and his pool guy didn’t have the means to fix it over the weekend. While understandable, it was a bummer because that was one of the amenities we were really looking forward to. The house was spotless, rooms were comfortable and accommodating. If I could offer any tips for the homeowner, we would have liked to have seen instructions left for the heating/cooling split units as they were a bit weird to figure out having never used one. Overall, if I had another large party to accommodate, I would return here.

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Brittany was a very welcoming host. The house was beautiful, well taken care of, and comfortable. She was responsive to any questions and check in was an ease. Would definitely recommend to others!

This house had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, iron, luggage racks, blankets, blow dryer, cleaning supplies, etc. Many things not usually found in a rental. Every room was extremly clean (and I am very picky). The host was incredibly responsive, kind and welcoming. We were a group of 10 adults and all agreed we would rent this house again.

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—my family and I were able to walk to breakfast, then head over to the boardwalk to play arcade games and grab some snacks before strolling back. It made for a fun and convenient experience! The property is also just about 25 minutes from the convention center, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest up after a long day. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely book again!

House was beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for everybody! Also, close location to boardwalk and beach! Would be great if there was a crockpot, and a few deep dish lasagna pans, muffin pan and some pyrex big pans to cook in for large groups.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful home. I highly recommend renting it. It is in a perfect location, so comfortable and clean. The special touches from the owner were so thoughtful and impressive!

Bill's "Ocean View Corner Condo" is fantastic! It has ocean views from the kitchen and front deck. The location is great and just a short block from the beach. The off street parking was nice too. With two bedrooms and two full baths it can't be beat. Thank you Bill for letting us stay at such a great place!

It was an awesome family weekend getaway, my son loved that we could walk to the beach! overall it was a great location and great place to stay!

Thank you for a home away from home. We were super comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed. We needed a place close to the convention center and this place was perfect. We were also just a few minutes from all of the casinos and restaurants. The home was very clean and we will definitely book again when we stay in AC. We are so happy we chose the perfect place for a family or a group. It’s so nice to have so much space and not be in the tight quarters of a hotel. The host was super friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and right down the block was a perfect corner store that made delicious food. It’s also nice to have such easy parking steps from your home. Will book again!!

Kerry's house was awesome for our family of adult children and one toddler - spacious rooms for all and was extremely clean. Everything was so convenient: well stocked kitchen - beach chairs , umbrellas, toys, and two hot water outdoor showers. The jack and jill bathroom is great for kids! Location is great - easy, short walk to beach. We enjoyed the decks when not at beach. Adults played pickleball at the community center, went biking while toddler had fun at the Shark Park. Communication with Kerry was very prompt in responding - would highly recommend this place- kid and adult friendly!

The place was beautiful. Varun is a great host. The place had everything you need , very spacious and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a home away from home get away.

Beautiful home, convenient to grocery and most eating spots. Located in a family neighborhood. Super clean and had all we needed to have a great week!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Igor’s house! Everything was as described on the listing and he left very simple, helpful instructions for check in and check out. Perfect for large groups.

Every peaceful stay. Definitely felt like home ! Just wished all the bedrooms had tvs. Other than that I would stay here again

The most beautiful little beach cottage! We had a wonderful time!! Everything was spotless and the whole house smelled amazing. So convenient and close to everything. We were sad we had to leave!! We will definitely be renting again!
