Best Place Ever Apartment exceeds the pictures in all ways. Most gorgeous AirBnB I have been to in my life. Host Guy is the sweetest, most helpful man. Make sure you walk to the beach and check the surrounding beacons for a hike.

Jills place is on a working equestrian centre, but it’s in a peaceful location. Clear instructions how to access, gate codes, keysafe code etc and easy to find through industrial estate. Suited my short term requirements as I was starting at HPC project and needed somewhere local for first few weeks to find my local bearings. Jill and Simon extremely helpful with local knowledge.

We had a lovely stay at the beachside apartment, Great location, off the beaten track but only ten minutes walk to centre of town, Two minutes walk to Minehead Harbour (fantastic for crabbing) and a wonderful pub The Ship Aground. Will definitely visit again, Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials. The host was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

It was a beautiful place. We initially thought it was going to be cold, but the fireplace and heaters ensured the place was super warm. Kids and adults had super fun with the farm ride. Rain boots are a must to go to fishing, which is only reachable by walk. Highly recommend this place.

Had a fantastic time at the cottage. Very quiet and peaceful. So lovely to walk out your door straight into the woods. Will definitely return in the future.

A super Airbnb which I would definitely use again. Clean and tidy with a safe back garden for Teddy (dog). Lovely and modern interior, coop just around the corner and easy to walk into watchet, the shops and pub there and also to the beach. Holly communicated really well and have us a little longer on check out day. This was really appreciate as we had been in the area for a friends funeral and were shattered. We booked Elmcroft for a family holiday, there were 8 of us including a 5 year old and 3 dogs. Another two couples visited during the holiday, so it was a busy time. However there is plenty of space, an extremely well equiped kitchen and the layout suited our needs. Sadly the weather wasnt good enough to use the BBQ and the pizza oven, but everyone enjoyed toasting marshmellows over the firepit. The garden backed onto a field making dog walking very easy. There are various supermarkets close by, and a Waitrose and a farm shop made our catering much easier. Our grandson was delighted with the toys and books available in his room. We enjoyed trips out to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Salisbury, Shaftsbury and Clarks Shopping Village. We had a great time.

Fab place and as it looks in the pictures. It’s a really nice piano to play, and the space is great, wonderful character. Will be back

A stylish and comfortable home in the centre of the village. This place had everything we needed; it was well equipped and well located. The four equally large ensuite bedrooms made it perfect for our group of four couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watchet, with some great pubs, eateries and walks on our doorstep.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful house. It’s spacious, extremely comfortable and well appointed with fabulous views. The house is very well laid out; enabling you to socialise in the lovely reception rooms or spread out and relax in the peaceful bedrooms. It is so quiet, at night we didn’t hear one sound apart from the rustle of our duvets, (which are feather, a welcome surprise to most Airbnbs). We didn’t explore much as we wanted to sit back relax and enjoy the space. We did have dinner at The Lord Pullet Arms pub in Hinton St George which was a very nice place with tasty food and excellent service. A lovely few days!

The steps to the apartment from our parked car were as described. They are super steep & narrow. Not for kids, or if you need to push a push chair. Not for anyone with mobility issue. Apartment is super clean and tidy. Please be aware that this is a place surrounded by forests. You’ll get insects and slugs in the apartment which freaked my city son out haha. I think it’s because it’s summer as well. So if you’re like my son - might not be a place for you lol Really easy to walk into Lynton with nice cafes and restaurants. There’s only one tiny supermarket in Lynton so bring plenty of supplies. Kitchen is equipped with a kettle, hob, toaster and oven. A microwave would be handy. Bring your own oil etc if you’re staying longer and plan to cook. Bring your own toiletries although handwash & toilet rolls are generously provided. I think this place used to be a bed & breakfast as all the rooms in the Penthouse have numbers on the doors. Very quaint and cute.

Basic but functional. Good location and everything needed in the apartment for my stay. Beds were comfy and it was warm. Couldn’t find wifi code as could not access air b&b whilst there so if there if one may be worth putting on the paperwork. Many thanks.

We loved our stay, the property was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Having milk in the fridge ready for a cuppa on arrival was a great touch. We’d definitely book again if we’re in the area.

Great apartment clean and everything that you would need available. Short walk to the beach making it great for the dogs.

We really loved this experience as an ideal dog friendly break. The proximity to the beach, the dog safe pretty garden and the cosy flat with good facilities and onsite parking made it so enjoyable. Charlotte is friendly, helpful and gave us brilliant massages. Thank you for spoiling us!

A lovely, modern flat with lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay cozy and special. In a really good location walkable to lots of beautiful scenery (including the valley of the rocks) and local attractions (very close to the cliff railway down to Lynmouth).

We enjoyed our stay and the charm of „sandbank“ and burnham on sea. Absolutely recommended to everyone searching wild romantic nature, lovely village sides and perfect fish&chips!

We had a lovely few days in Lynton which was helped by the fact that Neal’s place was fantastic. Absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable bed and brilliant location. Great for walking and only a minute or two’s walk from pubs, cafés and restaurants. It honestly is a lovely, cosy spot; we’d happily return.
