Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

What a delightful stay! Leda is a fantastic host, and her home is absolutely a great find. So quiet and safe. The house backs up onto a salt water lagoon—it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The beds are the best, excellent sleep is in your future here. The location is conveniently located to jump on the light rail to the ferry building and then San Francisco, or go to the Marin coast, or Sonoma. One should not let this opportunity pass by.

Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood close to Occidental and Sebastopol. The views from the bedrooms of the apple orchard and the deer grazing under the trees, made for an idyllic location. Al and Dee were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them about the area, etc. Would love to stay again in the future!

Lovely little studio in private setting in nice neighborhood. We were staying a weekend to do come cycling in the area and was perfect for our stay. Great restaurants and Healdsburg a short drive away. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawna and Glen’s place! They were amazing hosts—very welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves, which gave us a lovely sense of privacy. They had tea, coffee, bagels, homemade jam, and more for us to enjoy—such a nice touch. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood where you can even hear the birds sing, and their backyard is super cute and relaxing. We were traveling as three adults and a 10-month-old baby and were a bit worried about night-time crying, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and accommodating—and thankfully, they didn’t hear a thing! The soundproofing is excellent—we didn’t hear much from downstairs, and they didn’t hear our baby at night either. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Mark was a very thoughtful host. Very generous man. He has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. If you talk him into baking for you, hold onto something. What a treat.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend staying at Karin's incredible Danish-style abode. She was so welcoming and warm upon arrival, and was incredibly accomodating to our adjusted arrival time of 10pm! Anything we could possibly need, Karin had on hand and was always there for us. Waking up to fresh coffee and organic yogurt bowls made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. And echoing everyone else - Karin's omlettes are second to none!! The property itself is also so stunnning, and it truly feels like you're miles away from busy San Francisco. Karin also gave us a fantastic tour of the area on her ATV, including her baby chickens and beautiful free-roaming horses! Whether you're looking for a quick getaway like us, or are interested in staying for a full week's time, I can't recommend Karin's one of a kind home enough. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Loved our stay at the Inn. Lindsey met us & was so gracious. She gave easily understandable instructions & was very welcoming. We particularly enjoyed breakfast around the dining room table with the other guests. Getting to share the experiences & recommendations from others regarding the places to visit, where to get the type of food or wine we were interested in was great. Close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms yet quiet & peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm so happy I found this gem. We stayed in the Jenner room - super cute, cozy and clean. It felt a little like we were in Tahoe with a splash of wine country. Bryce and Dana were super accommodating and had great suggestions. The breakfast sandwich was hands down the best breakfast sandwich we had ever had (hope I'm not setting the expectations too high)! Thanks for a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Just do it. Steve is not only a creative person who fills his home with art and engaging objects, plus a mesmerizing koi pond. He's also a warm and welcoming host who anticipated our needs so well and was extremely gracious. The place was great to stay in, and unlike any Airbnbs these days, it's actually his home and he actually wants to host you well. Steve's recommendations for what to do in the area are worth heeding as well.

Great location - you can walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Bed was comfortable and the towels were noticeably soft. The room was very clean. The breakfast served was better than expected! One thing to note is the tub/shower is very high and could be hard to get into depending on the person. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place! The private yard and parking space made everything so convenient, and just stepping outside to see the vineyard was a dream. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was even more spacious than the photos showed—especially the bedroom. The mattress was hands down the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on in any Airbnb. I had the best sleep! The bathroom was large and clean, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the Dyson heater, simple kitchenware, and the generous breakfast items provided. Honestly, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. If I come back to Napa, I’ll rebook this place in a heartbeat. Thank you, Joe!

Don & Christine are truly two of the nicest hosts we have ever stayed with in an ABB. This was our second time staying at there beautiful property just a short five minute drive from the downtown of Occidental. It is extremely quiet, and we were treated to an open sky full of stars as we soaked in the hot tub out on the deck. Don always has a hot cup of coffee waiting in the morning which we always appreciate. We got to sit and have a glass of wine while sharing stories and appreciating Don's art work in there home. If you just need a room in a cozy house on a gorgeous property, we highly recommend staying with Christine and Don!
