This is a very nice villa in good condition! The owners are nice people, always in touch. The kitchen is comfortable, with all the necessary appliances, a lot of dishes. There is a grill to cook meat and fish on fire. The number of bathrooms is convenient for a large family. Air conditioning in every room. There are many restaurants around. There are several good beaches nearby and a promenade for walking. My family and I had a very good time, I recommend it!

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung, nur störten die Baustellen drum herum. Kleiner Hinweis: es sind nur 300kw Strom inklusive.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, vraiment je recommande Villa2let, ils sont très réactif pour toutes demandes ou préoccupations vraiment rien a dire. C’était super !

Po všech stránkách skvěle vybavený a prostorný apartmán. Vše bylo perfektně čisté a připravené na náš pobyt. Radost našim dětem udělaly hračky, které jsou k dispozici. Naprosto úžasný je i balkon orientovaný na východ, kde jsme často snídali. Marie je skvělá hostitelka. Dala nám tipy pro výlety po okolí nebo restaurace a zodpověděla všechny naše otázky. Perličkou bylo, když nám na konci našeho pobytu pomohla vyřešit potíže s autem z půjčovny, které nešlo nastartovat. Děkujeme:-)

Nikolas’ place was perfect for our family holiday. The house was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The pool was great, very clean and illuminated in the evening. The house is a few mins walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. Nikolas was very easy to communicate with and was there to meet us when we arrived in the evening and even generously brought some food and drink for us! The house has parking and is in a very quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend Nikolas’ place for your holiday in Cyprus!

We have already stayed in this complex in different apartment but this was by far our favorite. Maksim was always happy to help and extremely responsive. Clean spacious apartment within a beautiful complex! We had an amazing time and will definitely return to this accommodation!

We had an incredible time - the villa is totally stunning, even better than the photos! Beach is beautiful too. Hosts were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they even left us food and drinks. Cleaners came twice a week so the place was always clean & tidy. We’ll be back!

Vera is quite interesting, honest, straightforward and modern lady. Communication with her prior to the check-in went pretty smoothly. She was waiting for us at the apartment, even if we were a bit late, as we were using public transport to get there from Larnaca airport. She met us on the street, let us in and offered a glass of cold water. Explained everything about the apartment, beaches and town, and then she was gone until the last day of our stay. Apartment is very clean and has all you need in it: double and single beds; washing machine, balcony and dryer; fridge, microwave, toasters and all other kitchen appliances; umbrella and sunbeds for the beach; a lot of towels and bed-sheets, soaps, shampoos, etc. So, if you don't mind the distance (20-30 minutes walk to the beach), this place is perfect. On the last day, Vera gave us a ride to the Larnaca airport with her car for a decent price. Thanks for everything, Vera, hope to see you again!

Séjour très agréable, vous pouvez tous faire à pied la plage, les restaurants et les courses. Victoria a été très réactive dès que nous avions des questions.

Martino was fantastic, beautiful home and was amazing as I am a solo traveller which for if it wasn't Martino stepping in and letting me book his lovely home then I would have had a nightmare trying to find somewhere to stay. thank you again to Martino and Anastasia, I hopefully I will be back next year 😁

Villa was perfect for our Family of 4 adults 6 teenagers. Definitely need to have a car to get about, protaras 5 min drive and ayia napa 10min drive. Pool was great cleaned twice weekly. Villa is equipped with everything you need. Cooker in villa 2 trips if you have the hob and oven on luckily Andreas father was at the villa so was able to show us where the trip switch was. Andreas was a responsive host. What would be great is to have a welcome folder with all information in regarding the villa and local taxi’s etc although Andrea’s did provide when messaged it would be good to have it to hand. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend.

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

A lovely home in a great location. We had been to the area previously so knew the area and Jan’s home was a lot easier to get around than the last place we stayed. Having downloaded the old welcome notes I may have e driven Jan mad in the first 24 hours but she was very patient with me 😊 would definitely stay again!

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. Thanks so much for a stay to remember..

Хроший дом, удобный 3 спальни, кондиционеры работают, Гриль работает, фантастический бассейн тёплый ,прекрасный пляж от дома 200 м. все супер!

Very nice villa with a very good location. Everything was as expected. Only minus was that there was no cousions in the sofa outside.

Anthea’s place was lovely, very bear the sea and with lots of useful amenities nearby especially for families. Anthea as a host is very responsive and she answered promptly all our questions. I highly recommend her and her place to others looking for a peaceful area for families around the area of protaras/paralimni. The place was clean and cosy.

Замечательное место для отдыха семьей. Вилла включает в себя три спальни на втором этаже, два санузла (один на первом этаже, один на втором), кухню и просторную гостиную с большим обеденным столом. Очень понравилось собираться всей компанией за этим столом на обед, ужин и завтрак. Гостиная очень просторная светлая, в ней приятно находиться. В спальнях мебели не много, но есть все необходимое. Из посуды есть все, что нужно. Очень радовал бассейн чистый и теплый. К ближайшему пляжу 5 минут ходьбы. Но мы арендовали автомобиль и посещали разные пляжи Протараса.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.
