Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Het huisje ligt in een prachtige, rustige omgeving maar is wel op een goede afstand van steden zoals Venetië, Padua en Chioggia. Je kunt het relaxen bij het huisje dus goed combineren met een tripje naar een stad in de buurt. Er zijn overigens dichtbij ook prima restaurants en supermarkten te vinden. Het huis zelf is modern, schoon en overal voorzien van goedwerkende airco’s (wat heel fijn is als de temperatuur buiten oploopt tot 37 graden). De tuin is ontzettend ruim en wordt goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is echt prachtig, en een fijn formaat. Dat het zwembad gedeeld wordt met de eigenaresse en haar kinderen, was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Je hebt echt voldoende privacy. De communicatie met Francesca was goed; ze reageert snel, gaf duidelijke instructies voor inchecken en leuke tips voor restaurants of dingen om te doen of bezoeken in de omgeving. Al met al zou ik een verblijf hier zeker aanraden!!

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour automnal sur l'île d'Albarella. L'appartement est très bien équipé (super pour une famille de 5 personnes) et très bien situé (au bord du fjord), dans un quartier tranquille et près de tout. Les hôtes Enrico et Orazio sont très réactifs et se sont déplacés en personne pour la remise des clés. Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations utiles et ont toujours été disponibles en cas de question. En résumé, une très belle expérience que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Great location, near restaurants and beautiful scenery. Just enough away from the crowds to enjoy both the proximity to activities and a 20 minute walk to the main Piazza and Grand Canal. What a lovely area. Only 10 minutes walking to the train station too. We will definitely return.

We loved everything about this place and our stay! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was close enough to the canals, so getting our taxi to and from the airport was easy. Highly recommend!

Svetlana’s place was great. A short walk from the train station, in a quiet courtyard so super peaceful, but waking distance to all of Venice’s prime spots. It was ideal to explore the town, on foot or by boat. The flat was modern, recently renovated and super clean. The kitchen was fully kitted out, bathrooms were in spotless condition. We had all we needed. Will be recommending to friends and family

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Appartement très agréable et très confortable. Le logement est bien situé, à quelques minutes de la place Saint-Marc mais au calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Lisa.

Appartement lumineux avec une belle vue sur l’église des Carmini. Emplacement pratique pour circuler dans Venise. Quartier vivant et convivial.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans le charmant et pratique appartement de Tommaso, très bien situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité d’un arrêt vaporetto. Tommaso est très aimable et nous a fourni plein d’explications utiles pour notre séjour dans la magnifique Venise . Un grand merci et nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Chiara’s apartment is lovely, it’s perfectly situated where all the sites are within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, Chiara is lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had the most perfect break.
