The Host Semih and her property were outstanding! Her thoughtful attention to detail and her kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly customer service presence made for a pleasant overall experience. Semih was responsive and conscientiously proactive in communicating information regarding activities that could potentially cause inconveniences to her guests. The location and setting of the property is private, beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil. I am pleased and grateful for my experience staying at Semih’s property. I would highly recommend reserving Semih’s property if you are looking to visit beautiful Southern California. I am looking forward to my next visit to Los Angeles and Semih’s property will be my first choice when looking for lodging.

This bungalow is fabulous and so is Darlene. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very easy to find parking on the street right in front. Darlene was so helpful and even brought me a small loaf of delicious banana nut bread one day. Yum ! The bungalow has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a short stay near the beach in Santa Monica. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truly beautiful beachy cottage in the heart of Santa Monica. Martha has created a sanctuary with charming gardens, seaside decor, and warm and welcoming hospitality. Every element was picture perfect- and incredibly thoughtful touches abound such as snacks, fresh flowers, and a cottage that felt like a HOME not a rental property. Very special- very peaceful- you’ll feel that you entered an enchanted garden. Highly highly recommended!

I had such a lovely stay at Steve and Kathy’s. They were extremely kind and generous and the place was very cozy and quiet. I highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Jeff is a fantastic host! The space was exactly as described and the location cannot be beat. The ocean is just a few blocks away and there are many shops, restaurants and bars within a walkable distance. The bed was really comfortable. Both my daughter and I slept really well despite being away from home. I would very happily stay here again.

This place was even better than the pictures! Sweeping views of the city and church steeples from the big windows and shaded under a large jacaranda tree, this place was the perfect quiet spot to work for a week. And conveniently central to most LA neighborhoods, I was never more than 25 minutes from my destination. Love the old Hollywood style building and decoration. Love being in the most diverse neighborhood in LA. And having a bath was an extra treat.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it. The place is clean, private, and close to places we frequent. It is small but for two people it was fine. It is two units connected, so if you have guests next door that speak loud, you will hear everything. Overall, we would stay again.

Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Super clear and guided instructions for check in/out. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, not too far from any major tourist destinations/attractions.

This was my second stay at Bo’s place. Check in and communication with him was great. It’s on a beautiful street in a nice neighborhood. My daughter and her family live in the same neighborhood and this is a great place for me to come and stay while I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in the area and you’re close to the beach… Just about 2 miles away. His kitchen is well stocked, and he has treats and water for the guests. I’m sure I will be back again.

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

This is the perfect place for me to stay while visiting my daughter, a student at Occidental College. It was my second time here, and I'll keep coming back!

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

I worked pretty much the entire time, and it was perfect for that. Headphones on, able to focus and be productive. Great view, slept well, got lots of work done!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Los Feliz! The space was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—within walking distance of great coffee shops, restaurants, and plenty of fun spots to explore. Everything about my stay was seamless, and I would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

We had a wonderful stay and Alex was the perfect host. Their place is connected to their home and fit us perfectly for our week plus stay. My favorite was the electric fireplace. Instruction book was clear and they were quick to respond. There is a new shopping / movie plaza close by with a great Trader Joe’s. Many other grocery stores near-by as well as an In-N-Out Burger - which we took advantage of. Their location fit us well as we traveled to Burbank - Universal Studios (twice) - SoFi Stadium (went to a YouTube theatre event) and to the Santa Monica Pier. Since we were there for a week, we were grateful for the laundry machines. We highly recommend Alex and this location if you are planning a visit to the area.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Loved our stay here! The actual unit is very nice with tons of space! Bed was comfy, plenty of towels and kitchen appliances! LA traffic is horrible but the unit is located close to the highways with tons of things to do around the area and in a very safe and quiet location!! Bruce and Myrna were super helpful and quick to respond - I needed duct tape for a broken suitcase and Bruce had some that I could use! I’d recommend staying here for sure!

We had a great stay ! Place was clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. Plenty of spots to park which was handy. Check in was easy too. Would 100% recommend staying here!
