Nadia’s Casita was as advertised, clean, private, well appointed, and very convenient for our needs. Nadia was a lovely host.

This is a quiet slice of hill country close to all the Bee Cave-Lakeway action. Perfect for three. Kitchen was wondrously well equipped for us to prep our share of a Thanksgiving feast hosted by family nearby.

Monica was EXTREMELY ez to work/communicate with, we choose her guest house as it was a ez walk to our daughters home. Lots of street parking in a quiet & safe neighborhood w/ ez access to freeway PLUS excellent food, coffee + cocktails within walking distance. We stayed over 30 days and the 1 bedroom (comfy bed) guest home served our needs easily. Nicely appointed open kitchen leads into sitting area, bright space with large windows, French doors & plants made me feel more at home. Appliances all CLEAN, as was the entire unit!!!! Extra sheets & towels, the walk in closet + stackable w/d were a blessing too~ all cleaning supplies, laundry & shower gels lasted for our entire stay~Monica added a full cleaning during our stay which a WONDERFUL bonus!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Monica again ~

Jim was very friendly, flexible, and helpful! His property was very unique and I very much enjoyed it!

The location was perfect! Great little restaurants right by the Airbnb including a really great pizza place next door. Close to downtown and very easy to get to where we wanted to go n Austin. John and Carol were very accommodating hosts and responded very quickly. Also loved the rooftop deck. Would stay there again!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aaron & Leigh’s. It’s a beyond perfect setup for anyone, staying for a night, or even weeks. They’re generous, accommodating, communicative, and responsive. Not to mention their place is in a beautiful area, walkable to many main attractions downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

I loved my stay at the Carriage House, and it was interesting to read about the history of the house. Cindy was very helpful and its a beautiful place. I can't wait to stay here again.

The place was just the right size for a family of 3, and located in such a great part of Austin! The hosts were also amazing people - very responsive, flexible, and most importantly, great people. Would love to stay here again if we ever make it back!

Well located in South Austin with grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy and other shops walking distance or very short drive away. The house itself was perfect for the two of us—great size and very comfortable. We appreciated the privacy and dedicated guest parking. We’ll definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Austin.

I was in town for SXSW and Vanessa’s place was a nice respite from all the craziness downtown. It was quiet and just enough space, everything is super well appointed — she’s thought of everything you might need / provided it from the coffee to noise machine and q tips and more. There are tons of plants inside and a sweet private porch area. And Vanessa was extremely thoughtful and kind, even offered to let me stay a bit later than checkout and store luggage until I needed to head to the airport! Highly recommend.

Lovely spot in Austin to call home for a few days. It was cozy, quiet, functional and clean. I appreciated the ample free parking and easy access to all the spots I needed to be. As others noted, the bed is wonderfully comfortable -- firm yet not hard, qood quality mattress. I slept very well. The rooms/areas are all well lit with overhead lights and plently of lamps. It's a thoughtful detail, that welcomes you to just relax and feel at home. I recommend grabbing one of the books on the shelf and just lounging on the big chair in the living room. I could have spent my entire visit right there, but sadly had to peel myself away to actually go out and visit the city. Waking to the sounds of birds and enjoying the squirrels running about was an unexpected treat. I would visit again and recommend to others.

Joe's apartment is nice and cozy - it's small, but the bed and shower are comfortable and it's in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to lots of nice bars and restaurants.

This was my first time staying in an air bnb by myself so I was a little anxious. Mark’s place was super clean and I felt very safe. I came to Austin to see a concert and it was the perfect place to spend the night. Check-in was easy and the place was very cozy and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

I thank Esmeralda for sharing her beautiful space. I felt safe and secure. She was responsive when I needed help and always responded respectfully and kindly. This was the quiet, cozy. and relaxing spot I desired for my solo trip. Far away enough to escape the noise and busyness of the city, but still close enough to run to a grocery store or local restaurants. Will definitely return.

Super cute place and very easily to commute back and forth from the F1 race this weekend. We enjoyed pizza around the area at Pinthouse and also went ax throwing. The place was clean and very quiet which made for great relaxation!

We loved our stay at Kristen’s! Awesome location walking distance to so many great restaurants and stores on South Congress. It had everything we needed - cozy and clean. Enjoyed having access to laundry as well. Perfect jumping off place to enjoy the city.

Had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the house, the pool, how close it was to where we wanted go. It was great to meet the hosts and play with their dogs too!

Enjoyed our stay at Todd and Darlene’s. Todd was very responsive when we had a request. The garage apartment was very spacious and had all the things we needed for a longer stay in Austin. We would like to return next time we are in Austin for a week and hopefully make use of the pool a bit more.

Stayed at Amina's place while my colleague and I attended a conference. It was close enough to downtown to get there quickly and easily, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Amina was very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and helped us figure out the sofa bed situation when we weren't sure what to do. I loved that it was so close to a walking trail and a great restaurant. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Austin!

This is one of the most charming AirBnBs I’ve stayed at in the past ten years with lots of thoughtful touches and choices made. For example there’s plenty of chargers for any devices you have, there’s snacks, water and beverages in the fridge and even some welcome cookies. Ana is a great host and I’d happily stay here again I future visits.

Loved my stay at Nancy's home! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Hill Country / Wimberley. The space is very comfortable and has everything you need. Nancy is a very kind and thoughtful host, with many sweet personal touches. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm going to Wimberley!

Abid & Lamiyah's place is spectacular. The property is very nice and well-maintained. The location is great too - very central in Austin, walkable to restaurants/bars along Manor Rd, and yet in the middle of a quiet (and quirky) neighborhood.
