A beautiful flat with easy access and everything we needed for our stay with two small children. It was possible to make it largely toddler proof on top of the cot and high-chair provided. Nice touches in various ways. The host was responsive and accommodating when we asked about possibilities and proactive with making life easy for us. Highly recommend and would happily stay again when we go back to visit our friends in the local area.

A beautiful clean apartment with a comfortable living room and reclining sofa and log fire, very comfortable bedroom which opens on to a lovely back garden seating area with a flowing stream, modern kitchen with all you need. Great location only a short drive from all the top locations like Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury. Joanna is a superb, warm, responsive and very accommodating host and we would love to stay again

A lovely 14th century cottage in a really special, convenient location, with great views of the sea and harbour. The housekeeper Carol was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Handy location, just a short drive to Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury etc. Joanna was really friendly and welcoming on arrival. some lovely local pubs, very friendly with good food.

We enjoyed a wonderfull stay for a family catch up. Stuart could not have been more accommodating and the place really over delivered in terms of everything from the space, location, facilities and the welcoming ambiance. A really great house for large groups in a beautiful part of the world with stunning surroundings. Everything in the house is to a very high standard and it just works really well, making passing the time and enjoying the stunning views a joy. Great hosting from Stuart, relaxed and helpful communication made for a really enjoyable visit. We highly recommend!

Rented for a family celebration. Excellent size and amenities. The few problems encountered were resolved immediately and in a very friendly manner

Spacious, stylish apartment, full of character reflecting its history. Entry into the courtyard and from the courtyard into the apartment felt very secure. Rather steep uneven wooden stairs might be a challenge to those with mobility issues but not a problem for us. Substantial welcome pack and well stocked kitchen cupboards. Friendly hosts with interesting conversation about the history of the buildings.

A stylish and comfortable home in the centre of the village. This place had everything we needed; it was well equipped and well located. The four equally large ensuite bedrooms made it perfect for our group of four couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watchet, with some great pubs, eateries and walks on our doorstep.

Our extended family of 12, including 7 adults and 5 children, stayed at Stephen's accommodation over the Christmas period. We were pleased with the warm welcome from Stephen, who added thoughtful touches such as Christmas trees in the lounge and dining room. The property was well-maintained, and the Christmas lights around the grounds added a festive ambiance that was magical for the children. Our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish - a Christmas we will never forget. The pricing was reasonable considering the time of year and we will certainly be booking with Stephen again in the future.

We spent an absolutely wonderful couple of nights at Emma's accommodation and only wish we had booked for longer. Everything was beautifully clean and we were made to feel right at home by Dianne the moment we checked in. The property is extremely luxurious and there is plenty of space to relax. We spent some time exploring the local area and beaches but were more than happy to return to enjoy the beautiful accommodation, cook some meals, light the fire and make the most of the amazing views from the conservatory. The beautiful horses in the stable block were an added bonus, together with the contemporary artwork displayed throughout the property. This is the most idyllic accommodation in a peaceful location - perfect for recharging batteries.

Spent the week here with our whole family. We had a fabulous time, the house is perfect, we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Fiona recommended places to go/things to do with the children and was very helpful with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend!

Faultless stay - great location for exploring the local area and it has everything you need to feel right at home. Despite it being attached to the main house it still felt very private. The hosts have paid thoughtful attention to detail including treats and towel for our doggy, plus treats for us like milk and biscuits - it was spotlessly clean and really cosy. Highly recommend staying at Blue Anchor house! I booked the Bay View apartment and it did not disappoint! The view from the large window was spectacular and was so nice being able to watch and hear the waves during the day and also listening throughout the night. The place had plenty of space, clean throughout and decorated beautifully. The bed was massive and so comfy. Linen smelt fresh, nice warm duvet and soft pillows too. The shower was powerful and the whole apartment stayed at a nice temperature during our stay. Spotlessly clean and kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed to use for our stay. The hot tub was so relaxing and was lovely to be surrounded by lovely views and gardens. I can tell that alot of love and hard work has gone into the whole place - well done to you all and thankyou again for a lovely stay. Will 100% be back to stay again 💕

We enjoyed our stay and the charm of „sandbank“ and burnham on sea. Absolutely recommended to everyone searching wild romantic nature, lovely village sides and perfect fish&chips!

I will definitely be booking with Bryan and Ruth again it was like home from home these guys are so accommodating and great hosts nothing seems to much trouble for them They have thought of everything even down to the amount of cutlery in kitchen and the chalk board welcome was a nice touch What was on the advert / description was 100% correct I could actually move there

Great place to stay, absolutely immaculate and clearly very new still. We stayed on of the apartments with a sea view and it was just great, especially looking right up the sea front. Recommend using this end of the beach rather than the other side.

We, as a young family of 5 have just returned from a really enjoyable stay at Pauls place. Location was spot on, the accommodation was very clean, and modern, with plenty of strorage for our belongings. The kids loved the games and books avaliable for them to use, and we had everything we needed to make it home from home. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would love to visit again

Beautiful beautiful beautiful apartment and stay! I can’t even put into words how luxurious but how worth the money this place was … stunning views, so well equipped … supplied tea, coffee, sugar etc which you tend to never find, it was clean and just a beautiful space to be in for a few days. The bath tub was also incredible! We will 100% be back and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing place. We had a small issue with the door but not only were we told about that at check in they also helped us figure out hey the key works. Amazing location and flat.
