We had a great stay at the Main House at Country Woods Inn! The location was perfect for our family New Year's vacation, just 15 minutes from Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim. We loved all the amenities on the property: fishing, petting zoo, small library, tether ball, see saw and campfire. We were able to walk to the river to fish and look for tadpoles at Big Rocks park. We loved having pizza a the large farmhouse table which easily sat our group of 11. The 5 kids enjoyed the loft and each of the three couples were comfortable in the downstairs bedrooms. The house was cozy and quaint. Helen was incredibly responsive as we prepared for the trip and while we were there. I texted her about s'more sticks and she knew exactly where I could find them. We loved having s'mores at the campfire! One of our favorite parts was petting rabbits and watching Lily the goat jump the fence. We definitely will tell our friends in Dallas to check out Country Woods Inn!

We loved staying in this secluded house in the hills. The host was so friendly. She knew we had young children with us so she set out toys on the driveway for them. As a mom with little kids, it's sometimes hard to find an Airbnb with entertainment for them. This place had plenty of little toys and games for them to play with. The beds are comfy and the views are great! As a note, the sofas and lounge chairs probably should be upgraded as they aren't very comfy, but it didn't affect our stay so I won't take stars for that. I would stay here again!

The layout of the house was perfect for us, our 4 young grand children, and their parents. The back patio was gigantic, and so very pleasant to enjoy meals and board games. Very quiet neighborhood.

Samantha is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. My grandson and I had a wonderful time.

Best long term rental! Place is comfortable, clean, and has everything you might need. The hosts are always responsive and kind. They made the place truly feel like our home. Would only stay at one of Nelson and Lissa’s places when needing a rental in Glen Rose!

Although it is very close to the highway, the road noise dies down around 9pm. It was very comfortable and clean and Joni is very helpful! Definitely a cute and comfy place to stay especially if you’re wanting a short drive to all the local tourist spots around Glen Rose!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice—the house is even more beautiful in person, and the backyard is unbelievably large. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy, and the grandchildren loved exploring the yard and taking advantage of the river access. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the town square and close to all the great activities Glen Rose has to offer. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Adriana, for being such a wonderful host and making our trip so memorable. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay was so perfect! We did a trip with grandma, her grand children and her great grands. It was perfect. We loved the back yard and spent almost all of our time out there. There’s a beautiful porch to have lunch while the kids play. The house was perfect for our size and had plenty of beds. We loved the provided baby monitor and toys. Cynthia was always so responsive if I needed guidance looking for things. The kitchen is equipped with so many cooking utensils and an amazing coffee & tea bar.
