Excellent communication with the on site hostess and the owner of this Airbnb! Clean and organized and beautiful beachfront. Excellent location not far from the main road and in a quiet neighborhood. The property is completely secure and we felt very safe there. Beds were very comfortable. Modern decor that was themed based. Pride of ownership is obvious. Great value! You won’t be disappointed.

Toda a nossa estadia foi um sonho! O local é incrível, a casa belíssima e bem equipada. A Ninha foi super acolhedora e deixou a casa perfeita para a nossa chegada. Amamos cada minuto que passamos na ilha! E obrigada a todos - os caseiros e o seu Toninho!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand und man hat vom Balkon aus auch einen Strandblick. Das Appartement selbst könnte mit wenig Aufwand um Einiges aufgewertet werden aber insgesamt wirkt es schon hochwertig. Es ist schon empfehlenswert portugiesisch zu können, ansonsten steht man beim Einchecken und beim Parkservice vor einem Problem.

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

Great location if you're looking for a more authentic beach experience. Pochote is a small fishing village with a great beach. Nice clean fenced in yard. Everything you'd expect in a cabin. We went on a boat tour with Raccoon Travels (picked up at location that's a 5 min walk down beach). Good communication. Good value.

Nossa experiência foi incrível, passamos dias maravilhosos no chalé, fomos recebidos pela Cidinha, uma pessoa de luz, cheia de carisma, um amor de pessoa. Todos os cômodos impecáveis. A Juliana também uma pessoa maravilhosa, atenciosa e muito querida. Com certeza um dia voltaremos.

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

Wonderful location. Literally can’t be beat. Step out to the beach, outdoor shower, pool and lots of lounge space. Walkable grocery and restaurants. Surf lessons and snorkel tours picked us up in the beach.

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Buscando un alquiler de última hora para una sola noche fue que encontramos este alquiler de Elizabeth. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero fue suficiente para saber que volveremos. Nos ha encantado, todo en la casa está nuevo e impecable, y lo más importante: se nota que hay detalle y cariño, que no suele ser común en todos los airbnb.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

The house was absolutely stunning upon arrival. The house was stocked with basic pantry supplies which made us feel right at home! The pool and amenities were incredible, and they even had pool toys for my 5-year-old who never left the pool! We will certainly be inquiring about rebooking next spring break:)

We enjoyed 4 nights at our beach villa. There were 4 couples in our group so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. (Had spare room if needed) We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, bar and dining area. It was a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The beach was a short walk down the street. I would highly recommend this beach villa.

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

Words can’t describe this home!!! The openness of the home, the huge rooms, the amazing outdoor space, the great gym, beautiful pool and the beach right out your door!!!! It’s incredible! The staff at the home are amazing. So sweet and helpful regardless of what you need. Their food they cooked for a few dinners was amazing Nica food. Do yourself a favor and just book this home and don’t keep looking!!!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The place looked even better than the photos, was extremely clean, and had all necessary equipment for a relaxing stay. There are even yoga mats in the room. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds and looking out at the jungle and ocean beyond. It was very peaceful and quiet in the area, and we had plenty of great recommendations from Vicc. Make sure to bring a headlamp and pick up supplies before you arrive, it's at least a 20 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. There's a limited market nearby with mostly expensive and fancy foods, not bad just limited. Honestly, we could speak anymore highly of our stay. Other than we wish had stayed there for our entire time in Bocas. Thank you!!

Sasha's place is perfect! We have stayed there 2 years in a row. We love it because it is so close to the beach and the pool is right outside the condo door! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and it was really clean when we arrived!

We had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that there were plenty of common areas to relax and enjoy together. The location is ideal, peaceful and private, yet close to local attractions. Sharonna is an excellent host, communication was smooth, and coordination before and during our stay was effortless. She made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

OBSESSED. The views, the space, the communication, the location… y’all. We’re sooooooo happy with our stay!!! We felt like kids in a candy shop exploring this house. It’s just SO beautiful. The decor and amenities inside are super thoughtful. The views are breathtaking!! We loved sitting on the porch sipping coffee, reading, etc. We loved the proximity to Father Rooster’s—a sweet little restaurant close by. It’s super tourist-friendly, but still felt authentic. Check in was smooth, after making contact with the on-site security (which we greatly appreciated!!). Communication with our host throughout the process was flawless! A couple of things to note: 1) The A/C units worked perfectly in the bedrooms; keeping the main living area cool during the heat of the day was a little tougher. But you are in Central America, after all! 2) The main bed was too soft for us. 3) Keep in mind that CR is a developing country, this house is on the edge of the neighborhood, and CR driving is nutty!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking panoramic views of the beach, and the wrap-around terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks. The apartment itself was stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the on-site massage service, which made the experience feel even more like a luxury retreat. The security on the property was excellent, and the grounds were always clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. A special mention to Merena, the cleaning lady—she was absolutely amazing! The apartment was always spotless, and her attention to detail truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, peaceful getaway with top-notch amenities and breathtaking views, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to return!
