Nossa experiência no espaço do João foi excelente. O apartamento é muito confortável, bem equipado e extremamente bem localizado. Ficamos a poucos passos da praia, o que trouxe muita praticidade para aproveitar os dias de sol, além de estarmos cercados por uma ampla variedade de comércios. Padarias, mercados, farmácias, shopping e restaurantes — tudo ao alcance, o que facilitou bastante nossa rotina durante a estadia. Viajei em família, com minha esposa e minha filha, e o espaço atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. João também foi muito atencioso e disponível para tirar dúvidas e garantir que tivéssemos a melhor experiência possível. Sem dúvida, é um lugar que recomendamos e que gostaríamos de voltar em uma próxima oportunidade.

Rosita fue una anfitriona excepcional. Estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades durante toda la estadía. El departamento estaba impecable, con una ubicación inmejorable. Además, tuvo un hermoso gesto de bienvenida al recibirnos con alfajores y una bebida. Sin duda, la recomiendo.

Edificio en excelentes condiciones, se percibe seguridad en al acceso de calle y la salida hacia la playa, siempre hay vigilancia y protocolos claros del uso de las zonas comunes. El apartamento preciso, bien aseado, con todas las comodidades y lo necesario para una estancia tranquila. Excelente ubicación.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The property itself was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The host was responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. There was a miscommunication on the day we arrived and the apartment was not ready for us, but Mike and Gustavo quickly found a different place for us to stay for the first night and covered our transportation to/from the temporary stay. We enjoyed the pool area and grill, and the beach was only a 15 min walk away. There are bus stops within a 10 min walk that allow you to travel to Oranjestad and along Palm and Eagle Beaches. We were able to buy most food and drink items that we wanted at Uni Casa supermarket, which was only about a 5 min walk. We thought this was a good home base for both hanging out, and to be able to easily get to other places.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Notre hôte a su répondre du mieux possible à nos quelques demandes. La plage est proche, la piscine est agréable. L'accès au centre ville peut se faire à pied ou en taxi. Génial

O Vinicius e a Cristina sempre se mostraram atenciosos desde a reserva até a estadia. Reserva flexível, o que foi bom pra gnt q estávamos dependendo de horário de ônibus. O apto é excelente, conforme mostra as fotos! Ainda tinha frutas e café pra gnt fazer todas as manhãs, rs! Só senti falta de mais comércio local em volta, tipo padaria, mercado, mas o q resolvemos no shopping, q era próximo dali e da praia! Só gratidão!!!!

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

Staying at Marie’s place is likely the best decision you can make if you want to immerse yourself with the Carribean coast and culture of Costa Rica. Surrounded by the ocean, the jungle and a few restaurants, you will be hearing a beautiful cacophony of birds, howling monkeys and reggea when sitting on the colonial veranda. Generous is not only the space itself, but in particular its owner Jerome. He’s the kind of soul who gives your journey some unexpected twists when he shares recommendations for spots and guides that you would miss otherwise. It’s just a week ago but we already reminisce about the time we spent there. Full recommendation!

Casa idêntica ao anúncio, espaçosa e organizada, interessante para quem gosta de um estilo mais rústico. Pátio seguro para quem tem crianças pequenas e não querem as deixar somente dentro de casa. Estacionamento seguro. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia, recomendamos!

House was excellent. Very well equipped including, kitchen supplies, pool toys and beach supplies (umbrellas, coolers etc.). House was very clean on arrival and Joost was great. We would not hesitate to return.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Neptune. The outside area with the pool was perfect for the very hot Costa Rica days. The pictures are exactly what the property is. The beach is right across the street and almost always empty. Conchal beach is about a 15 min walk. Definitely worth a visit! You are surrounded by local Costa Ricans, not a tourist attraction at all and that is what we preferred. Plenty of touristy things to do not too far from the house. The best thing that came with this house was the caretaker, Vidal! He was a huge asset to us. He used to work as a tourist guide so he can direct you and help you pick your excursions. He drove us places several times when asked and he was even our own personal guide for a day at Diamanté. He rented a shuttle, bc their were 8 of us, and drove us all over the country. He set my family up on a snorkeling adventure and they had the best morning! This is not something most airbnbs have access too! Muriel will send you everything you need

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

This place is so special to us. We were so grateful to be able to stay here. The home is perfect. They have everything you can think of. Leticia and Allan are incredible. Made us feel so comfortable, helped us with anything we needed. The home is clean and well taken care of. Close to the beach and incredible view. Pool is perfect and outdoor space. highly recommend a meal at home. this as a service for additional payment and it was so cool and so delicious.

O local superou nossas expectativas! Muito limpo, confortável, organizado e com uma ótima infraestrutura para receber minha família, inclusive nosso bebê de um ano – o berço foi um diferencial importante. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa, tanto a Naza quanto a Lisandra nos trataram muito bem. Gostamos bastante do espaço, o prédio é lindo e bem estruturado. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!

David was a perfect host. Responsive and helpful. Beautiful location. Newly renovated condominium with everything needed for our stay. BBQ was clean. Good quality linen and furniture. Beach chairs with umbrella in condo. Highly recommended

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos. Espacios amplios y bien decorados. Lo mejor es poder disfrutar de tu propia piscina. Las respuestas de Raúl el propietario y de Jorge el administrador son inmediatas. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Aíres acondicionados, estufa , refrigerador etc Sin duda quiero regresar.

Excelente ubicación, todo impecable. Nos sentimos cómodos, como en nuestra propia casa. Había harto que hacer cerca del sector del alojamiento. Volveríamos a ir? claro que SI! Lo mejor de todo, la privacidad.

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

Un lugar espectacular con una buena ubicación. El lugar seguro, limpio, impecable y buen precio. La anfitrión muy amable y responde inmediatamente y muy atenta. Lo recomiendo.

Excellent hosts and perfect apartment! Everything was super clean and organized and we had a perfect stay. The apartment is great for a group and has beautiful views of Conchal. Had an excellent stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Scott's condo. It was exactly as described and the location was quiet and beautiful. We had everything we needed to have some meals in the condo. The single beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the decks everyday enjoying the view. The location next to Playa Lagun was so nice and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
