Krisztina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin!!! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell geholfen. Sie organisierte mir ein Taxi vom Flughafen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Super logement dans la nature. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est super et dans un calme absolu. Je recommande vivement !!!

Bonjour, Nous avons séjournés 4 nuit dans ce logement. Stationnement juste en avant. Plage juste en face. Tout était impeccablement propre. Beaucoup de commodités (ustensiles, etc), et des petites attention à notre arrivée (bouteille d'eau, café, beurre, etc). Le logement est grand, tranquille. l'emplacement est top, mais un peu loin du centre-ville de Chania. Par contre, nous prenions la voiture (+- 10 min) pour se stationner à 15 min de marche du centre-ville. Nous trouvions ainsi du stationnement facilement, et cela ne nous dérangeait pas de marcher un peu. Mais le logement est dans une rue pleine de commodités (restaurants à profusion, marketplace, café, etc). Aussi à 1 min d'un arrêt de bus. L'hôte était très respectueux, et très réactif dans ses messages. En bref, je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation.

This is a beautiful villa and the views do not disappoint. Philippe and Michele were responsive and helpful through our stay; from organising our checkin prior and a car to pick us up to even letting us stay a little longer in the day as our flight was late at night. They were phenomenal! Amenities were great and you have everything you could need available in the villa. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning products too. The decor throughout the villa was beautiful too. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere in Agia Marina!

Giannis place is just perfect for a family wishing to stay right in the centre of old town Chania. The location just can’t be beat and the house is just fantastic and very well accommodated with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a family with kids. I highly recommend Yiannis place.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Really nice apartment in the centre of Chania. We did not meet Dimitris in person, but the communication was perfect and he always answered immediately.

Superbe logement très lumineux et spacieux. La situation près du centre-ville, de la vieille ville et proche du bord de mer était parfaite. En prime, une belle vue ; sur la mer d'un côté et sur les montagnes de l'autre. L'appartement est au 5e étage mais avec ascenseur. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Bref, bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bon contact avec Manolis (à distance) qui nous a fait des suggestions de restos et visites durant le séjour.

Excellent séjour chez Manolis. L’appartement est très propre et nous pouvons tout visiter à pieds. Le toit terrasse est magnifique et la vue imprenable. Nous reviendrons.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 5 Personen in der Villa. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind besonders schön. Leider war der Pool recht kalt, was aber unserer Reisezeit Mitte Oktober zu schulden ist. Ansonsten hätten wir ihn mehr genutzt. Netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer und ein gefüllter Kühlschrank fürs Frühstück. Darüber haben wir uns besonders gefreut. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer weiter empfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is spacious, very well equipped and very flexible. The surrounding is absolutely beautiful. Even though we came at the end of season and the weather wasn't perfect anymore, we enjoyed every minute. Aleksandra and her family are very caring and supportive, true hosts!

Ein toller Ort für die ganze Familie. Vor allem unsere Kinder haben es dort genossen: an jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken! Sie wären am liebsten den ganzen Tag dort geblieben 😂 Maria und ihr Mann sind super Gastgeber - hoffentlich können wir bald wieder da hin!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa Andreas, die sich für uns von Anfang an wie ein Zuhause angefühlt hat. Alles war sauber und einladend gestaltet; wir hatten viel Platz und konnten z.B. auf dem wunderschönen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht frühstücken oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Gelände ist sehr groß, der eigene Garten mit Pool, Grill und Kräutern ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil können die Gäste der direkt angrenzenden „Villa Elma“ sein, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und die Terrassen benachbart sind. Manos und sein Mann sind sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und liebenswürdige Gastgeber, die bei jeglicher Anfrage stets sofort reagiert und geholfen haben. Mehrere schöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso leckere Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Erreichen von Chania und der größeren Supermärkte empfiehlt sich ein Auto. χαίρω πολύ

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (je 1 Kleinkind) in Lesleys Haus. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort. Supermärkte, Restaurants uvw. sind in der direkten Umgebung erreichbar. Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßen Seite und ist ein Kiesstrand. Wenn man weiter in Richtung der Bar "Menta" geht, gibt es aber immer wieder kleinere Sand-Bestandteile, die unseren Kindern zum Spielen gereicht haben. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was es so braucht. Neben einem Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es z.B. auch Salz, Pfeffer und Öl. Die Highlights sind sicherlich Terrasse, Pool und Garten. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und wir hatten so einen sehr entspannten Urlaub Mit dem Bus kommt man in ca. 40 Minuten nach Charnia. Lesley und ihre Co-Gastgeberin waren stets erreichbar und haben uns mit Tipps oder auch bei Problemen weitergeholfen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Lesley und Hannah!

We have just returned from a family holiday . I cannot describe how amazing everything was! The villa was even prettier than the pictures! The house was spotless and Georgia was lovely and so helpful. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely go back

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He replied very soon. We asked and got recommendations of nice restaurants. The house was very nice and easy to find anything we were looking for. It is perfect with and without children as well. :-) The sea was probably not like the fancy ones but it was always warmer than the others. :-D

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! We highly recommend this warm and spacious home with beautiful views, and will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Mary’s apartment. Her mother greeted us when we arrived and we were able to have early check in. She had prepared lovely lunch for us and treated us with her lovely food during our stay. Mary provided us many useful tips. The apartment situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. It was very well equipped. Would love to stay there again!

Thank you to Dimitri who was an amazing host. Very clear instructions and very responsive to queries. Very comfortable two bedroom holiday base perfect for a family of four. Dimitri also organised for us to have access to the pool and beach sunbeds across the road. I felt very safe, relaxed and home is in a great location. Home was as described and pictured. My kids loved the LED lights too. Again thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Nous avons été totalement ravis du logement et de ses équipements. Chose que je n'avais pas réalisé et qui est un poil dérangeant sont les fêtes à la piscine d'à côté deux fois par semaine. A part cela, tout est parfait. Les hôtes sont charmants et les deux propriétaires sont au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

An amazing stay at a gorgeous house on the beach - a pleasure to watch your kids play in the sand while you sit on a private terrace just above. Restaurants (and the people running them) were absolutely wonderful. Its a small area, detached from the city and large tourism projects elsewhere. But Marathi Beach has everything you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. My only comment is that the home lacks an indoor livingroom / dining area. It didn't bother us as we happily ate at the covered outdoor table or sat by the beach in the covered loungers - but this may not suit someone looking to relax inside in the late evening
