Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

The villa is perfect! Not so far away from the town by taxi but inside the villa Furama, we could escape from the hustle and bustle and spend feeling comfortable and calm here surrounded by the beautiful garden. We went to the supermarket for food for the breakfast and spend loose time in the morning and cosy time drinking wine at the private pool side or at the terrace. Everything is excellent. And I'd like to say Linna is a great person! She is kind and good personality. I could contact her anytime by Line and everything I worry about was solved before the departure. She arranged the driver and the car to Hoi An to the airport for the last day after check out. So 4 of us could spend perfect days in Da Nang. I highly recommend Furama villa. Every one will have the perfect days there.

The place was in a great location walking to the beach. On the pricy side for Vietnam though. But the place was clean with a working washer and dryer.

Communication and response time is great! The accommodation is spacious and clean. Definitely recommendable!

Amazing location, very clean & tidy, there’s a rooftop bar & pool overlooking the beach. Right by a lot of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it so much! Would def stay here again

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

Fantastic location with a breathtaking ocean view from the 28th floor! The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed, including a functional kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Only minor issue was that one of the rooms was slightly small, but overall, an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

the apartment was tidy, comfortable and clean. It has a awesome beach view and an access to the beach with 2 min walk. the area had plenty of food options from different cuisines. loved the stay. the host was also very helpful, responsive and kind.

We had an amazing stay. The place is exactly like the pictures! Unbelievably amazing view, even better at night! The area was great many restaurants, bars and shops. There was a 24hr shop right under the building, very convenient. We had a car arranged to pick us up from the airport and also was greeted at the lobby, one of the hosts showed us the flat before handing us the keys. We didn't have any issues during our stay. For what it is this place it's super cheap! Great place and hosts!

Nice little property conveniently located with lots of restaurants around it. Short walk to the promenade and Beach. Very good host- excellent communications.

Anh Tuan's condo is located right across from the main Beach and there are so many good restaurants within walking distance. it is located on the 23rd floor with a nice view of the ocean and the surrounding and it is quiet so that we feel far away from the main noisy district. All the amenities are included as described in the website and Xuan My was always responsive to our questions. This was our second time in Da Nang within 6 months and we love the city and the people are very friendly. We will definitely come back to the city and stay longer and hopefully his condo will still be available for us to stay at. Thank you very much.

3个房间的顶层公寓是这个酒店最好的，有个大阳台可以看海景一览无遗。这次我们订了顶层公寓但最终因为各种原因入住了1个2房公寓和1个1房公寓，中介还是很负责帮我们沟通，并退还了部分费用，虽然不多，但可以感受到真诚。实际上这样我们等于多了一个卫生间，使用起来更加方便。 酒店离美溪海滩非常近，周围也有不少吃饭的餐厅。酒店早餐提供煎蛋、牛肉粉、粥、法棍和蔬菜水果等，虽然品种和4-5星酒店不能比但满足我们的需要了，特别是牛肉粉还是很地道的。酒店服务员英语一般，但服务有问必答，基本都能满足我们的需要，还根据我的需要推荐和预定了岘港最流行的Massage。总体来说这次住宿比较满意。

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

We enjoyed a month (February 2025) in this wonderfully equipped apartment. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies on the kitchen table and toiletries in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was ever changing and amazing to watch over the time we spent here, great location for peace and quiet but still easy to walk to the beach or on 2nd street for numerous shops and restaurants. There was nothing we lacked here, the kitchen had all we needed to cook, the bed was as good as home, the towels were soft and more than we expected. The cleaning lady was exceptional, (we don’t clean this often at home) I think we counted 6 cleaning days in 4 weeks (sheets were changed weekly), windows, vacuuming and mopping, the whole place was spotless. Thank you for a great stay Hien, you’ve raised the bar for other Airbnb hosts, we wished we could have stayed longer in Da Nang.

메인 비치와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그래서 조용하고 더 좋았습니다 바로 앞에 바다가 있고, 숙소 안에서도 오션뷰가 아주 멋있었어요! 숙소는 청결하고 5인 가족이 머무르기에 좋았습니다 다만 수영장은 조금 작아요 그것 빼고는 다 좋습니다 식기와 세탁기가 구비되어있다는 점이 최고예요👍
