We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

Three lifelong friends and I spent four nights at this beautiful home and we had the best time! The house was exactly as pictured and more. The hot tub and fireplaces were so wonderful and we made use of the game room and balcony. Nancy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We loved getting out and seeing Sonoma but really couldn’t wait to return to this home to unwind each day. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Vikki made sure all accommodations and amenities were in place. We enjoyed and we will stay there again and highly recommend her. The space was excellent.

We had a party of 8 celebrating my daughter and wife’s birthdays and the home was perfect for 4 couples. Two story with beautiful sunset views to the Bay and the ocean. Everyone had comfortable beds, and access to their own beautiful bathrooms. We did have few issues that arose during our stay: The plastic gas fire pit cover blew, we assume a neighbors cat brought us a mouse and placed it at the rear sliding door, the master bedroom didn’t have blinds installed on the main sliding door (the previous renter may have pulled it down by accident, then didn’t alert the owners) and the doorbell decided to ring and continued to ring until Bodega Bay & Beyond quickly came to the rescue. Minor issues which didn’t put a damper on our stay and gives us memories to share with our grand children for years to come. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great trip! We were having a "moms weekend" away from the kiddos and felt very comfortable to relax, soak in the hot tub, and cook food in a great well-stocked kitchen. The kitchenware was high-quality, great cabinet of spices, and didn't at all feel like an empty rental. We also appreciated how many kids books and toys were available even without our kids there. Books for grown ups, too! And it was a nice treat to have a car charger.

Large enough to accommodate our family get together ages 4 to 68 and Ozy the dog. Ocean view, heated spa, many board games & card games. Table tennis was a hit.

The location is ideal. I loved walking to Old Mill Park in the mornings and downtown for dinner.

I stayed here with a group of friends for a girls trip and the house was perfect! Hot tub was great, house was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was great - we cooked dinner one night. Plenty of common space to hang out in. It’s a short walk into town, we enjoyed walking in for coffee in the morning.

5 stars! Tom and Judy’s place was the perfect cozy cottage for a quick getaway. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, yet just minutes from downtown, super convenient! The cottage was warm and welcoming, and the cute farmhouse next door added extra charm. Although the weather was chilly and rainy during our stay, the outdoor fireplace area looked adorable, definitely something to enjoy in better weather. I’d highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The photos don’t do this place justice. Hands down one of the nicest airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The location was breathtaking, amenities within the airbnb were great and the interior looked exactly like the photos. The recommendation binder was extremely useful! If you’re looking for a quiet weekend away, this is the place!!

We absolutely loved Jan’s Airbnb! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. One of the highlights was going in the hot tub, which was squeaky clean out on the deck. Jan was so thoughtful and left an umbrella out for us and even ordered more coffee when we ran out. We would definitely stay here again!

So perfect for me, I missed my old home in Walnut Creek and it was so nice to stay there and feel right at home. Instructions were very clear, loved the bed. Super comfy and loved seeing Mt Diablo in the distance!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants, wine tasting rooms, Oxbow Market, and the Culinary Institute of America. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jamie and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return on our next visit!

I had the best time staying at Susan’s beautiful redwood cottage! Everything is done intentionally and I love the vintage touches. Susan is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with, she was always extremely responsive and helpful in communicating. I felt right at home and it’s the perfect distance to the coast, town, as well as exploring all the beautiful redwoods and wine country. I hope to come back and so appreciate Susan’s hospitality and beautiful cottage! Could not recommend more!

Let me start by saying that the next time my wife and I head to wine country, we're hoping to stay in Jeanne's cabin again. For us, it was the perfect location. The description in the listing is completely accurate, but it's hard to really appreciate how nice the place is without seeing it for yourself. It was beyond our expectations. Comfortable, quiet, peaceful and just really beautiful. Jeanne is a terrific host. Responsive, helpful, sensitive to the needs of her guests and a pleasure to talk to. We walked to the cafe that is essentially next door every morning for coffee and something for breakfast before heading out for the day. If our plans were in downtown Sonoma, we took advantage of the fact that it is an easy walk from the cabin. The location was also great for excursions further out to Napa and the surrounding area. Best of all, was returning to such a great place at the end of the day where you could just relax. It was awesome. Thanks, Jeanne!

This was our second time staying at The Hideout, and it was just as magical as the first! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The space is exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with easy access to nature and nearby gems. And Aggie is an incredible host—so kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and inviting place to stay, we can’t recommend The Hideout enough. We’ll definitely be back again!

Loved our stay. The house was immaculate and the decor was charming, very comfortable and homey, and it was peaceful and private but within walking distance to town, exactly what we were looking for. Hosts were very communicative and offered us both early check in and late check out unprompted. We would be delighted to stay again.

We had 3 adults and 4 large dogs and loved it! The place is exactly as described. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and the treats. Wish we could have stayed longer but hoping to return in the summer months so we can enjoy the yard more. Thanks Lorri for sharing your home!

Fantastic getaway. It is so beautiful and peaceful. Great quaint getaway. Ton of care went into the design and maintenance of the house. If staying with more than 2 people, I will note that the loft sits on slats so the noise between the loft and bedroom is not dampened. Would stay again!

By far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Diana was very accommodating and made sure we were all good to go. The place itself is beautiful surrounded by nature, and the cabin was very comfortable with great aesthetic. It truly lives up to its reputation. Diana makes sure everything you need is available in the cabin. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook and the bed was very comfortable! My partner and I did not want to leave. Our family of three had a very relaxing stay at Otis’s place. It was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Flexible check-in was especially appreciated for our little one who was eager to hit up the river. The kayaks and inflatables were so much fun! We used the kitchen and bbq for most meals with no issues. Making s’mores with the propane fire pit under the fairy lights was magical. We appreciated the proactive communication and very clear instructions for the cabin. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thanks, Otis!
