We had a great stay at Sam’s apartment. Just perfect for our weekend swimming gala needs. The apartment is just beautiful, and so would fully recommend. We had cake and flowers on arrival and Sam really is an excellent host in terms of communication, attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. Thank you so much for having us!

Very comfortable 2 bed apartment in a very central spot just off the High Street. Good and prompt communication from George: very clean apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Sally and James were lovely, helpful and friendly hosts (as is Hector the whippet!) and we hope it's not too long before we visit again. The property is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Previous reviewers mentioned the road nearby but although we could hear the traffic it certainly wasn't obtrusive. There is a lovely walk into Wells and plenty of places to visit and good walks in the area. A trip to Bath is a must but make sure to use the Park and Ride which is convenient, very reasonable and when you see the traffic you will be pleased you used it.

Accommodation was exactly as described. Great location with easy access to Taunton, Wellington & the M5 motorway. The apartment was really spacious & both the bathroom & kitchen were gorgeous!

We loved our Christmas stay. It was beautifully decorated. Cosy and warm. They even put a Christmas tree up for us as we had a child with us. It’s such a beautiful village. The pub is a great pub. We had a lovely meal there and were well looked after. Even though the accommodation is above the pub. You don’t hear the noise that much. We stayed over a party period and didn’t have an issue with music or noise. Would highly recommend staying here. We loved it.

Was welcomed into the property by Vanessa’s daughter who was very welcoming, Vanessa really does care about her guests. No stone left unturned and the room was exactly as described 10/10 Would recommend Vanessa & David to anyone 👍⭐️

Our stay was perfect. The flat is lovely, tastefully furnished with everything you need provided. It is very conveniently placed for a short stroll into Wells with shops and all the sights a stones throw. David provided all the information we needed and a folder in the flat for all the essentials. A car park space also a bonus.

Great in every way, place was exactly as expected. Responses to questions and problems (our fault) were super quick and helpful. Great space, great hosts, super hurrah on every count. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay, the property was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Having milk in the fridge ready for a cuppa on arrival was a great touch. We’d definitely book again if we’re in the area.

We had a very happy time here, the place was more special than the photos. The location is beautiful and we appreciate the personal touches, like the Christmas tree. It was perfect for our extended family over Christmas and I would highly recommend it. It is very spacious and has lots of seating which is very comfortable. Fantastic experience.

We really loved this experience as an ideal dog friendly break. The proximity to the beach, the dog safe pretty garden and the cosy flat with good facilities and onsite parking made it so enjoyable. Charlotte is friendly, helpful and gave us brilliant massages. Thank you for spoiling us!

I will definitely be booking with Bryan and Ruth again it was like home from home these guys are so accommodating and great hosts nothing seems to much trouble for them They have thought of everything even down to the amount of cutlery in kitchen and the chalk board welcome was a nice touch What was on the advert / description was 100% correct I could actually move there

A great place to stay, Felicity quickly responded to any questions. The apartment was beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool was a bonus, great to have it to ourselves. Felicity kindly allowed our granddaughter to join us for a swim too 😊

Wonderful apartment with everything you need. As a group of friends looking for a place to stay nearby our friend's anniversary party, this was absolutely ideal for our purposes. Very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, the washer/dryer came in handy and the pool was a godsend after a late night. Highly recommended!

wonderful place to stay! ideal for a family of 4 who enjoy swimming. Location was Ideal, very close to most of the popular destinations in the area.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!
