We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Great place in the heart of the city but away from the noise. Keep in mind that the apartment is in an area where you can find many abandoned houses and many recently renovated ones therefore some might get worried about all the graffitis and ruins. I personally don't think that it should scare anyone as the area feels safe and the streets are clean. Back to the apartment, it is nice and clean, super quiet and can be made super dark as well. An excellent choise for those who prefer 0 noise and 0 light for sleep.

Toni was a great host! He was responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in. We were able to find the place easily and check in was smooth. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We all had the best sleep. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

A highly recommended apartment. The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was super tidy, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. You have to wait about 30 minutes before using the shower, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.

Ev, resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi. Banyonun yenilenmesi gerekir ama yine de rahatsız edici değildi. Evin lokasyonu harikaydı. Her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Metro istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Balkonu şahaneydi. Keyifli zaman geçirdik. Yataklar, yastıklar çok rahattı. Ev, tertemizdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar aynı evi tercih ederim. Ev sahibi ile de iletişim çok kolaydı. Hemen mesajlara dönüş yaptıklar. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Harika bir tatil oldu.

L'appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Très bien situé, il permet de visiter facilement Athènes à pied. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un grand merci à Daphné pour sa prévenance.

Penny was a fabulous host; very kind and exceptionally responsive. The apartment was neat and clean, but also well-stocked with travelling essentials. Super easy to enjoy for the few days we stayed in Athens because it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Everything was fine, lovely place ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery. The hosts were nice and so was their lovely cat.

A five star review all the way. Anastasia is a great host- always responsive as well as Vasillis who greeted us at the house. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket with goodies to help us settle in. We were extremely grateful for the early access as our flight arrived early in the morning. The apartment is very unique and beautiful - 2 very comfortable bedrooms-beds and linens. Fully equipped kitchen (although we mostly ate out.). The roof deck has a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. The location is on a quiet street steps away from restaurants and close enough to walk to all other neighborhoods. Parking was easy if you rent a car as we did. By far one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Perfect for me, my husband and our 17 year old son. We would not hesitate to book again- location, comfortable, views, responsive hosts- has it all! Wir können uns den begeisterten Berichten nur anschließen. Constantines Airbnb ist in jedem Detail perfekt, von den hochwertigen Betten über die voll ausgestattete Küche bis zu den blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Professionell und freundlich war auch die Kommunikation mit Constantine und seinen Mitarbeiterinnen. Kurzum: Wenn ein nächstes Mal Athen, dann definitiv wieder hier!

Stavros ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

It was a great stay for our family of 3. Everything was clean, hosts were responsive, and the place is walking distance from main attractions in the city, but you can't beat the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the balcony - the perfect spot to end each day with a glass of wine.

Bill and John’s flat worked out perfectly for us. Nicely appointed and tidy. Alex greeted us and checked us in a bit early. He is incredibly friendly and helpful — one of those people who is instantly likable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. I have never experienced water pressure as fabulous as the shower at this flat. Be careful when turning on the hot water because it gets unbelievably hot. Everything was perfect. The washing machine is very handy. There is not a dryer, but we were able to hang our clothes and they were dry the next morning. The kitchen is well appointed but you will probably go out to eat since there are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the backside of the flat and faces the incredibly quiet courtyard. The bed is very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. There is a place on the next corner that sells the best baklava!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

I had a really late check-in around 1:30 and Dimitris was there to open and show me the apartment along with insightful instructions for the area.The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made also check-out flexible. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!
