Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Martino was fantastic, beautiful home and was amazing as I am a solo traveller which for if it wasn't Martino stepping in and letting me book his lovely home then I would have had a nightmare trying to find somewhere to stay. thank you again to Martino and Anastasia, I hopefully I will be back next year 😁

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

We had a great stay, lovely house. Very well kept. Tony who keeps care of the property was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. We even had a couple really lovely conversations about worlds history and life in general. Recommend 10/10

Malý domek s vlastním dvorkem na jižním okraji města a hned přes ulici za plotem opuštěná čtvrt Varosha, unikátní dojem z lokality. Denis výborně komunikoval a vůbec nevadilo, že čas našeho příjezdu byl nejasný kvůli přechodu hranice z jihu. V domku vše potřebné k pobytu i vlastnímu vaření, a dokonce topení navíc vzhledem k neobvykle nízkým teplotám. Moc milé setkání s tátou Denise (údržba domu) a jeho cenné rady ohledně autopůjčovny. Když v ulici na chvilku vypadl elektrický proud, hned nám zjistil, co se děje a nemuseli jsme nic řešit. Skvělá a ochotná rodina, můžeme vřele doporučit! Moc děkujeme!

Perfect for family and close friends. Rooms were spacious, aircon fantastic and kitchen amenities including crockery and utensils were very clean and good condition. Bedrooms were a good size a s comfy beds. Large pool and good sized outsize space. Really helped make our holiday lovely

We absolutely enjoyed our month long stay. The apartment was very comfortable with everything you could possibly want. Julia was always available and responded immediately to messages. The bus stop is right outside the complex for easy access to pernera protaras and ayia napa. Only downside is it can get noisy as it is on the main road but this is in the description and is reflected in the price overall it was great value and we would stay again. Thank you Julia for everything ❤️

Det er en meget dejlig lejlighed med en kæmpe terrasse, en fin swimmingpool og flot udsigt. perfekt til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Vi var der i 5 uger og havde en dejlig tid. Værten svarer altid hurtigt og er meget behjælpelig. Området er stille og meget privat. Der er strand 15 minutters gang væk og fine indkøbsmuligheder ligeså. Det er nok en fordel at have bil, men vi boede der de første 14 dage uden, og det gik fint, hvis man er frisk på at gå lidt.

When I arrived the apartment was immaculate and Annita had kindly left some water and drinks in the fridge- it was welcome after a long flight and quite late at night when I arrived- she also left some coffee and milk- very thoughtful Throughout the stay she contacted me to ask if all was OK and if I needed anything A really excellent host

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Séjour très agréable, vous pouvez tous faire à pied la plage, les restaurants et les courses. Victoria a été très réactive dès que nous avions des questions.

Anastasia’s apartment was the perfect place for myself and my two girlfriends to stay and explore the local beaches and restaurants. In the lead up to our stay Anastasia was extremely communicative, fast to respond and very flexible even agreeing to allow us to check in at 3am and out at 5pm. We can’t thank Anastasia enough and would really recommend the apartment for anyone who is looking to stay in Paralimni. The apartment is well equipped with aircon, all of the necessary kitchen utensils - including a washing machine and a very comfy sofa. Thanks again Anastasia! X

Excellent location and a lovely home. We stayed with 2 toddlers and we didn't have to worry about anything, Merope was extremely kind and able to understand our needs. walkable to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars Fig tree bay is a must!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio très confort. Il est isolé de la route ce qui est agréable. Le fait qu il soit situé à côté du logement des hôtes est pratique car en cas de besoin c est juste à côté ! La plage est accessible à 30 minutes à pied, nous recommandons fortement un moyen de transport car pour prendre les bus ce n est pas si facile, l arrêt à côté du studio n’est pas beaucoup desservi. Nous avions loué un quad cela était super ! Le lit est très bien. Tout le mobilier est en bon état et accessible vous aurez le nécessaire ! Nous avons trouvé le studio plus petit que ce que nous imaginions sur les photos mais ce n était pas dérangeant ! A noter qu on ne boit pas l eau du robinet là bas et que l on ne met pas le papier toilette dans les WC. La douche est spacieuse. La climatisation est super, c est vraiment quelque chose à avoir pour partir dans un endroit où il fait si chaud ! Nous avons adoré Chypre, merci infiniment Aris pour ce logement !!

The villa was beautiful, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. A spacious and fully equipped house in a quiet location. The pool and amazing weather throughout the stay were the icing on the cake. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for families with children.

We had a pleasant stay at Themis's place. He was very helpful and quick to respond making our arrival and check-in smooth and hassle-free. He even left thoughtful gifts including bottom water which was much appreciated. Location: we hired a car so the free municipal parking very close by was ideal. The street itself has pubs and bars and a small supermarket, and it was a short walk to restaurants, shops, bakeries. There are beaches about 15 minute walk away but we needed a car for our favourite beaches. Ambience: You can hear music from a nearby bar at night so either that would add to the what I imagine would be the lively atmosphere in high season, or I'd recommend bringing ear plugs if the nightlife is not your focus. Ear plugs worked for us. Comfort: Everything was in great working order and the apartment was comfortable. We even stayed in on a couple of nights with takeout from Zorba's Bakery.

Villa Clementine - замечательная вилла! Мы отдыхали здесь с семьёй в середине июля! В доме есть все для для отдыха и приготовления еды, кроме соли и масла (мы привозили с собой). Также здесь есть посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина, но капсул и порошка для них не было. В доме и в бассейне было очень чисто. На территории есть беседка рядом с бассейном, в ней очень приятно прятаться от солнца. Также есть 2 камеры видео наблюдения - в зоне бассейна и при входе в дом. Все кондиционеры работали, вода была всегда. Мы очень хорошо провели время! Вокруг ещё идёт стройка, шум от стройки слышен весь день с раннего утра. Но уже скоро все должны достроить. На этой вилле можно жить с животными и это было для нас решающим моментом.
