We had a great time staying here. Enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the sunrise. Had everything we needed, very easy to get in & out. The booklet had clear and helpful instructions and lots of recommendations for places to eat, I found that helpful. The area was peaceful and everyone in the building was very nice and friendly.

An absolute hidden gem! This place exceeded every expectation. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Being able to bring our four-legged family members made it even more special. The welcome basket was such a kind and personal touch—thank you for that! But the real showstopper? The private beach just steps off the deck. We had it entirely to ourselves the whole stay—quiet, secluded, and unbelievably peaceful. It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

Honestly Tim's place (and Tim) are great. We used the beach stuff a lot and grilled quite a bit which was super nice. We used it as a our home base as we explored the the many wonderful beaches and places close by. Special to us...restaurants: Tiki Cafe, Ichabod's, Sands; beaches: Paradise, Canova (dog beach), Ponce De Leon; other wonderful places: dog parks, Rock Harbor church (awesome!). Also don't miss the rocket launches (we saw 3 in a single week including 2 night launches (on the beach, and from Tim's fenced in back yard). Take at least one morning and catch a sunrise on the beach right across the street, its worth it. Many of these are within walking distance; Walgreens & Publix are also near. If you're adventurous, head north about 1 hour to Playalinda beach, you can get pretty close to the launch pads and catch a blast off very close-up. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Tim took great care of us when we needed anything but also gave us our privacy.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Greg’s place was unique with art to appreciate in every room, and it made a great location for our family to enjoy a beach vacation! The house was extremely spacious and a short walk to the beach. We would recommend if you’re looking for a place in the Vero Beach area!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Kelly’s place. Very friendly, accommodating hosts with great response times. Just a beautiful trip all together and we’d love to stay again.

Beautiful week spent by the pool and at the beach. This house had all the amenities and was comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and such a short walk to the beach for awesome sunrises. The Jungle trail is close by, perfect for morning runs and biking. We even used it to put our paddle boards into the Indian River and paddles with dolphins! Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Up very much! The place was absolutely spotless, well stocked and comfortable. We had fun learning all about surfing (as Michiganders, we didn’t have much foreknowledge) and enjoyed all the lighthearted decor. The pool was clean and warm, the space was inviting, and Steve was particularly responsive when I had a few questions. Wonderful! Thank you, Steve! Melbourne Beach is a great spot, lots of restaurants, and a simply beautiful and very easily accessible beach.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel and Amy’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to excellent restaurants, Kennedy Space Center and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. We even got to witness a rocket launch from the house which was mind blowing! Daniel was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything I needed and then some. He went out of his way to make sure my 50th and my Dads 70th birthday was perfectly celebrated. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made this a memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb stay. Thank you, Dan and Amy, for such a wonderful experience!

Had a great stay! The home was even better in person! The home was very clean and the pool was great! We loved having access to the pier and seeing dolphins and manatees!

Amazing location. Gated community, easy to get to, wonderful people and plenty to do. We loved our time there and highly recommend it to anyone.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Richard's house..we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect! Enjoyed beautiful pool every day. Richard was Quick to respond if we had a question. Look forward to return trip!

We had to change our trip plans pretty last minute due to hurricanes Helene and Milton and we are so lucky to have found Al’s place! There were days we never even left the house! Absolutely perfect for keeping my young kids busy but safe. The house truly was fully stocked and Al was beyond responsive throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend the house, working with Al, and are excited to know about Beach Houses in Paradise.

The house perfectly accommodated our group of 8. Plenty of room to maneuver in the kitchen and a big dining room table for meals. We sat outside to enjoy the water view several times a day. Easy walk to shared facilities like the heated pool and tennis court.

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Sandy is a wonderful host. If you have any problem or concern she responds immediately. Mostly, all goes well leaving you free to enjoy your time and relax.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was easy to get in and out and it was very spacious. Loved being right at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it.

the place was BEAUTIFUL. are there things that could be updated, cleaned...yes but the 180 degree views of the ocean made up for any negatives. we came in Aug and the beach was quiet and we had it all to ourselves. the ocean is literally the back yard. sunsets sunrises, as well as clear views of the moon were breathtaking. there is a trick to opening the front door, but not bad. I did see where other reviewers talked about the wood decking needed to be replaced, but as I said the house gets 24/7 sea water which deteriorated wood quickly, but again that is minor. you came for the beach, peace, quite right?.... this is your place. we even decorated a shell and left along with other visitors. I do hope to come back. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SAND FLEAS...GET SOME OFF, YOU WILL THANKME FOR THE REMINDER....💕

We had an amazing stay at Adaue and Mike’s! Very easy access and check in, the apartment was very clean and bright, and the walkway to the private beach access was easy to find. It was as very welcoming and an at home feel. I even noticed the login names on the smart tv app were switched to welcome us ❤️ if I had any questions about my stay they were fast to communicate back. Thank you so much for letting me and my family use your home for the week!
