Place worked out well for our extended family of 8 allowing privacy and communal space. Game room with ping pong, darts and billiards a plus. Rained the entire weekend so did not avail ourselves of outdoor entertainment center/lounge nor use of hot tub which is just outside of master bedroom. This well maintained home with abundant cooking tools and supplies made for a very comfortable stay. Kayak and water activity supplies noted would make this destination a great place to be at to enjoy all of Russian River’s attributes.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s feels like a home away from home, and the host responds immediately to my questions. I intend to continue choosing this place in my future stays.

Jeff and his co-host Rebecca are friendly, responsive in a timely manner, and provided thorough instructions about check-in and out. House is nicely maintained, tastefully decorated, uncluttered and had a cozy feel. Furniture and beds are comfortable and clean with adequate blankets. I stayed in early January when it was cold. Bathrooms clean and modern. Well stocked kitchen with adequate supplies and utensils to cook meals. Has a small half sized dishwasher. We enjoyed playing ping pong and some of the games supplied in the game room. House is conveniently located within a five minute drive to a well stocked small market in Monte Rio and a fifteen minute drive to the full service Safeway in Guerneville. I will definitely book another stay in the future.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

We had a blast at the riverfront home. The spa and fire pit were great, and there was a plethora of firewood! We went to the beach and craft stores nearby and played a lot of Jenga. Thank you for the memories!

Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

I almost hesitate to say how great this place was so that it stays a hidden gem that’s available to us for stay after stay. It has stunning views from every window, is more spacious than it appears in photos and exceeded all of our expectations. Particularly fabulous were all the stunning houseplants - including some two stories high - that were all healthy and happy. We could not believe this is a dog friendly place - there wasn’t any evidence that a dog had ever been inside. Immaculate. Ted was responsive and friendly. We hope to be back soon!!

This is a magical place woven through redwoods. I stayed there during a process of healing and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is well equipped and wonderfully decorated.

This is such a sweet cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the view from the kitchen looking right at the river among trees, foliage and bamboo. Such a pretty yard and it's winter! We enjoyed a quiet lunch under the flowering jasmine, relaxed in the adirondack chairs facing the river and soaked in the pristine clean hot tub while gazing at the stars. Adam is very quick to respond to your questions! You can really tell that he cares greatly about his place and about YOU having a good experience. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds and linens are comfy (firm mattress fyi) and there are small notes here and there so you find your way around easily. Love the Siri speaker for music. We would love to come back in the summer and take the kayaks for a spin! This property is a win for sure!

We had a great stay at the Waterfall house. The location can't be beaten; it's secluded, the views are great and it is within walking distance from all of the Jenner hot spots :) Baked goods and drinks from Cafe Aquatica were the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had a great time kayaking on the river with the seals! The kitchen was stocked well enough for all of our needs as a group of 5, and the porch and deck spaces were great for hanging out. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but it was good enough for our needs. The other beds were all very comfortable and we slept well! The hosts at the Jenner Inn were super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need. This place was perfect for the two of us. 4 people would probably find it a bit inconvenient since you would need to walk through the master bedroom or take an outside route to get to the second bedroom or a bathroom. The dock was a nice place to relax and glad we were there before they pulled it out for the winter. Didn't have a chance to use the kayak that was there which would have been fun. Jenner and Guerneville were an easy drive and fun to explore.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, the location is great, and communication with Emily was so easy. Also, if you’re traveling with kids, the place is stocked with so many toys and books, which our toddler absolutely loved.

This was exactly as it looked and we got what we were hoping for. Thora is extremely kind and responsive and made us feel at ease. You feel the warmth in the home and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a cozy space where you can wake up, walk down a few flights of stairs and be in the water, this is it. It is clean, cozy and wonderful. They have one kayak, which we used and appreciated (bring a second kayak so you can cruise around together - or some inner tubes). The only challenge is parking. There is one parking spot and our Tahoe was sticking out into the road a bit (we almost drove off the cliff trying to make it work). We highly recommend.

We had a great and relaxing stay at the cottage. The staff at Rio Nido Lodge were attentive and helpful. Live music and events on the weekend and the grounds were just absolutely gorgeous. The location is very close to Armstrong Woods. The hot tub was warm upon arrival and we used it every night along with the fire pit. There are very friendly cats on the property that visited us and enjoyed the fire pit too. We had one almost slip through the front door on the last day we were there so just be alert to not leave entrances open unattended if you are sensitive or have dogs that are not cat friendly. They are very sweet and easy to pick up and shoo if needed. I even enjoyed one on my lap while I had my morning coffee. Our pup enjoyed lounging in the private courtyard when the sun came out. It was so enjoyable for us all.

We loved our stay at Otter House! The space was super comfortable and cozy. LOVED the hot tub surrounded by beautiful giant redwoods...especially the big fella' that hugged the wrap around porch. Cozy neighborhood, and in the summertime large back patio, and nearby river would have been lovely but we enjoyed it just the same. Tom was super flexible and accommodating. Close drive to Jenner and Bodega, as well as Guerneville restaurants and nearby wineries. We hope to come back again soon!

Top notch all around! This little cottage has beautiful views, is perfectly located on a quiet neighborhood that is super close to anything you might want. If that isn’t enough, the house is beautifully appointed and decorated, with comfortable beds, top-notch hot tub, and a kitchen that truly has anything you need. We like to cook and we often feel frustrated at other AirBnBs, but at Mystic Cottage there was everything we needed and more! Aaaand to top it all, Alex was not only extra nice in our exchanges, with fast responses when we had questions, but he also left us a welcome note and bottle of bubbles on arrival. 100% recommend!

We had a great time! Beautiful view of the river from the living/dinning room and deck. Close to awesome hiking, fun beaches wineries and delicious restaurants!

Our family of three had a very relaxing stay at Otis’s place. It was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Flexible check-in was especially appreciated for our little one who was eager to hit up the river. The kayaks and inflatables were so much fun! We used the kitchen and bbq for most meals with no issues. Making s’mores with the propane fire pit under the fairy lights was magical. We appreciated the proactive communication and very clear instructions for the cabin. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thanks, Otis!
